Our husky is a rescue and can be very skittish but somehow she didn’t have an issue with Amanda. Will definitely be leaving our dogs with her again.”

“My dad’s health took a turn for the worse suddenly and I had to quickly make plans to fly to Florida to see him. My other pet sitter wasn’t available as it was last minute and she was out of the country. Ericka was available and lived close by so I hired her. She was wonderful!!! She offered to stop by early, and was even willing & able to take me to and then pick me up from the airport. She sent me pictures of my babies and kept in contact with me the entire time. About: I've been rescuing and finding homes for cats for about 10 years. I am comfortable caring for cats with all different kinds of personalities due to the fact that I've worked with a lot of stray cats. Earlier this year I accomplished spaying/neutering all of the stray cats in my neighborhood to help with the overpopulation crisis. I've cared for kittens as well as senior kitties and have a lot of love for them. P.S. The picture I have with my kitten in the car was taken while I was in my driveway. He was put in his car carrier before we hit the road :) Just thought it was cute that he was perched up like that lol

That being said, depending on what level of care you desire for your pet, I am happy and comfortable to take dogs for walks or to dog parks, play fetch or hide and seek, practice commands, and give all the belly rubs that they can stand. If you prefer they sleep in a crate, we can definitely manage that; or if they are like my pup and want to use me as a body pillow at night, I would be more that happy to oblige! Just let me know what you are comfortable with! If needed, I am also open to hosting pets at my home (with fenced in yard).

My husband also loves all animals, but will not be care-taking for your animals, as he is works full time. I will be the full-time caretaker of your beloved fur-friends. I have 2 portions to my property . One side is fenced on a hillside with a small astro-turfed area for potty breaks. The other side is open with a small water fall and full Astro turf. This gives dogs lots of time outside. I will also keep your dog in the kitchen, where I spend the majority of my time cooking and teaching my daughter kindergarten + computer work at the kitchen table. Your pup will also enjoy the walks around the neighborhood, which includes a lot of trees and nature.

I currently work full-time for a medical supply company from 4 PM to 1 AM, Tuesday through Thursday and friday 20m-11pm and Saturday noon to 8:30pm I’m available for pet sitting outside of those hours, including mornings, early afternoons, and weekends. My fiancé and I are in the process of starting our own pet care service, and Rover is a great opportunity for us to connect with pet owners in the community. Amy works Tuesdays and Saturdays from 6 PM to 4:45 AM, and her schedule complements mine, allowing us to offer flexible and reliable coverage for your pet’s needs. We will always use the tools, supplies, and routines you provide to ensure your pet stays comfortable and consistent in their environment. We respect your home and will only handle items you haven’t specified if it’s absolutely necessary such as cleaning up after your pet, ensuring their safety, or maintaining a clean and healthy space for them. About: I have been taking care of my own dog/cat for over 10 years now. I am nurturing, patient, kind & ready & willing to work hard & prove my care to your pet/s at any time! I am currently only in school part time online. I have free time everyday during the week as long as I get a heads up! I have a fenced in yard, grass, play areas. About: I have taken care of pets since I was a child. I grew up with 5 dogs, 9 cats, and several small animals. I have experience taking care of pets of all ages, puppy to elder! Now at the age of 24, I have a dog and a snake that I look after. My family relies on me to feed, bathe, walk, and care for our pets. I have a strong love for animals, your pets will be in great hands! ~My Schedule~ It has become a daily thing for me. Having to walk my dog and take care of my snake is a weekly duty that has worked it's way in-between my morning yoga and breakfast. ~Creating a Safe Environment~ I walk my dog, clean up after her, share the love when I can, feed her, and bathe her. I clean my snake's cage, feed him, and tend to his needs. He has regular vet visits.
About: Hi! I'm Aileen, a 20-year-old who's always had a special place in my heart for all animals. Growing up, I was the go to pet sitter in my neighborhood, and I've spent many hours caring for and bonding with both. I've volunteered at animal shelters, where I helped with feeding, socializing, and walking the dogs, and I've fostered a few kittens, too. I'd like to think that i'm a calm and gentle person, friendly but a little reserved, so I tend to connect really well with animals. I truly believe every animal deserves love, patience, and a safe space, and I love being part of that care. I’m currently working part time at a daycare, and going to school full time as well. Depending on my work schedule, i’m available most days after 1 pm. Whenever taking care of any animal, I make sure to keep my attention on the animal as if they were a child. About: Growing up in South Africa, going on safari was a significant part of my culture, and my love for animals has been ingrained in me from a young age. After the loss of my beloved 20-year-old cat, I found joy in walking and playing with a neighbor's Husky, helping to fill that void. Currently, I don't have any pets of my own, so your furry friend will be my top priority and cherished companion until you return. I moved to the mountains five years ago and work primarily from home, allowing me to provide plenty of attention and care. I am very hands-on, with a wealth of love to give, and I have a natural knack for connecting with animals. My cat used to snuggle with me every night, and I can't wait to welcome more little fur-balls into my life to cuddle. My standard nightly rate includes up to 2 pets. In addition to my passion for animals, I have completed a cat and dog CPR certification course through the Red Cross, ensuring that I am prepared for unexpected situations that may arise. I also hold my own liability insurance underwritten by Lloyds of London, separate from Rover's insurance, giving you peace of mind while your pet is in my care. Furthermore, I have successfully passed an enhanced background check by a third-party provider. Animals are my passion, and I feel incredibly grateful to live in the mountains, surrounded by all the beautiful wildlife. I look forward to meeting you and your furry family member/s! Pets need love, security and re-assurance when their human parents are on vacation. That is why I prefer to house sit. I can also just drop in for feedings and walks if you are more comfortable with that. I will treat your fur babies with love and respect and give them lots of play and cuddle time! About: Hello my furry friend lovers!! I have cared for many different kinds of animals in my life, some of which include dogs,cats,birds,mice,rabbits,guinea pigs,fish,snakes,goats,chickens and now pot belly pigs. We love making homemade treats in our house so I am currently taking some pet nutrition classes to safely make special dietary treats. I am comfortable with all ages and sizes. I would be more than happy to meet you before any final decisions are made so that we can discuss everything there is to know about your pet. I have experience with different illnesses and medications from working with a rescue where I adopted my own angel with a neurological disorder. We absolutely adore pets and I can promise you that you and your baby will be treated like family. I am a stay at home wife that is taking pet nutrition and business classes so I could someday open my own pet boutique where everything is homemade. I promise no potty breaks will be missed and your baby gets all the love and cuddles they can handle. 😊 We have dogs, cats and pot belly pigs for your pet to play with in our fenced yard but we also have big crates for separation if needed. Your baby will be allowed on our furniture to sleep and get cuddles unless you say otherwise lol we do love our snuggles.

I always stay at the clients house for overnight bookings, so your pets will have plenty of company. I couldn’t ask for a more rewarding way to spend my time than hanging out with furry friends. Safety and comfort are always priority. During my time as a teacher, I learned that clear communication is key to any successful relationship. I require a free meet and greet before accepting any request. The meet and greet is a great time for you, your pet, and me to get to know each other and discuss any routines and special considerations. I also request that you provide a written list of all important information including feeding and walking schedules, and a list of emergency contacts and veterinary information. My grandmother taught me, “it’s better to be safe than sorry”, and I am grateful to take this lesson with me into my profession.
