Amanda M.
About: Hi my Name is Amanda! I am now a retired Sport Dog trainer. Now I call myself a Sport dog training enthusiast as I don’t take training clients anymore due to career change. Haha! I have an passion for dogs and horses! I've ridden horses since I was 7 years old. I have ample experience with all aspects of equine care & nutritional needs. And heavy experience with dogs in ALL aspects. Specifically high-drive working dog breeds: Bordercollies, Belgian Malinois, Mcnabs, & German Sheperds. I'm looking to fill in some extra time, by helping you care for your pet while you have to be away! I would give your dog mental and physical exercise, to keep your dog healthy while in my care! 😃 • Additional care availability for: cats, rodents or reptiles, equine, sheep/goats, pigs, fish. Further experience details: Currently I’m established as a volunteer with with 5 different non-profit rescue organizations. Since 2008 I have fostered many dogs, cats, & guinea pigs. Most recent years, I mainly do volunteer transport, rehabilitation fostering, some short-term emergency foster, & complete/write behavioral assessments for dogs in city/county municipal animal shelters. In 2019 I started sport dog training. I have experience in training competitive dog frisbee, beginning/intermediate herding, behavioral work, agility, and basic obedience. I have intensive experience with the treatment & rehabilitation care requirements of dog sport injuries. (ACL repairs, Cruciate repairs, surgery site care, bone break repairs etc.) I also have ample experience with pregnant, nursing, & whelping dogs. Extra info: • Experienced with charting & administering medications to pets. • Follow & carry out owners EXACT care-plan for each pet. I will not apply changes without owners permission. • Consistent, reliable, & responsive to owners communicating to myself before, during, and after pets *scheduled care. • I prefer AND recommend meet & greets for all clients I work part time night-shift on the weekends. I cannot stay overnight with pets currently on Friday and Saturday nights. I have ample availability for your pet care needs otherwise. •Care in your home will be done according to the care-plan you specify. ———————————————————— •Pet Boarding clients in my home: A Quiet peaceful space and Predictable schedule for your pet. Feeding regimen per owners care-plan. Bathroom & exercise time will be a mutually agreed and built part of your pets care plan. All dogs needs are different. I am home all day & only leave for errands or outings for my two children. I do not live with others AND do not have frequent visitors. My children ARE experienced with respecting & reading dog behavior, and do not partake in the care & interaction of boarding clients. Your pets will never be allowed to be *un-supervised loose in the home or yard. I run a very highly managed schedule for all pets in my home to meet all pets needs. Your pet will be in a crate when I rotate dogs in the yard. They will have AMPLE time outside of their crate consistently through the day for potty, exercise, & 1 on 1 time play/petting. My personal dogs are all Dog-neutral & extremely friendly, they do not have dog-to-dog reactivity problems. They would LOVE to play with your DOG FRIENDLY/PLAYFUL dogs. *Though your dogs will not be allowed loose with my personal dogs unless owner gives clear permission.* •All dogs will be crated when supervision is not available. Your dog should have crate training experience before boarding with me to help make your pets time in a dog crate familiar 😃 ••*I am willing to take non-crate trained dogs. But for your pets comfort they should be exposed to being in a crate in your own home prior to boarding.* •• *highly reactive or crate stressed dogs with destructive behaviors will need to have a solid sided plastic crate of appropriate size for pet by the owner for the boarding duration*

Christine R.
“There are very few people that I trust my babies with, but Christine is definitely at the top of my list! She is so loving and compassionate to all species. Everything from the smallest reptiles to the largest horses, she has shown a vast knowledge on the care, training, and everyday tasks that pets need. It doesn’t matter if it’s a house pet like a cat or dog, or farms animals such as goats, chickens, llamas, horses, cattle, ect.. Christine can care for them all, and she knows exactly what each needs to live their happiest life. You can be assured that your babies will be treated like her own while in her care.”

Emily D.
“Emily has watched my 2year old border Aussie on many occasions and she is an absolute delight. Our pup LOVES her. She is very communicative and loves getting active. We have a good day when our dog has a good long day outside hitting the trails and we can always count on Emily to bring home a tuckered out, happy pup! Would recommend her to anyone who needs a dog sitter or walker.”

Alexandria B.
“Alex has been hiking, walking, and caring for our (super active) Border Collie, Bailey, for over a year. Bailey waits eagerly at the front window for her to arrive and can not wait to go beach hiking, park walking, or playing with her. Alex is absolutely wonderful with dogs, especially active dogs. At the end of their hikes, Alex always takes the greatest care to check for foxtails or other burrs in Bailey’s fur. While he is sometimes resistant with us doing this, he never is with Alex. Bailey adores Alex, and always has a blast when they are together. Added bonus for us, he always comes home exhausted! We highly recommend Alex, she’s awesome with dogs!”

Serena G.
About: I’ve had many pets my entire life and have always had the responsibility of caring for them! My neighbors and family members have had me pet sit for their fur babies many times over the years :) I’m currently working part time so I have mostly open availability. I am able to work with your schedule and whichever days you need me. I do prefer to work outside of my home, as I do have my own pets that may not get along with new friends. However, I think keeping a pet where they’re comfortable in their home while introducing a new face can be super helpful for the sitter and pet!

Yasmine O.

“Yasmine did an amazing job and would definitely rebook with her! She’s attentive, accommodating and communicates frequently as needed. Thank you Yasmine!”

Ashlynn P.
“My good friend Ashlynn usually takes care of my families dogs while we are away on vacation. The duration of her stay is usually around 10 days, during that time she feeds the animals twice a day and plays with them constantly. She keeps them clean, fed, and happy. We never have to worry when we are away. Although the services where not through this app, she is brand new to this app and asked me to write an honest testimonial for her so she can a head start. I hope the best for her, she's a really great person with a big heart.”

Berenice J.

“Bernice was great! We were gone for 3 weeks and she kept us informed and up to date. The pets were sad to see her leave! Daily pictures and posts showed us how much fun they were having with her. She is great”

Marina G.
“She is a very caring pet sitter who will treat any pets like her own. She can handle any type of situation that is handed to her! She's very professional and very courteous.”

Susan S.
About: I currently take care of 1 dog while owners are out of town. She says she can tell a difference when she comes home her dog is so much happier. I own a commercial cleaning business & only work part time. I have time to go check on your fur baby. My schedule is pretty flexible. I brush undercoat, play catch, take them for walks & spend one on one time with your pets so they can be tired physically & mentally.

Cynthia A. A.
“It is with great pleasure that I write this referral. Cynthia is our favorite cat sitter. She has been caring for our 2 cats for several years. She is always professional, on time and available. When we leave our cats in her care, we know they are being taken care of the same as if we were home. I am most certain, Rover will be very pleased to have Cynthia on board.”
