About: I’ve had dogs in my life since I was 4 years old, and caring for them has always been second nature to me. My own dog is now a senior, and through the years I’ve learned how to provide him with specialized care, patience, and attention to his changing needs. I have hands-on experience with feeding, walking, and giving plenty of love to pets at every stage of life. I also volunteer at Friends of Upland Animal Shelter, where I care for both dogs and cats, gaining valuable experience with different temperaments and needs. Your pets will be in caring, capable hands with me! I’m currently working a part-time job, which gives me plenty of flexibility to dedicate time to pet sitting. For the next 3 months, my schedule is open and consistent, allowing me to provide reliable, attentive care for your pets. Whether you need daily visits, walks, or extended care, I’ll be available to fit your pet’s needs and routine. Your pet’s safety and comfort are my top priorities. I always take the time to get to know each pet’s unique personality, needs, and routines to ensure they feel secure and happy while you’re away. I closely follow feeding schedules, administer medications if needed, and provide plenty of supervised play and affection. On walks, I use secure leashes and stay alert to surroundings to keep your pets safe at all times. I also make sure their environment stays clean, calm, and stress-free, whether we’re indoors or outside. You can trust that your pets will be cared for with patience, responsibility, and lots of love.

“Ivy is the best sitter I've ever booked. I can't even put into words how above and beyond she goes. My cat has a heart condition and must get medication twice a day. Ivy takes such amazing care of him. She takes amazing care of my babies and my home. When I book her, I know I can travel and work without a worry. Thank you so much Ivy!”

“Amazing service, easy! Thank you so much. Look forward to more visits in the future.”

“Chad and Franchesca were amazing at looking after our two indoor house cats whilst we were away for over 2 weeks! They took care of everything from food, water, litter tray, and even playing with them each day. They also took our trash out to be collected each week, and navigated heavy snow to come to our home. They gave detailed daily reports and photos, which was great to receive every day to know the cats were doing well. They responded to messages very promptly. We 100% recommend them and would definitely use them again!”

“Elma was so loving with our cats. No worries when we were gone ! She even sent pictures ?”

About: Caring for animals is my calling in life! I earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Zoology from Humboldt State University. As a dedicated veterinary technician and docent for the Big Bear Zoo, I have the privilege of providing exceptional care to a wide range of animals and pets. My commitment to the wellbeing of all animals goes beyond just a job; it's a lifelong passion! I'm currently working full time at an emergency animal hospital off the mountain. However, I work double shifts to allow myself some days off during the week and look forward to making some new furry friends! Caring for pets in a client's home is a responsibility I take very seriously, ensuring their comfort, safety, and happiness while their owners are away. My approach to in-home pet care includes: Meet and Greet: I begin by meeting with the client and their pet(s) to establish a rapport and understand their specific needs and routines. Feeding and Hydration: I adhere to the provided feeding schedule, ensuring that pets receive the right amount of food and fresh water. Special dietary requirements are noted and followed diligently. Exercise and Play: Regular exercise and playtime are essential for a pet's physical and mental well-being. I engage in activities tailored to the pet's age and energy level, whether it's a spirited game of fetch or a leisurely walk. Medication and Health Monitoring: If the pet requires medication or has specific health needs, I administer treatments as prescribed by the veterinarian. I also monitor their overall health and report any concerns to the owner promptly. Grooming and Cleanliness: Maintaining the pet's cleanliness is a priority. I provide necessary grooming, including brushing, bathing, and litter box cleaning, to ensure they are comfortable and hygienic. Affection and Companionship: Pets often thrive on companionship and affection. I spend quality time with them, offering cuddles, petting, and positive reinforcement to alleviate any separation anxiety. Security and Home Care: I maintain the security of the client's home by ensuring all doors and windows are locked, and I handle any mail or packages. This gives clients peace of mind while they're away. Daily Updates: Regular communication with the client is crucial. I provide daily updates through texts, photos, or videos to keep them informed about their pet's well-being and activities. Emergency Preparedness: I am trained, experienced and prepared for unexpected situations, including medical emergencies. I have contact information for the client's preferred veterinarian and am beyond qualified for basic pet first aid. Respect for Property: I treat the client's home with the utmost respect, leaving it as clean and tidy as I found it. Overall, my goal is to create a stress-free and nurturing environment for pets in the client's home, allowing them to thrive in their familiar surroundings while their owners are away.

About: Hii! My name is ileanna, and I have been taking care of dogs for about 6 years now. Growing up, my neighbors would trust me to feed, clean, walk, cuddle, and give medications to their dogs. I have experience taking care of elderly dogs that required me to physically pick them up in order for them to move due to their mobility issues. I don't shy away from difficult tasks such as those. I have experience training puppies of all breeds, from little Poodles to German Shepherds. I am currently a student at a community college, but I am taking all of my classes online. Therefore, I am free Monday, Wednesday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. I am very flexible regarding my hours. I am very attentive and will not take my eyes off the dogs I care for unless they are in a protected safe space like the inside of their home. Depending on how much the pet drinks, I will refill the water at least 3 times a day. If I am provided with a list of instructions, I will follow it to a tee, and of course, I never get tired of playing with them, or turn away a good cuddle!

“I couldn't be happier with the pet sitting services provided by Kacia. As someone who works long hours, it's such a relief to know that my cat and snake are in excellent hands. Kacia has consistently gone above and beyond to ensure the well-being and happiness of my pets. Not only does Kacia provide the basic care my pets need, such as feeding and cleaning, but she also takes the time to engage with them. My cat, in particular, can be a bit shy, but Kacia has a special way of making her feel comfortable and loved. I can tell that my pets genuinely enjoy her visits. Communication with Kacia is also fantastic. She provides regular updates and even send me photos of my furry and scaly friends during her visits, which brightens my day. Knowing that my pets are receiving attention, companionship, and top-notch care by a veterinary technician in my absence gives me peace of mind. I highly recommend Kacia to anyone in need of a reliable and caring pet sitter. Her dedication to the well-being of animals is truly commendable, and I am grateful to have found such a trustworthy and compassionate caregiver for my beloved pets.”
