About: I have raised Pomeranians since I was 9 years old and know a lot about my animals and love being with them all and there needs I am able to fit anything in my schedule as I have been a stay home mom for 12 years my youngest is five years old. My dogs have always stay in the yard with me and inside with me but I do have a nice big kennel if needed, or whatever works best.

Tanuj G.

About: I have been around dogs my whole life! I had a dog growing up till I was 19 and I have one I just recently adopted! I have worked in petsmart as a dog bather, and I have a boy scout merit badge that helped me study in dog behavior.which helped me become an Eagle Scout of America Wednesday after 2 and Thursdays anytime are the best days to contact me to care for your furr babies. And on Sunday, tuesday,Friday after 6 pm I can come and care for your dog or cat rain or shine. I try to make sure dogs are let outside 2 a day for however long they need to be out. Only times I put dogs in a kennel is if that is there safe space. I love to play and love on them as much as I can. I do prefer to care for them at your home because that is what they are familiar and most comfortable with.

About: Hi all! I have had animals my entire life ranging from hermit crabs to 5 dogs. I also worked as a dog groomer assistant in which I built relationships with several dogs and families. I am an expert at keeping animals comfortable and feeling loved! I work during the day, but have at least 2 breaks a day in which I stop by my house and check on my 2 cats. I am at home by 7pm at the latest. I am home on the weekends. I have an enclosed porch, and 2 wonderful, large dog parks in my community within walking distance. Your animals will feel at home! Animals are welcome to roam on the porch and come inside when I am home, and alone on porch if you as the owner feels comfortable with that.

About: Quality pet care shouldn’t leave you worrying about your fur babies while you’re away wondering if they get the same love and attention you give them, so my services are for all you animal lovers needing someone you can trust while you're away. If you're new to Rover, use my promo code WINDYC86427 for $20 off your first booking! My Experience: I have lived with and cared for all kinds of animals for about 14 years now. I've always bonded with animals and was asked at a young age to start caring for other's pets while they were away on vacation. I take this responsibility seriously when others leave their fur babies for me to take care of while they're away. I have taken care of dogs and cats of various breeds and ages. I have had the most experience with larger breeds and puppies. I know how to train dogs using only positive reinforcement and never hit them or physically abuse them as a punishment. I have a special love for animals and do my best to care for them as if they were humans. I understand that animals have traumatizing experiences too and appreciate when their owners are upfront about any triggers or behavioral issues they may have so that I can accommodate accordingly. My Schedule: I'm currently on summer break from college until mid-September. I am available all day and night to care for your fur babies. HOUSESITTING: While in my care, I will be with your animals 100% of the time I am not at school (exceptions being doctor appointments, errands, etc.) My Care Service: While in my care, I will always keep dogs leashed unless in a fenced area with other dogs that I know are also friendly. I love to play, cuddle, give pets, walk them in local parks or hikes. If the weather doesn’t permit us to go outside, there’s many activities I have found that are engaging for them indoors as well. I am very detail-oriented, so if you have specific care instructions for your animals or house please don’t feel embarrassed to share every little preference you have. I respect the wishes of those I work for and care for their pets and homes as if they were my own. I understand it can be scary to rely on others to take care of your family and trust them to give them the quality care that you do, which is why I do my best to understand the interactions you have with your pets and how they feel the most love. NOTE: I ALWAYS send pictures and videos typically once or twice a day with an update on how they’re doing. My profile will say otherwise because I prefer to send pics to your cell phone directly because I’ve had issues sending them through the app too many times.

Rachel J.

“Rachel is a wonderful Rover. She obviously cares about your pet and makes sure to keep you in the loop on how they are while you’re away. I would recommend her 1000x over!”

About: I am a graphic designer that works from home, and with that, comes the ability to care and love your dog at all times. I’ve always had pets growing up, and have also taken care of neighbors/ friends pets too! I love training and building positive reinforcement to create a strong bond with them. Whether you’re away at work or gone for vacation, you can have peace of mind that your furry family member will be safe and happy. I have experience with puppies, seniors, and dogs with anxiety. Daily walks, scheduled feeding times, and play time are all something you can count on. I recently took care of a dog who was found on the side of the road. He had nervous shakes, separation anxiety, and his owner said not to expect him to eat. Within that same week, he became calm, his nervous shaking had subsided, he ate all his food in his bowl, and I learned (with the help of some treats) that he knew lots of tricks such as sit, shake, lay down, etc. It is so rewarding to build trust and love with my client’s dogs!

About: One time while dog sitting I had a puppy poop right in my hand to avoid it getting on the carpet in someone's hallway. Now that's dedication. I've always had a dog in my house growing up since I could remember. I also had a cat for about 3 years. Some of my favorite ways to spoil a puppers includes the occasional ice cube snack and hair dryer warmth (if allowed or loved by each dog). My husband works from home and additionally has Monday's off which gives us plenty of time for love and care. I work full time 5 minutes away M-F with an hour lunch break and am completely free in the evenings and weekends for walks and adventures. Across the street there is a big grassy area to roam and run around on our own or we can also hunt down and play with some of the locals, as it's a big hot spot for furry friends. We have a second bedroom that is currently empty and not being used with space for your furry friend. I also can easily crate a dog as well.

About: I’ve been around dogs my whole life, and taken care of family and friends pets many times. About 5 years ago I got a dog of my own and have learned so much in this time. Everything from training to more simple things such as grooming, walking, and feeding. I’ve spend lots of time observing dogs and learning how to read there body language to interpret how they may be feeling and what they may need in the moment to feel more comfortable and happy. I’m very confident in my ability to lovingly care for your pet. I currently work seasonal jobs during the colder months. Throughout this summer and fall I will not have any other work going so my schedule will be very flexible. The most important thing to me is making sure that your pet feels safe, comfortable, and happy around me. I will make sure to keep them mentally and physically stimulated. I’m a very active person who really enjoys hiking. I will spend lots of time walking and playing outside with your dog.
