About: I have had my own pup for 10 years, I love to walk him and give him lots of love! I would treat your pet no different than i would treat my very own furbaby. I don’t mind giving baths and taking walks. I make sure they are fed and have fresh water as well as lots of love and attention. I don’t have other pets besides dogs but I am willing to follow instructions and do what an owner asks of me to meet the needs of their pet whatever it may be to make it happy and keep it healthy and safe. My main goal would be to make sure the pet was happy and comfortable while their owner was away and i believe I can do that for you!
About: I've owned animals my entire life ranging from cats and dogs to turtles and chameleons. I've always gotten along with little creatures and I'm confident I can give the care they need. About: Growing up I always had dogs and would constantly watch dogs 101 and vet shows. I learned their language to better connect with them especially if they have anxiety. Right now I am raising 3 cats and caring for my elderly dog who has seizures so I know how to handle a situation when it come to it along with schedule medications. My dog also only chooses me to cuddle with during thunderstorms so if your pup has a fear of storms while you're gone you can rest assure I'm making them feel as safe as possible. I have pretty big gaps between my day schedule, between school and work. I have time for morning, afternoon and night visits. I usually get out of work 830 the latest so medication will be able to be given before too late in the night In the client's home I would normally make sure I can see their pet at all times to guarantee no accidents happen on my watch. I also depending on the breed and personality of the dog will walk them or give them enrichment more often as needed.
“We were nervous for someone we didn’t know to pet and housesit. Steven did two visits with us and our pets to make sure we all felt comfortable. Upon returning home from vacation, our pets were happy to see us but they didn’t seem overly excited or stressed. This was a good sign that our pets were relaxed with Steven while we were away. “I’m selective to say the least when finding care for our fur babies, especially now that our 12-yr old pup has various health issues. Our baby girl requires insulin shots x2/day and needs to relieve herself every couple of hours. Did I mention she’s not a fan of said shots and stubborn to boot? And this is where Tory comes in to ease every worry and the crazy guilt we had about leaving her. She was an utter rockstar; I couldn’t have put together a more perfect dog sitter from scratch. Tory followed their routine to a T, and she provided consistent updates and pics. Her communication and quick responses were superb, bar none. And while 100% not expected at all, she cleaned the bed sheets and towels making our return home even less stressful.
