I am the owner of Oh My Paws, a pet-sitting business I started during college, and have worked as a kennel technician, dog handler for Can Do Canines, and am currently completing an apprenticeship at a Humane Society. In a client’s home, I maintain their pet’s usual routines as closely as possible to reduce stress. About: I’ve been around animals my whole life—growing up with both cats and dogs in the house taught me how to care for pets with love, patience, and attention to their unique personalities. While I can’t have a pet in my home right now, I jump at any chance to care for my friends' animals, whether it’s daily walks, playtime, cuddles, or just being there to keep them company. I’m reliable, gentle, and genuinely enjoy building trust with every pet I meet. I work just a couple of days a week, so I have a flexible schedule and plenty of time to care for your pets. About: I am a very kind person to animals and people! I try to treat people and animals as I would like to be treated. I would love to care for your pet and will always try to do the best job that I can. Growing up my family always owned a dog and I love all dogs of all sizes. We owned chihuahuas and we owned boxers and pugs. I also own a cat that I love very much! I hope that you will consider me to care for your pets when you are not able to. I promise to treat them as though they were my own. I hope that you will consider me to care for your pet and will do my best. I work from home and have a very flexible schedule. This allows me to be fully present with my dogs and cat and any animals I may have the privilege of watching. I typically have a routine with my dogs and cat. They all get fed twice a day. I try to play with them a little every hour and we typically take walks twice a day as well. I do have an outdoor play area for them they go out supervised about 4 times a day

About: I have always had dogs in the household ever since I was born. More specifically my family had my sister and I grow up around Black Labs the entirety of my life. Neighbors as well as my immediate family have relied on me to take care of their animals. Whether it be a short walk or staying with them for an extended period of time, I was their guy! I have an extremely open/flexible schedule. I am self employed so I pretty much choose when I want to work my other job. Taking care of animals via Rover will take top priority unless my job situation changes. If that occurs I will make sure to update my profile accordingly! I have no other animals/roommates in my apartment. So your dog/cat will get all the undivided love and attention they deserve while you're away. Same rules apply if I am asked to dog/cat sit at a clients home!

About: Previous employment I'm skilled with breaking up dog fights, grooming animals, walking animals, training animals, etc. It would be my absolute pleasure to give your pets some love while you're away. I like to stay busy, so if I have free time I prefer to fill it rather than not do anything. I have a heart for animals and if I can occupy myself by helping care for others pets, why not do just that? My pet has a lead that is within our homes perimeter so she cannot go into neighbors yards, I also have a kennel for her to be put into if need be. Depending on others houses, usually there is a fenced in yard for the pet to be let out in, I still prefer to watch when they get let out just to make sure they don't misbehave.
