About: I’ve had my own pets (cats & dogs) for over 2 decades. My pets are my life! I currently have 2 Senior dogs. Im the go-to that sits for all of my friends’ pets. I’m comfortable with all ages of dogs and cats. I have no problem cleaning up messes or giving meds. I will treat your pups and kitties with all the love that I give my own. I recently left a job I didn’t like and decided to try something I love, which is being with animals. My schedule is pretty wide open and flexible. My prices are negotiable. I’m happy to watch your pets at your house. I’m flexible and easy going and open to ideas. Your babes will always be kept safe and happy.

About: I have extensive hands-on experience caring for dogs of all ages, sizes, and temperaments. I run a 501(c)(3) dog rescue, regularly transport dogs, care for puppies, seniors, and special-needs dogs, administer medications, work on basic training, leash manners, and provide structured, loving care tailored to each pet’s needs. Pet care fits seamlessly into my schedule because animals are already a central part of my daily life. I work from home and plan my days around feeding schedules, walks, medications, enrichment, and individualized care. This flexibility allows me to be reliable, responsive, and fully present for each pet. I have 2 600+ feet plus areas for dogs to run and play. We have a building for them to sleep cozy, clean and safe.

About: I have owned and cared for pets my entire life. I'm recently retired from a long career as a professional equestrian and horse trainer, and I'm excited to begin this journey of offering pet care services to the community! I have experience with all types and ages of pets ... from very young to very senior. I have experience administering medications, giving injections, and basic first aid. My lifestyle is active, and I'm happy to provide whatever exercise that your pet needs, whether that is a long trail hike, or simply walks around the neighborhood. And lots of love and snuggles of course :) I also have extensive horse experience, and limited experience with other livestock, and I'm happy to provide services for those animals as well. I currently work from home and have an extremely flexible schedule, which allows me to work around whatever your pet care needs are. I have a reliable 4 wheel drive vehicle, so I can get to some of the further out Nevada County destinations no problem. I pride myself on being punctual, organized and reliable, and you can rest assured that your pet(s) and home will receive attentive and loving care. I am happy to take care of any additional tasks that you might need around your home while you're away (checking mail, taking out trash, watering plants/garden, etc. )

About: Since 2023, my paid experience has included overnight and daytime home stays, for up to 24 hours at a time or weekly. Imagine a Mary Poppins for your beloved pets who provides the social and emotional support to buffer you during long getaways. Two walks daily, if needed, by forest or urban trail. I am here to ensure the proper amount of exercise. I am here to guide the fun, support the snuggles, and provide proper nutrition. Multiple types of animals welcome. I have passed numerous background checks as an elementary school substitute teacher. So I have full availability overnight, on weekends, and for extended periods between Nevada County and Placer County. I usually stay a week or more with fur babies. You can relax knowing I am keeping the utmost care and safety of your animals and home. References on request. I want to clarify during our visit if you need care at the 2-hour, 4-hour, or 6-hour interval beyond the overnight stay of 7 pm to 7 am. Communication is key! I will send daily pictures or updates. For best prevention, talking about the details with the owner and ground rules produces the best results. Topics will include where the pet feels most comfortable such a calm spaces or crating procedures. I make sure to go over emergency contacts and preferred clinics. Also, I keep a clean environment that ensures the safety of pets for food handling.

Sana required extra sensitivity and daily car rides to a quiet cemetery to avoid overstimulation, which I was happy to accommodate. In another sit, I tended to a rescue crow and her two cat companions for a full month while the owners were in India studying Vedic astrology. In many of these situations, I’ve also been responsible for watering plants, collecting mail, maintaining routines, and simply being a reassuring human presence in the home—keeping things running smoothly, lights on, and the house clearly lived-in while owners are away. I’m very comfortable accommodating unique requests and supporting both pets and homes with care and respect. I work remotely with a flexible schedule, which allows me to be present and adapt my day around your pets’ needs. I’m able to accommodate feeding schedules, walks, medication, playtime, and companionship, and I’m open to coordinating routines that support your pet’s comfort and wellbeing. I provide care in my clients’ homes, maintaining their pets’ normal routines and environment. I focus on calm, attentive presence, safety, and clear communication. I’m comfortable administering medication, managing feeding and exercise, and keeping the home clean, secure, and lived-in while you’re away. About: Some of my earliest memories are of taking care of Queensland Heeler puppies in my outdoor playhouse. My parents were breeders & ever since then I’ve had a very special connection to dogs! I have taken care of many different types of furry friends from puppies to seniors, from chihuahuas to Belgian Malinois. I have also fostered rescues in my home from time to time. All while having two dogs myself! Looking to build a relationship with a few clients who need their pups walked daily/ boarded while they are away at work or vacation. I am a new stay at home mom so my schedule is very open & flexible! I have a fenced yard and plenty of space for your pet and mine to run and play! I can also provide a crate in a spare bedroom for your pet if they need their own space. I am also very big on walks, me and my dogs go on a walk everyday! About: Been a proud owner of goats, cats, chickens, reptiles and dogs. I've had experience in the veterinary field, worked with and cared for livestock and house pets. I am currently working full time as a CNA, my schedule is kinda wacky. I work PM shifts from 2:30pm-10:30pm, on a four on and two off rotation. In my own home I have reptiles and three cats and one older dog around. If your pet is staying with me or I’m keeping them company in your own home, I always am engaging with the pet. Any opportunity to play and have some fun, we’re doing it! If they’re more laid back and want to snooze next to me, I will relax with them.

About: People often say I have a way with animals. They always seem drawn to me immediately, even when they are wary of others. I feel honored that animals feel this way about me because I feel the same about them! I have cared for many dogs of all sizes as well as owned cats. I have volunteered at a dog rescue in Thailand that has many disabled dogs as well as fostered cats/kittens here at home. I have a big fenced yard with both grass and forest to run and play. I don’t have multiple dogs staying with me at one time ( unless discussed in advance) so your baby will get all the attention. Although I will never replace you, I can provide love and safety until you return (and probably some treats and adventures too!) I'm currently not working and can dedicate my time to pet/house sitting and care. As you can see from my photo gallery, I love all animals and have volunteered at a dog rescue in Thailand, fostered kittens at home, and have seen very cool animals in the wild and at animal rescues/sanctuaries around the world. (I always vet them to make sure they are ethical and doing legit work) I have a large fenced yard and indoor space for cats or dogs. We have plenty of shade and are also willing to take pets with us on outings. I live with my husband and son and they also love and respect animals. As far as caring for pets at someone else's home, I can stay at your house or check in as often as needed. I will play with them, feed them, bathe them, take them places (if requested) and give them love. I know they miss their people and its not the same without you, but I do my best to make them feel safe and comfortable.

I’m available to care for your pets in your home, for drop in for visits, and to walk them. When I’m with your pets my goals are to maintain their normal schedule as closely as possible so they feel relaxed and know what to expect and to ensure their needs are met. I’ve owned or lived with pets for most of my life. The few years when I didn’t were when I was working as a National Park ranger. During that time I still got to learn a lot about animal behavior from observing wild animals across the USA. This time spent with animals combined with my sensitivity and attention to detail add up to me being able to “tune in” with your fur-baby so I know when to interact and when to let them have space. Your and your pets’ happiness are important to me. I’m happy to play with them, bring them on their favorite walking route, and send you photo updates. About: I’ve always had pets and cared/trained from puppies to disabled elders who need medication. I even produce a local dog parade annually. Must love dogs! I have a flexible schedule making it easy to accommodate others. I have reliable transportation for getting to homes and am in excellent health so no excuse…. I live on 24 acres, some fenced. My cats are indoor/outdoor and are trained to come in at night. They are literbox trained. My dogs stay in the house when we leave and get regular vet care. At your home: caution opening doors, assure leashes attached properly, and yard secure, administer meds according to vet orders. Feed per owner directions (you have them sing for dinner, I will too), refresh water, photograph/video each encounter to share with owner at visit, clean up pet messes, sit on floor and play, make sure home is securely locked when leaving

About: Hi! My name is Ella. I love all animals. I am a Cal Poly Pomona Graduate with a BS in Apparel Production as well as I have my 200hr Yoga Certification. I had two Labradors growing up. I am very good with training and using treats for techniques/training etiquette. I love going on walks, but miss having a walking buddy. I am originally from Northern California but have been in Southern California for 7 years. Well-trained animals preferably, with commands:). I love all dogs, big and small, young or old. Your dog will love me. Please let me know if they have any allergies, or any special toys/ harnesses as well. Can’t wait to meet your pup and you. I am very sociable as well! Feel free to ask questions! I can also transport myself or your pup when needed. I have a three-year-old cat named Phoenix. He likes to be brushed and gets treats of course before the brushing 3/4 times a week! I think hygiene is very important when living with animals. We are still working on Phoenix's leash comfortability. But I am willing to fit walks with your dogs into my daily routine if you will have me! I have been missing walking, playing, training, and giving dogs treats ever since becoming a cat mom. I am a very organized and clean person. I vacuum twice a week or more with having a cat, and a rug that he loves to play on. I clean Phoenix's water and food bowls twice a week or more so as to not have any build-up or potential for mold/fungus/bugs. Cleaning his litter box every couple of days is a necessity for me as well as disinfecting the box every other week or more, depending on the week :).

About: My mom has had dogs my entire life always five or six at a time. I’ve always taken care of her animals, cats, dogs, and horses, when she goes out of town! I’m very responsible and assertive with a loving and gentle touch. I have my own dog. She’s a cutie!! I work for myself and run my own business. I have very flexible hours and can be available given enough time. I coparent my son 50% of the time. I Pay attention to detail and completely understand that each pay pet owner has unique request and care instructions for their pet. I will send you pictures during the visit I aim to please!

My name is Ayla and caring for animals and people has been a huge part of my life for as long as I can remember.I am currently a nursing student and someone i want you to feel comfortable in your home and with your pets. I have been fostering dogs since I was a kid, which gave me experience with all kinds of personalities—from shy rescue pups to high-energy dogs who love to play. I’m comfortable with dogs of different ages, sizes, and temperaments, including rescue dogs that may need a little extra patience. I’m also happy to send updates and photos so you can relax knowing your pet is in good hands! I am currently available full time and can do both over night and day time check ins! I do have dogs of my own that i will need to come and check on while my brother is not home but otherwise can accommodate to the needs of your pet! I am very comfortable with all types of dogs and behaviors and am willing to accommodate to the needs of your dogs! My dogs are both indoor and outdoor with a gated in yard. Do not mind crating, walking, or feeding tempered dogs as long as warned prior.
