“Felipe took wonderful care of my 2 dogs and 2 cats. The dogs got in a scuffle a day before we left and we were nervous to leave them with someone new. Felipe put us at ease and did a great job with them! He is a great communicator and sent us helpful updates and pictures/videos. He even walked the dogs separately just to be safe and spent a good chunk of time with them. Our shy cats even befriended him 😊”

“Aileen was so good with my dogs. She sent lots of update photos and kept in touch. My dogs are on the shy side but they warmed up to her very fast. She is so sweet and my dogs loved her will definitely be booking whenever they need a sitter!”

About: With years of hands-on experience caring for pets of all shapes and sizes, I provide loving, reliable, and personalized care tailored to each animal’s unique needs. From daily walks and playtime to administering medication and managing special diets, I’ve worked with dogs for most of my life. I've had 2 chihuahuas and currently 4 golden retrievers. I'm currently off work for the summer but work full time at the school district. I am available until August 11th for full time and once school starts, I will be available after 3:30 and all weekend long. Every pet in my care is treated like family, with careful attention to their physical and emotional well-being. I prioritize secure environments—whether in your home or mine—ensuring clean spaces, hazard-free zones, and constant supervision. Building trust with both pets and their owners is key, which is why I take the time to learn each pet’s routine, personality, and preferences. With calm, consistent handling and a genuine love for animals, I create a comforting, stress-free space where pets feel safe, happy, and truly at home.

About: Hi there! I'm excited to tell you about my experience caring for pets, especially dogs. With two wonderful pups of my own, aged 2 and 5, I've learned firsthand the joy and responsibility that comes with being a pet parent. From daily walks to cozy snuggles, I understand the importance of providing attentive and loving care to furry companions. What sets me apart as a sitter is my dedication to meeting the unique needs of each dog in my care. I love helping young pups learn basic commands and develop good manners in a positive and encouraging environment. As someone who has raised puppies, I know the importance of early training. Additionally, with my older dog by my side, I've gained valuable experience in caring for senior pets. Whether it's gentle exercise, administering medication, or providing extra comfort, I'm committed to ensuring that older dogs receive the attention and care they deserve. As a pet lover and responsible caregiver, I prioritize the well-being and happiness of every furry friend I encounter. When your pets are with me, they'll be treated like part of the family, receiving plenty of love, attention, and care. Currently not employed, my schedule offers ample time for devoted pet care. Each day is dedicated to ensuring the well-being and happiness of the furry companions I welcome into my home. Mornings kick off with energizing walks, providing exercise and a chance for fresh air. Throughout the day, play sessions and interactive activities keep tails wagging. I prioritize regular feeding schedules, tailored to the dietary needs of each pet. Whether it's a visit to the local dog park or a cozy evening cuddle, I cherish every moment spent with my canine friends. This period of flexibility allows me to provide the attention, care, and companionship that dogs thrive on, creating a harmonious and joyful environment. In both my home and my clients' spaces, the cornerstone of my pet care approach is safety, trust, and a comfortable environment. Living in an apartment, I ensure that the dogs under my care have the freedom to move about freely, fostering a sense of comfort and relaxation. Regular walks to nearby parks provide not only essential exercise but also a change of scenery and the opportunity for social interactions with other canine friends. Creating a safe haven is paramount; I meticulously puppy-proof and dog-proof my living space to eliminate potential hazards. Beyond physical safety, I prioritize building a trusting relationship with each pet through positive interactions, ensuring they feel at home and secure in their temporary abode.

About: I'm very good at dog trainer and loves to take care of animals. I have had a very sick dog that I have care of for all his life. From there I have learn how to care for sick animals. I enjoy doing morning walks with my dogs and evenings walks. When it comes to food time sometimes I do enjoy working with them so hand feeding is big for me unless the dog doesn't like that. I like to have a list from the owners to know what their pets expect. Such as if there's a food schedule and walks schedule. I do take safety precautions with dogs I dont know.
“Eliana took great care of our babies and our home! We felt confident leaving them in her care based on her calm, kind demeanor and the insightful questions she asked during the meet and greet, which showed her knowledge and intuition for animal behavior. She kept in great contact and was even a great sport about some circuit breaker issues that popped up while we were away. Reliable, responsive, and very sweet with our precious pets!”

I'm currently working full time with shift hours 4:00 am-12:30 pm! I'm looking to fill the rest of my day caring for pets and helping pet parents where I can! I am more than comfortable with any breed and any size! I will follow any directions given to me on how to properly care for your babies!
About: I have over 10 years of experience caring for dogs of all sizes, ages, and temperaments. Because I work from home, I can provide everything from daily walks and playtime, to overnight stays. I treat every pet like they’re my own — with love, patience, and lots of belly rubs! Work from Home M-F Sitter = Full-Time Love & Attention. I am also available on the weekends making it so I’m always available for boarding. In my home, pets will enjoy a safe, clean, and calm environment with plenty of playtime, cuddles, and regular potty breaks. I have a big backyard perfect for playtime and potty breaks. I follow each pet’s routine closely — including feeding schedules, and exercise. If I’m in your home, I treat it with respect and make sure your pet feels relaxed and loved in their familiar space. I provide updates and photos to keep you connected and worry free.
About: I’ve been taking care of dogs my whole life. I can help your puppy be the best version of themselves; I can take great care of your senior dog too. I’m a pro At popping pills in their mouth or giving supplements to any kind of oral medication. I’m currently a stay at home dog auntie so if you need me I’ll be there. Me and Louise go for coffee and other short walks throughout the day, so it will be nice to have someone to take along for the ride or for Louise to play with. I have a fenced yard and two extra crates under our covered patio so there’s that. I can also run your fur child for a coffee/potty break if that’s what they need. Whatever they or you need I’m there. Currently I’m not working so I provide a constant care environment for your pets. It is always a pleasure for us (Louise and I) to have a new pup over. I have a fully fenced backyard and I love to have your pups over. I hang out under the covered patio all day with them. That’s what my house is like. Especially because we have an unfenced pool and it’s only happened once but it did happen; one pup fell in and had to be rescued, I jumped in and got him out. No big deal.
“Tony was excellent. We were out of town for 11 days, he sent us updates and photos. He is an amazing communicator. Our flight canceled coming home and I had my sister go pick up the dogs, she said that the dogs were so calm and happy. He also left my house spotless. I couldn't be more happy with Tony's services. We will be going out of town a few more times this year, Tony will be our FIRST choice, nd hopefully only choice. We couldn't be more happy with the respect and love he gave to our home and our dogs. Thanks Again Tony.”

FAQs for House Sitting - Rialto
Frequently asked questions about Rover
The average cost for House Sitting in Rialto on Rover is $44.4 per night (as of July 2026). However, all sitters set their own rates based on experience, location, and availability.
Rover makes budgeting the cost of House Sitting easy. As long as your dates and pet profiles are correct, the price you see before you book is the same price you pay for House Sitting. For more information on service fees, click here .
As of July 2026, there are 2,569 sitters on Rover offering House Sitting across Rialto. Enter your ZIP code to see which available sitters are closest to your home.
Beyond belly rubs and feeding schedules, a house sitter’s presence may provide an additional layer of security for your home. However, you will need to arrange overnight stays and other household tasks with your sitter when reaching out to them. Not all sitters offer the same services. Common household tasks you can negotiate include:
- Mail & deliveries: Collecting letters and packages so they don't pile up.
- Plant care: Keeping your indoor or outdoor garden hydrated.
- Trash & recycling: Taking trash cans to the curb on scheduled pickup days.
- Home security: Sitters can stay overnight to keep your home occupied.
The best way to align on expectations is during your free Meet & Greet. Use this time to provide a "home cheat sheet" that includes your preferred Rialto walking routes, the location of your favorite pet store, and any specific quirks about your home’s security or appliances.
It’s helpful to think of house sitting as a "home base" service. Most sitters in Rialto maintain their normal daily routines, like running errands or heading to the office, meaning your pet should be comfortable being alone for a few hours at a time. If your pet needs a little extra company, here is how to find the perfect match:
- Look for "WFH" sitters: Many sitters mention "Work from Home" on their profile to indicate they’ll be present for the majority of the day.
- Update your pet’s profile: Write down how long your pet can comfortably be left alone. This helps sitters quickly determine if their schedule aligns with your needs.
- Communicate 24/7 needs: Standard house sitting usually doesn't include constant supervision. If your pet requires round-the-clock care, be sure to discuss this upfront.
Tip: Use the Meet & Greet to confirm a sitter's typical "away" windows. Transparency ensures your pet stays happy and your sitter can plan their day effectively!
Key handling is entirely up to you and your sitter to agree on during the Meet & Greet or in the Rover app. Most pet parents in Rialto choose to hand over a spare key or digital fob in person, while others arrange a lockbox or unique access code. Don't forget to discuss key returns as well!
The Rover Guarantee is Rover’s commitment to your peace of mind every time you book. It includes 24/7 customer support, sitter access to advice from qualified veterinary professionals for diagnostic issues, and a reimbursement program for eligible veterinary care in the rare event something goes wrong.
All bookings are backed by the Rover Guarantee , which provides up to $25,000 in eligible veterinary care reimbursement.
Every sitter on Rover is required to pass a background check before listing their services. This process confirms their identity and indicates they are not on the Department of Justice’s National Sex Offender Public Website or have any disqualifying offenses.
Beyond ID checks, you can review each sitter's star rating, read verified reviews from other pet parents, and see how many repeat clients they have. Every booking is backed by the Rover Guarantee, which includes up to $25,000 in eligible veterinary care. For more details, visit Rover's Trust & Safety page .
If a health concern arises during a stay, your sitter is instructed to contact you and our Trust & Safety team immediately and, if needed, take your pet to the closest veterinarian. Through our Trust & Safety support team, sitters can ask for diagnostic advice from a qualified veterinary professional if your pet is showing signs of possible illness.
For extra peace of mind, you can also prepare an authorization form for your regular vet. An authorization form outlines your preferred method of care and allows your sitter to bring your pet into their regular clinic.
Every qualified booking made on Rover is backed by the Rover Guarantee, which includes reimbursement for eligible emergency vet care.
A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your pet, and a sitter. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your sitter or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and sitters on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.
Sitters on Rover set their own cancellation policy, which you can find on their profile under their calendar availability.
Cancelling before a booking begins and before the sitter's cutoff time qualifies you for a full refund. Same-day cancellations for walks, day care, and drop-ins follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement sitter.

You can also find pet sitters on Rover who accept only one pet at a time, which is ideal for anxious puppies, kittens, or senior pets who move at a gentler pace. Some sitters will also list availability for 24/7 care, also known as constant care, in their profiles.
Use the search filters to narrow down sitters whose specific experience or environment meets your pet's needs. When reaching out to your sitter, outline your pet's care routine and use the Meet & Greet to walk your sitter through your expectations.
