About: I have been volunteering for my local Humane Society for the past year which intakes all different dog breeds and has allowed me to gain great experience with caring for dogs. I’m a proud dog and cat owner and will care for your animals as I do my own. You can guarantee my love and care for your pets. I am currently in between school programs so I have a lot of spare time. I am looking for a job that I can set my own schedule which is why pet care is a great fit for me. I have cared for my extended family’s animals in their homes over the last couple years. I have experience with supplying medications and diabetic shots to dogs. I will always watch out for your animal’s safety and ensure they are getting enough playtime.

About: I’ve cared for dogs my whole life. You can rest assured your pups, big and small, will get all the love and attention while you’re away. I currently work full-time, Monday through Friday, but have three pups of my own at home and can board additional pups overnight during the week and can do daytime walks on weekends. I have a fenced in yard and keep your pets separated from my household pets unless they are long-time visitors and we know everyone gets along well.

About: I have owned rodents, fish, dogs, and cats all my life. I have worked at Five acres animal shelter for 2 years, and have a few months of vet tech experience. I see our animals like they are our family. So that's how I treat them. I would spend a lot of time in your home playing, cuddling, and staying active. Any pet will be given 100% of my attention and care while we are together. I do not have day care at my home because I have other pets here that may stress out from the in and out of other animals. I look forward to meeting all of your furry babies! This is currently my only work besides being a full time mom! I can make lots of drop ins throughout the day to give lots of attention. About: (I prefer to go by Rori) Before my kennel experience, I have watched over many neighbors dogs over the years! They bring me so much joy, having a dog in my life is a must! And, if I cannot have one myself, at least I can bring joy into another’s dogs lives while their owner is gone!!! Having worked at a boarding kennel and rescue for nearly 2 years now, I have spent a large amount of my pet care experience dealing with dogs at their most vulnerable. Because of this, I am very familiar with how to comfort and care for many different dog temperaments and breeds! I know how to respect their boundaries and keep your pets at as much ease as I can bring them :) Because of my boarding experience, I have worked with puppies under a year old, and senior dogs of all kinds of breeds. I understand how to accommodate and console older dogs: with lots of love and patience. I have encountered dogs who are aggressive in many forms: from people and/or dog aggressive to barrier and fence aggressive. I’ve handled dogs that react to nerves in various manners whether it be scared and cowering or more disagreeable. While I do not anticipate this behavior to be as extreme as what I saw in a kennel environment (where everything is new and abnormal) I do think this experience allows me to be adept at handling dogs through all their stages and kinds of discomfort. While at the kennel, I was also tasked with caring for our rescues. Housing 5-10 rescues at a time, I became very familiar with how to care for and bond with so many dogs. Taking the time to truly know and understand these rescues is my absolute favorite thing about working at the kennel! I have trained these dogs and made a point of learning how to handle even the most difficult of our rescues!! Socializing these dogs, helping them find peace and consistency in an otherwise chaotic environment fills me with purpose. I love them. I have so much love for these animals that I can’t possibly contain it!!! So, I would like to share it :) Having just moved to Illinois, I am available and willing to work anytime on weekdays until 4 PM to walk, watch and play with your fur babies!! I can work weekends sometimes :) I LOVE walking dogs!!! I’m happy to take them with me on walks in my neighborhood, your neighborhood, or to various parks!! Feeding, playing, and engaging with these sweet animals is something I am more than familiar with doing having taken care of the kennel dogs for so long now.

About: I’ve been caring for all types of dogs since I was around five years old. From my sweet rescue, to my best friend’s three German Shepards and one bichon-shih tzu mix, to my neighbors diaper wearing beagle down to my college roommate’s two rambunctious Aussie puppies. From seniors to six months I’ve watched and played with all sizes and all personalities. I’ve also cared for cats from a neighbor’s skittish black cat to a roommates sassy white old lady. I love being around animals and I haven’t met one that doesn’t love being around me too! I’m working on getting back to a part time job to save up for grad school, but between family commitments and working at the zoo I would love to spend time with your fur baby. Taking time to meet your pet in their home environment is incredibly important! It makes them feel safe and helps me learn more about your pet. I’m good with leash training and can walk large dogs even rambunctious ones.

About: Southern Illinois born and raised! I’ve been around animals all my life and have loved every second of it, from puppies to seniors I have all around experience. Tend well to schedules, love walking and playing with the fur babies! I am currently a stay at home mom to my sweet two year old little girl. My husband is in the Marine corps and we just moved back after 7 years of being gone from Illinois and now stationed on Scott! With my husband’s schedule I have the flexibility of doing what I love and that’s carrying for the fur babies! My house is a two story with baby gates at the top and bottom stairs. I have a fenced in yard, with two precious little fur babies. If you crate your animal my laundry room is on the main floor of the home and is quite spacious for crates or if you allow free roam the downstairs is where your little one will be!

About: I’ve had many pets throughout my life! I’ve had dogs, cats, a bunny and a hedgehog! I’ve worked for an independent pet sitter before! I’ve taken a couple training classes with my own fur babies so I know a little bit about training. I’ve helped nurse kittens as well! I work M-F 8am-5/6pm & have weekends off. I do sometimes change my work schedule around for pet visits so I charge a cancellation fee for cancellations that are 2 days before. My own pets are kenneled throughout the day when no one is home. They go outside regularly about every 2 hours when someone is home. I feed them early morning & when I get home from work. We work through our training exercises daily! I take care of my clients pets however they have asked me to and treat them as if they are my own fur babies! Your pets will know nothing but love & fun when I’m with them!

About: I've had pet all of my life up until last year. I've had three dogs and one cat, all at different times in my life. I'm currently a substitute teacher while I look for a full time teaching position in my field. As of right now, I have open availability. However, I expect my availability to change to after school hours once the school year starts. When I am watching your fur baby at your home, I will make sure to double check all of your instructions. I will make sure to write your instructions down.

About: Growing up my mom was a professional dog trainer so we always had different dogs in the house. I learned how to do everything from basic care to in depth trick training. My friends, family, and neighbors have always relied on my to care and train their dogs ever since I was young. I have a puppy, an almost 2 year old, and a senior dog in my own home so I am able to care for any age. I am currently a student but there is always someone available to care for the animals in my home. Typically I leave home by 8am and return by 1pm every week day. I am home in the evenings and all weekend. I have a fenced in yard and three friendly dogs that love to play. I have plenty of dog toys and bones to keep everyone busy and happy. All dogs must be up-to-date on vaccinations in order to stay.

About: I’ve taken care of all types dogs for awhile now. I also have a dog of my own who is trained and great with other pups. In my neighborhood I have watched/ walked many pups. I am currently in the military and work full time. I live on base so I am able to take take them out mornings afternoons and evenings & spend a lot of time in between with them! About: I first began pet sitting and dog walking around four years ago. For three years I had been taking care of my neighbors' pets, including dogs and cats. This past year I actually worked for a company for pet sitting! This included multiple appointments throughout the day of thirty-minute stays and walks. This makes me very familiar with this type of job already! For pet sitting I would go to the house in the morning, middle of the day, and in the evening. Therefore, I would feed them and give them their medication if needed. For dog walking I would go at the requested time of the client and take their dog on a nice thirty-minute walk. I have a ton of experience to offer! I am currently unemployed. Therefore, my schedule is very open to multiple appointments! I am going back to school in August but am available for most of the summer! I have two dogs of my own, a German Shepard and a rescue mutt. I always make sure to do my part in taking care of them and give them as much love as I can! About: I have been trained on dog and cat CPR, I have a flexible schedule and love dogs! I have owned and cared for dogs for with high engery, low energy, nervous energy and even aggressive energy. I am a disabled USAF veteran with a lot time on my hands that gives me a flexible schedule to be able to care for any pets needs. I have Military Base Access I have three cats: between cuddles, ensuring they have a healthy diet, yearly checks up and safe outdoors time (my cats all have harnesses and leashes) my cats have a happy life. One of my cats has high anxiety and shy. I have learned how to interact with her where she feels safe and will nap with me.
