About: I have had a dog since I was 10, and have taken care of him my whole life and still do in his senior years. I also have helped with my neighbors dogs by walking them and playing with them. I have done this since I was about 10 as well. I am new to dog sitting, but I think it will be very fun! Until the 12th, I am working as a camp counselor. My hours are 7:30-3:00, but I am happy to see a pet before I work for about 30 minutes, and for however long I need to after I work! I’m also happy to come at night. About: As mentioned, I work in vet med! I am experienced with all ages, temperaments, breeds, health issues, and needs! I love a couch potato but I also own and love a working breed. I understand the importance of routine & mental stimulation! I spoil my fur children & understand wanting to keep yours happy while you’re away, but also able to trust that they’re safe! I own a dog that is overcoming his reactivity & that has required a lot of training & positive reinforcement work from myself in the presence of triggers—so I understand the difference in reactivity/anxiety vs aggression. I work full time Fridays through Mondays currently, but I have full availability during the week on Tuesdays through Thursdays. I don’t mind early mornings or late nights I would never leave someone’s pet unattended while under my care. I like for pets to have my full attention when I’m there. It’s what I’d expect & would want for my own!
