“Bernice was great! We were gone for 3 weeks and she kept us informed and up to date. The pets were sad to see her leave! Daily pictures and posts showed us how much fun they were having with her. She is great”
3. Brandon L.
“Brandon has been volunteering with me at the Evanston Animal Shelter for several years. He and his wife Vanessa are two of the most caring and compassionate people I know. As volunteers at the shelter, our shifts consist of walking the dogs, feeding, administering medicine, training, cleaning, and so much more. As a city shelter, we accept all different sizes and breeds of dogs, and Brandon is able to comfortably handle all of them. He also works as an adoption counselor during the week, helping potential adopters find their perfect doggie match. Brandon has fostered several dogs for the shelter, including an older partially blind/deaf dog, and a mama dog with her newborn puppies. His experience at the shelter has given him the opportunity to work with all different kinds of dogs and behaviors, both good and bad, so he is prepared for just about anything! Brandon has 3 adorable dogs at home, all of whom are perfectly spoiled, and I know he will take the same great care of any dogs that are under his charge.”
4. Michael D.
“Michael is my brother in law, and it has been a pleasure watching him raise his dog Bucky the last three years. Michael has been an incredible dog parent. He is kind and gentle with Bucky, takes him on walks often, and ensures he receives ample attention. Michael is great with animals, and I would wholeheartedly trust him with caring for my pets.”
5. Judith S.
“I have known Judith S. for over 11 years. There’s no question of Judith trustworthiness and love for animals. I’ve observed Judy’s constant interaction with her pets and other dogs. She is loving, caring and patient. Judy makes time to help them feel safe and calm if they’re barking or feeling overwhelmed . Judy is a responsible pet owner herself, she has demonstrated love and compassion towards animals by taking her dogs on walks, yearly visits to the vet and training classes. She enjoys learning and practicing the lessons at home. She understands animals and their needs. I would not hesitate to recommend her as a pet caregiver.”
6. Bre B.

9. Christine R.
“There are very few people that I trust my babies with, but Christine is definitely at the top of my list! She is so loving and compassionate to all species. Everything from the smallest reptiles to the largest horses, she has shown a vast knowledge on the care, training, and everyday tasks that pets need. It doesn’t matter if it’s a house pet like a cat or dog, or farms animals such as goats, chickens, llamas, horses, cattle, ect.. Christine can care for them all, and she knows exactly what each needs to live their happiest life. You can be assured that your babies will be treated like her own while in her care.”

11. Jennifer T.
“It was our first time leaving our 2 rescue dogs home for a 4 day trip and Jennifer saved us by staying in our house and taking care of them. Our dogs haven't had chance to socialize with other dogs or people due to Pandemic and her dog Teddy did a great job making friends with our younger dog, child #2 (child #1 is a little defensive ) . Teddy also promoted a very calm, obedient and friendly behavior which was kind of a training for our dogs. Jen kept sending us pictures and updates on our dogs and she kept everything tidy. We would definitely recommend her and aquire her service for future needs. Thank you Jen and Teddy! :)”
12. Gerardo G.

About: I currently take care of 1 dog while owners are out of town. She says she can tell a difference when she comes home her dog is so much happier. I own a commercial cleaning business & only work part time. I have time to go check on your fur baby. My schedule is pretty flexible. I brush undercoat, play catch, take them for walks & spend one on one time with your pets so they can be tired physically & mentally.

“Kariely dog sat for me a couple times and it's safe to say my fur baby loved Kariely! She's dax approved, followed care instructions very well and had exceptional dog walking skills, granted my dax isn't the smallest dog. Overall, would keep hiring her over and over again!”

20. Maryjane O.
About: I’ve taken care of a few dogs of my family’s for a few years now. I have little experience with bathing because as they get bigger, they don’t like baths. I’ve walked a few dogs as well but haven’t done in a while. Still very eager to have the opportunity to care for your fur babies. Im currently a cheerleading coach and only do that twice a week for an hour, so I have a lot of free time. I’m also available weekends if needed. As for Sunday’s, after 1pm is an ideal time. currently in the process of getting a shed done in our backyard and still need to clean out some junk but still half of the backyard is decent to roam around in. I will be outside to watch the dogs at all times. If your dog is an inside pet, they will be in my care at all times. If I am dog sitting at a client’s home, I make sure to stay on the preferred schedule and will always check up on pets whether inside or out.
