“Sara was wonderful with our babies! This is the second time we have had Sara and we are very pleased with how she cared for our three kitties and our large dog. We have two very shy kitties and she let them have their space while making sure their were good. We were happy to see the kitties were not stressed when we got home. Sara was also so good with our large baby dog. Olive got lots of love and cuddles! We plan to use Sara again!”

About: Hi! I love dogs and animals so much and would love to be able to care for them and interact with them while making some extra cash. I do work full time as a Registered Nurse, but my work schedule allows me to have availability to care for animals as needed! I’m very responsible and have grown up with dogs my whole life :) I will be in school, but my schedule has a lot of availability, I may be working part time, but haven’t decided if I will be or not. I can handle any service needed for my clients pets, I have a good understanding of what certain environments pets may need and how to enact those services in a professional and caring way.
“Jennifer did a great job as our dog’s petsitter. Daisy warmed up to here very quickly. She took good care of and followed my directions. Daisy is a nervous dog with new people so it was extra nice that she felt so comfortable with Jennifer for the 3 day 2 night job we needed her for. I highly recommend her.”

About: I worked at an animal shelter where I helped care for dogs, cats, and small animals. I gained experience with lots of different categories like feeding, cleaning, playtime, and making sure animals felt comfortable and cared for. I also have experience with reactive dogs/cats and making sure to create an environment where they thrive and do not feel the need to be reactive. I also worked with many different types of cats, especially the shy ones who just needed more support. I have also given vaccines and medicine to animals, as well as taken a senior diabetic cats blood sugar. I understand every pet is different, and I’m happy to follow any routines and give them all the patience and attention they need and deserve! I also have experience with family animals! Growing up, we had all sizes of dogs, from a German Shepherd to an Italian Greyhound! So I have experience with all different animal personalities like door dashers, small velcro pups, and the older ones too:) I currently have a small dog, a bearded dragon, and a hamster! I truly love animals and want pet parents to feel comfortable knowing their pets are safe, happy, and getting lots and lots of love while they’re away! I currently have a very flexible schedule and am available most days of the week, including weekdays and weekends. I’m able to accommodate morning, afternoon, and evening pet care as needed! I live in a rented apartment, so sadly I’m not able to board pets in my home. I do offer care in clients’ homes, which I believe is often best for pets since they can stay in their own familiar space:) I always make sure to follow instructions closely, keep the environment clean, and prioritize each pet’s safety and comfort.
“Sara took exceptional care of our dogs while we were away. We got updates during each day and loads of photos so we felt like we were with them. Sara also managed our house and kept things in wonderful order. We were able to be away and not worry about our sweet dogs and our home. Thank you, Sara!!!!”

“We had Alexa stay at our home with our puppy recently. This was not the easiest ask given it was very hot in our area during her stay and our puppy (prone to heat stroke) needs a fair amount of exercise. Alexa handled it very well. She was very reliable, trustworthy and had great communication before and during our stay, which allowed us to be fully present on our travels and relax while we were away knowing Milo was well cared for. We felt she did a great job and would hire her again in the future without hesitation.”

About: I’ve been an animal lover my whole life so I would love to help your pets feel comfortable and cared for while you’re out of town this summer. I started doing in home pet sitting for family in my teens and extended to family friends in my 20s. To date my most stressful stay has been handling emergency vet care for a dog who suddenly presented Lymes disease while his parents were out of the county. When the owner returned I had a urine sample ready to drop off and they only needed to settle their bill and continue his care. I have a natural caregiving personality and my full time work involves working with disabled individuals since I was 20. I work for the school district so during the summer I will only be working half days. Because of this I will have afternoons free to help care for your pets! Pet sitting in your home I will try to keep your pets schedule the same as when you are home as much as possible. I am comfortable spending the night with pets who need it, or waking up early to accommodate pets schedules. I am married so my spouse will be home to care for our pets meaning I don’t have to split my time.
