About: I have ample room and time to love on your fur babies!! I currently do not have any dogs but love them all! I also have a basement with a separate gate if your pet needs space by itself. I live close to the mountains so if you want to take the day to hike/explore sperryville I am your go to:) I work from home and love my animals!! I am fortunate to have the flexibility to take care of my farm animals and others when needed. I own a small farm with plenty of space for walking and also have a fenced in garden than I can use during the colder months for secure play for dogs.

About: I've taken care of sick dogs, dogs on diets, and dogs that are used to a routine, but am able to take care of any situation. I love to be around animals and will happily make sure your dogs are kept safe and happy. I work Full-time Mon, Tues, Thurs, and Friday from 8:30 - 4:30 and Wed from 11 -7. I am happy to come "home" each day after work to your home and stay during the workweek, I just will not be able to be with them until after work during the week. I am fully available on most weekends, so just let me know what works! For the dogs I have taken care of before, I always walk with leashes, even for well trained dogs, I will be new to them. I always pick up after dogs on walks. I have owned cats and dogs all my life, and am very comfortable with any dog or cat. I will keep doors locked when inside and of course when leaving the house.

About: I have been around dogs my whole life. They truly are a man’s bestfriend. At home I have a beautiful white lab, he is 95lbs of pure love thinking he’s a lapdog. I also have a King Charles Cavalier that is the princess of the house. She is so happy and spunky and keeps us all laughing. Previously I have owned Cocker Spaniels, other Labs and a Maltese. I started dogsitting when I was 11 years old. I had just arrived at my grandparents house and I saw this little dog wandering around and he ran right to me and I saw the owner walking towards me up the road. The puppy let me pick him up and we walked all the way to the owner. He and his wife were pilots so whenever they were flying I was working and I was ecstatic to have my first job looking after their two dogs. Through the years I’ve done Bathing, walks, feeding, medications, shots , vet trips, etc. I truly love dogs and seeing them happy, and giving their families peace of mind that their beloved pups will be well loved while they are gone. I send texts and pictures of each visit and keep in communication with the family. If you choose to trust me with your four legged family member I guarantee they will be well taken care of and loved. I am a teacher so I have Summers to offer. My Schedule throughout the school year fills up so book in advance because I also do tutoring, and nannying throughout the week. I would love to meet you and your pup. Just reach out! I will not be able to have any dogs in my home personally because of home owner restrictions. In the clients home I would provide feelings, walks, medication, or whatever else the puppy would need. If there is a history of dogfights or biting I am not the person for you.

About: Hi, my name is Michelle! I’m currently in high school looking for a job for after school and on the weekends. I absolutely love animals, and would love to help our furry friends in our community. I have experience with cats, dogs, and chinchillas! I've been taking care of dogs since I was about 9 years old, I love animals I have a cat, 3 chinchilla’s and a dog, they’re all friendly and get along with other pets. I’m currently going to school Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 8:00 am till 3:15. I also look after all my pets and stay at home after school. In my home I let pets on the couch and beds. About: My name is Alexis F. and I have over 15 years experience with dogs. We've had dogs in my family since before I was born but I really started training at the age of 7 with a local 4H club. In my free time I enjoy training animals in agility, obedience, and tracking. I have experience working with intact animals and managing dogs with behavior issues. I feel that every dog can be a good dog if they are set up for success. Every walk we take is considered training and they will be given a chance to use their brain to their fullest potential. During your dogs walks I offer two types of walk options. The first walk I offer is a training walk where we will spend 15 minutes working on heeling and 15 minutes allowing the dog to smell and go potty. I also offer hikes where your dog will be allowed to walk 1-4 miles over varying terrain depending on their fitness level and ability to get along with other animals. We try to follow owners daily routines the best we can when you leave your dog in our care so that transitions from house to house go as smooth as possible. I am well versed in giving medication and injections for dogs and I am happy to board dogs with special needs. I do ask that dogs are reasonably crate trained so that if they need to be left unattended for any amount of time they can remain in a crate for their safety. I am happy to discuss specific needs as far as crating goes. I am currently only working part time hours and am home most of the days. When I am not a home the pets are carefully monitored by camera in a dog safe part of the house. And given different items to keep them busy and enjoying their alone time. Whenever they have been in the crate they can expect a nice long romp around the property to give them ample time to use their nose and get a good run in. I have a fenced in small dog yard and we have a perimeter fence around our entire property allowing an additional level if security. When our on walks we make sure harnesses and collars are fit correctly and if there is a chance of a dog being a flight risk we take extra measures to prevent dogs from slipping out of collars. I am experienced in off leash trained dogs and I am happy to follow any specific instructions for what owners are comfortable allowing their dogs to do.

About: I have taken care of animals since I was 5. More than 40 years of having pets as part of my family, taking care of them and sitting for them occassionally. I have trained cats to use litter boxes. My specialty is love and gentle care. I like to pet and brush animals, and show them how much they matter with crooning and hugs. I have cared for elderly cats as well, as I had one cqt live to the age of 22. I have one pet family member, an orange tabby named Biscuits N. Gravy. Pet care is part of my routine, every day. I have partial weekends free to take care of other awesome animals. My cat, Biscuits, has all the comforts and spoils of a truly beloved pet. Numerous lounging spots, window seats and heated floors in the colder months. He is loved by all who meet him and has regular treats bought for him. I give him at least one treat a day. I cuddle him when he lets me, and he loves his belly rubs (unusual for a cat, I know!). I would give the same attention to other pets in my care. I love dogs too, enjoying long walks, playing with pets in general, and spoiling them with love.

About: I have owned dogs for my whole life. I have also fostered for the past 5+ years. I am well suited for any type of dog at any age. I am comfortable with special dietary needs, medications, Baths, walks, hikes ect. I am a stay at home mom of 11 year old twins, also animal lovers. I am self employed and have a very flexible schedule We do not have a fenced in yard however we live on a very private 12 acres with plenty of space for walks, hikes and adventure. I have 3 very well behaved dogs that know the rules! I do have crates and small playpen fences if required and am happy to make any necessary accommodations.
