“We were passing through town and needed daycare for our chihuahua. Shihong took Peanut on short notice, picked her up to take her on a walk around the block with his dog, Cotton, and reported back that things were going well! Peanut had a couple accidents in the house and he was unfazed. He was diligent about socializing her to his dog and by the end of the day they were snuggled in the crate together. Wish we could bring Peanut to Shihong every day! Highly recommend.”

About: Having grow up on a farm surrounded by dogs, taking care of animals is something I’ve been doing for a very long time. I have a very broad exposure to different temperaments and age groups from puppies to 15 year olds! I’ve watched 8 pound dogs all the way up to 200lbs dogs, none of which I’ve ever had a problem with! I also have experience watching cats! I look forward to caring for your furry family member! Working online, I’m able to have a flexible schedule and provide consistent care throughout the day! I wake up early and go on walks, and I’m always around to make sure they have ample food and water as there needs dictate! I don’t live with any pets, and I have access to a private unfenced yard. I’m also a short distance from trails and fields that I regularly walk! I have lots of experience with drop in visits, as well as overnight stays. I used to host on Airbnb so I understand the value of leaving spaces better than I found them!

She and her family (including a cute cavalier King Charles) are so sweet. Our little pup Lily had a great time under their care. Ashley sent us the most adorable pictures of Lily and her young son. “Kelly was fantastic with our two dogs while we visited the Corning Glass Museum. She took them for walks in the woods as well as introduced them to her other boarding dogs. It was nice to see photos of them having a great time. They are the best photos we've ever had of our dogs. The last 1/4 mile to her house is a rough dirt road which would have been a problem if we had our camper or a low car. She was very responsive and it was wonderful to have them enjoy themselves while we went to the museum.”

From the very beginning Janet was an absolute sweetheart, meeting me on the porch to grab my little guy, asking pertinent questions to be sure she was doing the best for him and even putting up low wires in her house to keep him from chewing them (puppy) Dash took to her immediately, tail wagging and kisses like she was an old friend of his, since dogs are a good judge of character, I just knew this was going to be a great day for him. From picture updates, to her summarizing their daily activities for me, I was totally at ease and had a happy heart with my decision to reach out to Janet to keep Dash for the day. “I wish I could give more than 5 stars. Rebekah and her daughter, Evelyn, were fantastic. Jax is a 4 month old puppy, so he is high energy. This presented no problem! Not only did he get exercise and stimulation, he was given a little new training, learning "nose" and "high 5". I got pix each day, showing my boy happy and enjoying his day care. He came back to me each night happy and tired, and was ready and willing to start all over again the next day. Rebekah treated Jax as her own, which made me a happy fur baby Mom. About: I’ve had dogs my entire life, and have proudly raised my Mayflower (16 year old Boston terrier) since I was 12 years old. I see all dogs as our best friends and family and will care for your dogs with the same love and dedication that I care for mine. I am an incredibly active person, I spend my spare time backpacking and hiking and love to bring my dogs with me on my weekend camping trips.
