My pups are loved, cared for, and happy when they are there, and tired when they come home and that makes dog momma heart happy!!! They are always accommodating when I have last minute schedule changes and also when I need to have them stay overnight!! I love spending time cuddling, giving belly rubs, sniffling frito feet, & running around the yard chasing them like a screaming banshee. I stay at friends & neighbors houses frequently when they're away to watch their dogs, cats, & fish. I also have friends & neighbors dogs over for weeks at a time. I've been doing this the since moving back to Wisconsin in April 2024. I love taking care of pets like their my own. Once I have a fenced in yard, I will welcome another dachshund into my life, but until then I fill my cup with caring for other's doggos & kitty cats. I'm excited to meet you! Extra treats for pugs & extra belly rubs for the heavy weights that can fetch & return! I work from home & the days I'm traveling for work will be unavailable to book. We'll spend all day together! I've got a spacious yard, large back deck that gets direct sun light for the one's that like to bake, & if they get along with other dogs, sometimes I walk over to my sisters with them to meet my favorite pug, Potato! I live in a duplex on the bottom floor so it's easy in & out, no stairs. My yard is massive with lots of plants & trees to sniff around. I'll always take my fur friends outside on a leash. I do have a small crate available for dogs under 15 pounds, toys, treats, & extra leashes just in case you forget something. Most importantly, I have a big lamby & a small lamby.

About: I have grown up around dogs my whole life and I've had my first (adult life) dog for three and a half year. Wila Rose is an Australian Cattle Dog mix. About a year and a half ago we added another rescue, Buckley Quinn. He is a smart but goofy boy. They both go backpacking with us and we do a lot of hiking on our local public land areas. We enjoy playing around in our yard with our limited dog agility set and learning new tricks. We occasionally go swimming but love jumping and exploring new water areas and hiking trails. Wila and Buckley are a huge part of my life. We enjoy hiking, being outdoor, and traveling as much as possible. We do quite a but of training included but not limited to: agility, scent training, shed training, and just some fun party tricks. I am new to Rover so please feel free to reach out with any questions. I have an acre of land (not fenced in). We love to go on walks and sniffaris at our local parks. Buckley loved to play with other dogs and Wila is more of a people dog. They even loves to go backpacking and hiking which often include 10+ miles a day.

About: I have always had a dog growing up, so I learned from a very young age how to care for a pet. Friends and family have trusted me to take care of their dogs since I was around 12 years old. This includes stopping in the house to take them to the bathroom and feeding them, as well as giving medication if needed. Lots of snuggles and playtime too of course! I have taken care of dogs in the client's home for up to a week and cared for them at my home as well. No need to worry about any complex feeding schedules. I can manage it all. I am very comfortable with any age, breed, and sized dog! I have a one-year-old pup, so I am very familiar with training and puppy classes. I have volunteered at the humane society and when I was in high school, I job shadowed at a veterinary clinic. I currently work as a substitute teacher so my schedule is extremely flexible! During the summer months I am completely open. Weekdays and weekends any time of day. I make my own schedule so there will be no conflicts. I have a fenced in backyard with plenty of space for some off leash playtime! My dog loves to run around playing fetch with a ball or stick. I have a walking path across the street from my home and am walking distance to nature hill for some extra exercise. I always have water, waste bags and small treats with me when going on walks. (My dogs personal favorites are cheerios). I am comfortable walking with any leash, collar or harness. I have two kennels in my living room if your dog needs to be crated. At least one crate is big enough to fit a large or XL dog. I have a baby gate in front of my stairs, and the basement door is always shut. I personally love going to the pet store or drive thru to get my pet a pup cup! I would be more than happy to take your dog for an adventure and for some extra love and enrichment!

I work mornings in retail, finish later in the afternoon so I am free later in the day. I enjoy being active, but always plan my schedule around pets to ensure consistent, loving care. I adapt to each pets needs. I grew up with cats and dogs, and provide walks, cuddles, space if needed, plus updates, photos, and lots of love, care, and attention.

About: I have taken care of dogs for as long as I can remember! I love training and have lots of prior experience with a variety of behaviors from reactivity to separation anxiety. My previous dog required lots of medical care and I am a human nurse so I am very comfortable providing any care your dog needs. Lastly I do have experience fostering so I have had lots of experience with different personalities and types of dogs! I do have one dog at home who loves other dogs and loves to play as well as a cat who is dog friendly (for shorter stays she can be kept in a spare bedroom)My days off of work are fully open and I do not book more than 1 dog at a time, so your dog will have all my attention. I will send lots of pictures and updates as I understand it can be anxiety provoking to trust your dog with someone new! I do work full time, but only 3 days a week. This schedule varies week to week so while I don’t have a consistent schedule, my days off work can be fully devoted to you and your pet! On days I do work I am available for early morning or late evening drop ins The back part of my yard is fenced in so your dog will have lots of room to run around and explore. There’s also plenty of shade to keep them cool! I do live by a park and a small walking trail so I there are lots of ways for us to get our exercise in! If I am walking a dog in your home, I am flexible and accommodating and am comfortable using whatever methods/tools you prefer to keep your dog safe.
About: I’ve take care of dogs my whole life. I’ve taken care of puppy’s to senior dogs. I groom, clean up, and shower them in love I work part time but have a bunch of free time to take care of dogs. I am commuting to college so when school starts but I still have plenty of time to take care of dogs I always show dogs love and give them space when needed. I have two dogs and many more before that, so I have experience with dog behavior
About: I grew up on a horse farm and always had a variety of animals around me. A cat and dog were our constant companions, so caring for animals has always felt natural to me. As an adult, I realize that growing up that way taught me responsibility from an early age. I understand how important it is to have someone you can rely on and trust when you’re away from home, and I want you to feel completely at ease knowing your pets are in my care. When I care for your pets, I’ll follow their normal routines as closely as possible so they feel comfortable and secure while you’re away. About: I’m a lifelong dog owner and have often been called a “Deaf Dog Whisperer” throughout my life — a title I happily agree with. I currently have three dogs, including two Deaf dogs and a Deaf Dogo Argentino. I have experience with a wide range of dogs, from Chihuahuas to Great Danes and Mastiffs, including high-energy, Deaf, and special-needs dogs. Being Deaf has strengthened my bond with dogs because we’ve learned to communicate without relying on spoken words. I naturally pay close attention to their behavior, body language, and the little ways they communicate with me. I work from home, allowing me to provide plenty of companionship and attention throughout the day, especially during house sitting. I’m also happy to offer treats with your approval or take your dog for a car ride if they find it relaxing. I treat every home with the same respect I’d want for my own, making sure it’s left the way I found it, or even a little cleaner. About: I am a loving, compassionate, and reliable person that has a love for animals. I am also athletic and can take your puppy companion for a jog! I have unlimited availability for pet care. The only time I am not available is at 3pm, when I pick up my two pet loving children from school. “Amber was amazing! Her and her family helped take great care of my 3 month old pup for a few days while we were in the process of moving. She was super accommodating and helpful, taking him in just hours after us contacting her very last minute while stressed trying to figure out what to do with him. Taking in his “puppy shenanigans” and all like he was one of her own. Amber made sure to keep me updated about how his was doing helping to ease my mind of having him away from home for the first time. Sending me pictures/videos and messages about how his day was going. She also took the time to make sure that my pup was comfortable and entertained. Taking him on walks and being able to run around and play in the yard. Letting him go at his own pace and doing what made him feel safe when he didn’t like the rain or was was scared by her dog at first (he wasn’t the biggest one around anymore and couldn’t terrorize/annoy every living thing like he normally likes to do). She even went the extra mile to wash his bed after an accident over night and have him and all of his stuff packed up nicely and ready to go for me when I got there. My little boy loved playing with her and her family. And having the other dogs around for him to interact with was a bonus. When I tell you he was so excited when he first met them that I didn’t even get a second look over the shoulder or a goodbye before he took off to play with one of the kids ? (I’m still emotionally processing his betrayal ?). I could not recommend Amber enough! Your pet will be greatly taken care of (Not to mention worn out….he’s been napping since the moment we put him in the car) and all of your worries will fade the moment you get there.”
