About: I have been in the pet industry for 15+ years including veterinary, retail and boarding. I also did house and pet sitting for a good friend of mine many times. I have worked in the petcare industry for more that 15 years. Most of it as a retail manager. I've done veterinary and boarding jobs also. I'm ready to basically become my own boss and do what I really love. I am still a part-time retail worker and full-time homemaker but would love to include your pets in my everyday activities! I have fur babies and scale babies of my own. This includes 1 dog, 3 cats, 2 tree frogs, 2 leopard geckos, 1 hamster and multiple fish. They are not only my hobby but part of my family. My dog and cats are allowed on furniture so they can cuddle with us.

About: I’ve grown up surrounded by animals—dogs, cats, and even foster pets who stayed with us until they found their forever homes. This lifelong experience has taught me patience, responsibility, and how to adapt to each pet’s unique personality. I’m especially comfortable with dogs of all ages, from playful puppies to senior pets who need extra care and gentleness. I recently moved to the area from Northern Virginia and will be starting college this Fall ('25) at Virginia Western Community College. I currently at home with my parents in Goodview, VA. I'm open every weekend and on holidays. I can also drop in for care visits and walks in the late afternoon during some weekdays. I currently have two dogs of my own, and they’re truly part of the family. At home, I make sure they get plenty of walks, outdoor playtime, and lots of attention. I always follow the same approach with pets I’m caring for—making sure they feel safe, loved, and cared for just like my own. Whether it’s walks, playtime, feeding, or just keeping them company, I pay close attention to their needs and routines.

About: I have taken care of big and small dogs since I can remember. I love meeting new animals and making them feel safe and happy! I am extremely respectful of peoples space and am always early to everything! I have experience giving animals medications as well as dealing with food allergies. I also have experience with senior animals. My parents chihuahua is 20 years old and is also blind/deaf and I am always their first call for a sitter! I have two dogs of my own and they are my babies! I can’t wait to meet yours! I currently work at a Taco Bell as a General Manager. I make my own schedule so I will be able to squeeze in clients last minute! I work 8-10hrs a day so it will be no problem for me to be able to visit with your pups before and after my shifts! I am a master at following directions! I can follow any list of directions you would like followed while i am house sitting/pet sitting! I have experience crating animals & also walking on a leash!

I worked a vet clinic taking care of the pets in boarding to! I have tons of years of experience! :) I stay home full time, so I will have plenty of time to take care of your babies and play/love on them! About: I have dog and house sat for many family members since I started driving at 17 and once I started babysitting a lot I dog sat for my families I babysit for! I have one standard Australian Shepherd, one mini Aussie Doodle, and two mini Australian shepherds that I love with now. Two and my dads and two are mine! So I am use to multiple dogs at a time haha. I do dog sit with my husband just because it makes me feel more comfortable being with him than by myself. We always do meet and greets with both of us present first before accepting any visits. I currently have a full time job so I am more suitable for families who are going out of town and want me to stay with their pups at their house! About: Animals are my passion! I have experience with giving medication to animals, dealing with anxious animals, and other maintenance concerns regarding your furry friend(s). I will treat your pets and animals as if they were my own, so there is no need to look any further! :) I am currently going to school, but I am able to commute on days other than Monday and Wednesday during the fall 2025 semester. I would appreciate listing any medications that you animals may need and when those ought to be given to them. While I cannot provide my own home for your animals getaway, I would love to make your animals feel like they are not far from home while you're away. If you leave explicit instructions regarding what you would like me to do while in your residence, you can trust that they will be followed and respected.

About: From an early age, I've taken care of animals small-to-large, parrots-to-malamutes and I believe they're all special, giving us an endless quality of life 💓. Making time for ani-fam is never an inconvenience because it is a practice of fulfilling a pet's needs. ☺️ It also helps to fulfill my self-care/ spiritual health needs by nurturing another living being. I find I function best when I care for an animal as it keeps me on task, on schedule, and mentally happy, too! Our two family cats are fed early in the am/pm, plenty of (consensual) belly rubs, a daily lil' treat, playtime and plenty of nap time as well as personal space, as they see fit. We also share the past-time of birdwatching in the countryside. ✨ When it comes to your pet and your home, I am dedicated to respecting your pet's dietary restrictions, physical "play" needs, and always approaching with love and respect, as I will be the guest in their/your home. Between a strict regimen or low-maintenance regimen for your animal, I would require meeting with you/them in your space beforehand to make sure I get a thorough briefing. I also believe this helps with introductory bonding, showing I am a safe person to trust, and not cause unwanted stress on your pet.

About: I've taken care of both dogs and cats since I was a 10 for my family and friends. I love making connections with new adorable furry faces. I am currently enrolled at George Mason University and take both in person and online classes. This allows me to have amply time in my schedule to provide pet care. About: Homemade treats and lots of love and fun! We enjoy playing at home, going for long walks, playing at the dog park, riding with the windows down, belly rubs, kisses and cuddles. I don’t mind taking to the vet or pet stores to be of more help to you. Enjoy light grooming and brushing with your approval. No matter the size, they are all puppies or kitties to me lol. I even have jumps and hoops for the active pups who like to jump and have a good time. I can give meds and special diets when needed. About: I have been raising and caring for a variety of animals for over 25 years! Having experience with all kinds of animals, I know the importance of meeting the needs of each animal and giving it the love and care it deserves and desires. I have several families that reach out to me when they are planning a trip so that I can care for their pets while they are away. I understand the importance of maintaining the pet owners routine, commands, and affection with their pets to help reduce anxiety and stress while they are away. My goal is to love their pets as if they are my own. I have cared for our own dogs as seniors and have experience with failing body functions and know how to administer medications and assist the animal with getting up and moving around. I also have much experience with puppies since I breed Australian Shepherds and care for the puppies from the time they are born until they are at an appropriate age and health standard to go to their new families. It’s hard enough to say good-bye, so having peace of mind on how they will be cared for while you are away can make a good trip a GREAT one!! I am available most days of the week for 24/7 care since we are a homeschooling family and I am a stay at home mom. Pets are allowed in our home as long as they get along well with other pets and children. I do have an unground fence and collars that I can use to teach your pet to stay in our yard. I also have two nice size kennels that give dogs plenty of room to wander inside and outside the kennel walls.

About: My childhood was filled of all kinds of pets and pups. My whole life I've always had at least 3 fury babies in my life. I was intrigued by how intelligent our pets are so I began to work with them. I'm very good with all kinds of training from pups, teens, to our grandparent's. I've trained dogs for a couple of friends as well as my grandma's farm dogs ( Great Pyrenees). Today I have four babies and they are all well trained. I have four large dogs that I take care of everyday. Once a day I take my dogs to the park for walks. we go on, hikes, swims, and we go to pet friendly areas for people connections. About: My name is Lakita. I initially went to college in for marine biology and zoology before I changed my love of animals into a live in hobby. My children and I have 3 dogs, 2 cats, a hedgehog, fish, and soon a bearded dragon. I've had animals of my own since I was in elementary school of all kinds. I started house sitting and walking pets for my own parents and their friends in 11th grade and have continued if needed over the years. I have never had any difficulties or emergency during those times. Typically I work from home each week and occasionally leave on the weekends for sports activities. My after work activities are normal local or in Roanoke. I can easily crate a pet within my home away from the friendly animals in my home. I'm about to go to a home and provide any animals walks/breaks as needed and feed them.

About: I am highly active, with a background in high-level sports. I workout weekly at a local gym, stay on my feet all day at work, and have a high energy dog myself. Every thing I do from sun up to sun down is focused on health and the growth of those around me. If there's an opportunity to train an animal, I tend to seize that moment. The more our pets understand us, the easier it is to live with them. My dog is a well-fed, exercised, played with PitBull/Boxer, if I neglect him, I lose my friend. I am currently a Full Time Manager at a Retail Store and I look forward to my free time outside of the job. I only work 8 hours a day (alternating between, 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shift), allowing me to offer my pet services early mornings, mid-day, or late nights (time slots may vary). I will take in account of all enviorments, dangers, and inconveniences while with your pet.
