Olivia typically doesn’t accept pups in heat, but given the emergency situation, she graciously worked with us anyway. She even provided pick-up and drop-off, which was a huge help. When she brought them back, it was clear the pups really liked her, and that told me everything. They were well cared for and comfortable with her. “I don’t think I could have chosen anyone better to watch my puppy than Michael! From start to finish he was so kind, communicative, and very clearly has a huge passion for dogs. Throughout the whole stay he sent regular updates with photos/videos and thoughtful messages, and I was so relieved knowing she was being cared for as if she was his own. Maggie had an absolute blast running around in his spacious yard and playing with his amazing and formidable Lily Lou! Michael was so patient with all of Maggie’s silly habits and bad puppy manners, he was also incredibly flexible with his schedule and when our plans changed. Overall he made the whole experience totally stress free. I’m so thankful that I found him, he’s truly the best and I wouldn’t hesitate for a second to book with him again! 10/10 recommend.
