About: Hi! My name is Nikki and I’ve lived with dogs and cats since I was a toddler. I always loved helping my parents and grandma with our many pets while growing up, but it wasn’t until I graduated high school that I decided to start expanding to pet-sitting for my friends as well! I was always happy to spend time with and gain knowledge from their furry friends. Two years after high school, I adopted a sweet husky puppy. He was just 8 weeks old when I took him home and I quickly realized raising a puppy is A LOT of work (but worth it!!). About: I have had my own pets since I was a young child. I have taken care of many of my friends, family, neighbors, and church members pets over the years. I love dogs and kitties and believe they deserve to be well taken care of. They depend on us to be good to them and are at our mercy. If they are mistreated they can't say anything. About: For years my neighbors have relied on me to take care of their four dogs when they are away for weekend trips or even for trips that last over 2 months. Each one had their own personality and I was able to adapt to it and get along with them well. Over the years I have also had my own pets and have taken care of others. I have taken care of animals from cats, snakes, guinea pigs and most of all dogs. I am patient and contempt with taking care of dogs. In all, I've had a lot of experience with animals! I adore animals all the like and have had the best experiences taking care of lovely pets. I'm a part time worker but that's only on the weekends as I have night school. That leaves me plenty of time in the day during the week and weekends to check on your fur babies. I will be able to drop in later at night at around 9:30-11 p.m. If ever in emergencies, I have a fenced yard that is very very roomy for a dog who loves to run around and play outside. I am more than happy to drop into the clients home and even help clean and pick up after the place for comfortable living for their fur baby. I don't make messes and will no matter what pick up after myself. I will always address to the client in emergencies.

About: I have been surrounded with dogs since I was born! My family had a golden retriever when I was younger, and we currently have an 11-year old corgi mix, an 8-year old labradoodle, and a 5-year old golden retriever. Finnley, the five year old golden, is my personal dog who I trained, walked, cleaned up after, and took care of. In addition, I lived with a 3-year old boxer last year who I helped take care of and spent a lot of time with. Besides my personal pet experience, I volunteered at the Partners for Pets shelters multiple times where I took care of dogs and cats. I also frequently take advantage of the Adopt a Dog for a Day option at the Oxford Animal Rescue Center whenever I feel overwhelmed or have a free day. Besides volunteering, I had a personal business at 15/16 where I watched both kids and animals for families in my neighborhood. I took care of multiple breeds and ages of dogs, cats, hamsters, and fish. My availability is completely open until June 1st, when I will start a part time job at WashU! With that said, I am still available any weekday after 4, and all day Saturday and Sunday!! At my house, all of my dogs are trained to stay in the yard. All three get treats when they come in (because they are such good boys) and are fed twice daily. My older dog has gum issues that makes his teeth painful to use, so I put his food in water and let it soften so he is able to eat it pain-free. For walks, the two big dogs go on a joint leash and the smaller dog goes on a leash by himself. Distance wise, I take into account if the ground is hot on their paws and the temperature outside to determine how long the walk will be. We love to go to dog parks and play, as well as cuddle and lay out in the sun together.

“Jenay kept my 11 month old dog Lucy for a weekend. This was Lucy's first time being away from home. I appreciate Jenay agreeing to me bringing Lucy a few days early to her home to meet her family. Everyone were loving to my puppy. Jenay kept me posted with pictures. She took Lucy for a walk and had plenty of lap time which Lucy loves. My mind was set at ease and I was able to enjoy my vacation. I will use Jenay again and hopefully she is available.”
