About: I own It takes a village animal rescue, though I am taking a 2 year break, I have had 451 dogs come through my rescue in the last 10 years. I can help with house training, and basic puppy skills. I have probably had about 100 plus puppies in the last 10 years. I have a facebook account for the rescue and you can see all that My Volunteers and I have done over the years. Pet care has been a way of life for me for the last 10 years, I own an animal rescue, but am taking a 2 year hiatus, but miss haveing dogs around all day. I am home 90% of the time so I am there to let dogs out who might not be potty trained or sometimes it is just for company, laying on the couch watching TV and getting rubbed. I have a fenced in yard with lots of room to roam. I also have Mr Donovan, 110 pound hound mix that lost his 2 playmates in the last 2 months, so he would love having anotherfriend to hang/ play with.

About: I have worked at a boarding facility in an animal hospital for almost 3 years. I also have some experience working with vet techs and doctors. I made the decision to leave my job as a boarding technician to focus solely on my veterinary technology online classes. I know the care, love, dedication, patience and preparedness it takes to care for your babies. I have cared for dogs and cats of all ages and sizes and breeds. I’ve also cared for exotics which includes birds, small mammals, reptiles, etc. I also had a dog of my own which I had for 13 years and she was the love of my life. She was special needs, with a brain disease, dementia which caused behavioral issues, and in the last year of her life she suffered from a tumor and was constantly bleeding so I have a lot of experience with caring after a high maintenance pet, and I wouldn't have had it any other way. I can confidently say animal caretaking is the most rewarding thing I’ve ever done in my life. I left my full time job so I could focus on my online classes so my schedule is super flexible. I have no problem with getting up super early in the morning or being up super late at night. Working at an animal hospital full time for years hours can be very long and shifts start super early so I’m very disciplined when it comes to being on time. I have a big home and live near lots of parks and walkways where we can walk. I have spare pet beds, treats and toys in my home as well. The door to outside remains closed at all times. I will only take a dog outside if they are on leash. I will keep an eye on baby at all times.

We aim to walk about two miles a day and would love for your pup to join us! Dogs are allowed on couches and on the bed here. I have experience with different types of needs - food motivation, diapers, medicine, etc. Let me know what your pet needs to feel at home! I work from home five days a week. My dogs need frequent care, so I can provide frequent care for yours as well! Dogs are embedded into my weekly routine. I have a (soon to be fenced in) yard that my dogs often explore. We have walking paths around the neighborhood we use just about every day! We have a spacious home and plenty of room for another friend :)

“Pablo seemed to have a good time getting along with other pets in her care. Although he must have played rough or hurt himself when playing but came back with a bruise on his mouth. I was also told Pablo didn’t like eating his meal which is unusual since he didn’t have this issue anywhere else. Overall a good experience! Zay was responsive and helped accommodating him on short notice.”

About: I’m a dog owner and lover with a good foundation in dog behavior and training. My home is spacious and accessible to provide a loving a comfortable space for all dogs. A family friendly and casual setting My work schedule varies and I’m home more often than not. I also have my husband and grown children there to help out if I’m not home. I’ll be hands on for extra love, snuggles and attention to each dog as will all of my family. We are all big dog lovers and are happy to have more furry friends with us! I can easily crate a small- large dog if necessary and have a large fenced in backyard on 1 acre property for tons of running and play. I’m present and hands on with my dogs and have the commitment and patience to provide a secure environment.

Neighbors, friends, family have relied on me to walk, feed and bathe their pets. I am here to take of your dog and to provide them the love they need when it’s vacation time for owners (or anytime you need to yourself). I Provide exercise for dogs (usually in half-hour or one-hour increments). Pick up and dispose of dog droppings during walks. Check dogs' food and water supply to make sure basic needs are met after walks.I am very patient and show a lot of compassion towards dog. I just want them to feel at home away from home! I am also a very active person, so your dog will be able to have all of their fun they usually have or more when they are with me! I hope to walk your dog soon! I am currently working from home. I am available to take care and watch your fur baby Monday to Friday and Saturday’s all day/overnight. I have a flexible schedule for any adjustments needed. I have a unfenced yard with yards and yards of space for your fur baby to be active outside. My neighborhood is dog / pet friendly. With loving neighbors who own dogs as well. Well trained and loving environment. I have a mini dog park in my neighborhood. I have a mini shower station for your fur baby if a bathe if needed, design for dogs only. I can easily crate your dog if needed.
