We are offering our house for those in need of dog sitting. Please let us know how we can help. Taking care of dogs is our daily routine, with our Lab who has sadly recently passed, and our little Chihuahua. We love dogs very much. As a small family, we have plenty of room in our house, also a lot of pet toys and a little dog to play with. We also like to go for walks with them and we have a fenced in backyard. - I will start working part-time in September, weekdays from 7:30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m., so you could bring your dog at 7:00 a.m. or anytime after 12:10 p.m.

Please be advised that I work Monday-Thursday (7-5 M-W, 7-4:30 TH) in office at my full time job; however, I do have Friday - Sunday off. If you are looking to book someone for a long-weekend getaway, I am most definitely your gal! My husband is a school teacher and is home during the school breaks including summer, though. - For boarding: Drop off/pickup will be anytime 5:30-7:15am, or 5:45-9PM Monday-Thursday OR I do offer a free night if you bring your pet the night before their scheduled stay due to my schedule. - For house sitting: Attention with your pet will be between 5:30-7:00am Monday-Thursday and 5:45-9PM and all day, all night Friday-Sunday. - If you book me for boarding or house sitting, I will assure you that your dog will never be left alone at night. Does your dog sleep in the bed with you? Well guess what? With me, they will be able to do that, too! Does your dog kennel up while you are away from the house or asleep? I can adhere to that schedule as well! - I will adhere to your dogs feeding, bathroom, and bedtime schedule. - I am so excited for the opportunity to care for your pets and look forward to building a relationship with you, as well! I have 100% repeat clients. - Please be advised that additional rates might occur if pick up is later in the day per Rover mandates. Are you wondering how I care for pets in my home and/or your home? Well, here is how: - For boarding and day care, your pet is still in a loving home, grabbing my attention for snuggles, affection, and play time! My husband is around just as much as me so that means double the attention for your pet! Your pet will have plenty of socialization with my two fur babies as well as potential for other fur babies to be around at the same time (If you prefer for your pet to be the only guest in the home aside from my dogs, please note that when you reach out to book with me. Additional upcharge of $10-20 per night may be applicable due to lost profits). I have extra kennels, x-pens, and bowls for crate trained and hungry pet's. - I have a dog gate that separates my front doors from the rest of the home. Do you have a bolter? Rest assured, I will not allow the opportunity to bolt arise. - For house sitting, drop-ins, and walks, your pet is greeted by someone who loves them as much as their owners do. I know they will grab my attention immediately for affection and play time and while I am at your house, I will make sure to love them like a bonus parent! - My home is very clean. I pride myself on keeping up with a clean home free of clutter for pets to get in to and free of opportunity for disasters to arise. When one pet leaves, I clean my home in preparation for the next family to enter. - If you allow your pet on furniture, guess what? I do too! Napping and lounging in a comfortable place will be provided at their choice. A luxury indoor dog house is also included in your pets stay! About: Animals have been a part of my life since day ONE- I grew up as an only kid on the family farm, so my pets were truly my best friends. That early bond gave me a deep, intuitive understanding of animal behavior and body language. I’ve raised and cared for dogs, cats, horses, goats, rabbits- you name it- since I was little and have always been able to tell when an animal needs space, reassurance, play, or just a quiet moment. I also have experience working with injured and/or sick animals; administering IV/IM injections, wound care/first aid, breathing treatments, etc. Today, I share my home with a sweet dog and cat, and we also own a horse who is boarded just outside of town. I care for every pet like they’re my own and develop deep bonds with the animals in my care. Whether it’s snuggling on the couch, a slow walk for a senior dog, or calming a nervous horse, I take pride in reading their needs and meeting them with patience, kindness, and care. I’m currently between jobs and using this time to re-evaluate my career goals- so I’m home during the day and have a very flexible schedule. The only regular commitment I have outside the house is feeding horses at our barn twice a week, which takes about two hours— so even on those days, I’m not away for long. Whether I’m caring for pets in my home or yours, I focus on making them feel safe, loved, and relaxed. At my home, they’ll have access to a large, fenced backyard, playtime with my friendly terrier mix Robi and lots of attention from my middle school aged kids who love animals. In a client’s home, I stick closely to your routine to keep things consistent and stress-free. I treat every pet like part of the family, wherever they are.

About: We are a loving home with an 85 lbs dog that we have raised since puppyhood. We have a large yard to explore on leash that is over 2 acres in area. Our house is home to a young cat and 2 caged rats. Our 12 year old daughter loves animals and playing with them as well. When school is out of session and during the weekends, our home is open to any animals that want to board with us. When school is in session, we are available for to board dogs on the weekends or any other pets during the week. My wife and I are both trusted to watch children of all ages and have passed numerous background checks on our character. As science teachers, we understand behavioral science for animals. About: I work from home most days, sometimes I have to go into the office. I do travel for work from time to time and it’s usually last minute when I find out. Since I’m home, I figured dog sitting while you’re away would be a good use of my time. We do not currently have any pets but take care of my parents cocker spaniel from time to time. I have always grown up around dogs over 10+ years. I work from home most days, so caring for your pet during the day won’t be an issue. I can take them out for bathroom breaks during the day. I have a two story home, downstairs has hard wood but upstairs is carpet. We have a yard but no fence so I would have to leash walk. We also live in a neighborhood, so I can take your pup for a walk in the mornings and evenings.

About: I have loved animals since I was a very small child. I had hamsters, rabbits, cats, and dogs growing up. As an adult I studied wildlife biology and received my Bachelor’s Degree of Zoology.
