About: I have taken care of dogs and cats for a total of 5 years. I volunteered at an animal shelter to take care of cats, and worked for a few months taking care of dogs. I have also dog sat for friends when they went away and didn't have any issues. I have 2 dogs, one I got in January 2022 (chapo) and the other (pablo) in March 2022. Mr. Chapo was a rescue from the spca and we have had Mr. Pablo since he was 3 months old. Chapo is an American staffordshire and is 7.5 years old and pablo is 3.5 years old. I want everyone to be aware that I work full time and can be available in the mornings Sunday-Wednesday’s. I am free all day every other Wednesday. I am available all day Thursday-Saturday. I am more than happy to dog sit overnight/in the morning before i go to work. I will work with you so we can make sure your little one (or big one) is cared for! I am available on most weekends. Holidays may differ depending on my schedule. I let Chapo out when I get home and let him roam around outside because he just sleeps most of the day. When I am not home he is inside. About: Growing up in a big dog- and cat-loving home, my affinity for animals was realized at an early age. I’ve been the go-to person amongst family and friends for pet care since I was a kid. I’ve dabbled in this passion on the side my whole life, but am now pursuing it full tilt and hope to build a career in conservational zoology. In 2020, pet care grew outside of my inner circle of friends and family, and I gained clientele I still work for to this day. While in Hawaii from August 2024 to February 2026, I dog-sat for five families on top of my day job, regularly tending to their pets every week (and some every day). This included walks and meals, house calls, trips to the beach, hikes, daily visits to the local dog parks, bathing and brushing, extended stays at my home while owners traveled, and coordinating play dates with other pet-sitters. I’ve handled animals of all sizes and temperaments, administered medication, and adhered to the specific needs of the families in my care. My focus is on the comfort, stimulation, and enrichment of your pet! I am reliable and flexible, and find genuine joy in this line of work. This is how I would prefer to spend my time! My Pets: My 120lb Saint Bernard/Bernese, Hobie, was my dutiful companion in pet care, living up to his “nanny dog” personality. In July 2025, he sadly passed at the young age of 2 due to congenital kidney failure, but his short life was full to the brim of adventures with furry friends! He was equally as loving as he was loved. My world completely revolved around him while I had him. Thistle and Pants are my two cats. Thistle is a 7 year old domestic long hair, and I’ve had her since she was 6 months old. She has very much been a partner in my pet care as well, having grown up with big dogs and preferring their company over other cats. She gives off that annoyed older sister vibe, but always wants to be near the other animals and people. Pants is a 5 month old Maine Coon kitten, and he makes himself right at home in any space he occupies. He’s adventurous and outspoken, and keeps Thistle moving (and slightly irritated) throughout the day. He’s proving to be too clever for his own good! I will be adding a new dog to the family in several months, and will undergo training with a focus on companionship and socialization. I can’t wait to have another partner in pet care!
