About: I have a passion for taking care of dogs and I have taken care of a variety of other dogs. I have worked with Secondhand Hounds to be a foster for dogs spanning from puppy to adult age. I love dogs and would treat yours with love and care! My fiance and I love dogs and in our home anyone is welcome and they will feel right at home! I would love to take care of your dogs and all of those activities are options for when your dog stays with me. Dogs are welcome on furniture, truly when they stay with me my house is their house. You'll never go without pictures when I'm dog sitting your dog too! I currently work from home full time so dogs would have around the clock companionship with me. I am available during the week, weekends, and most likely holidays.

About: I grew up around livestock and all sorts of other animals. I recently lost my own dog but when I had her I used Rover to help find a regular dog sitter for when I went on teacher conferences. I recently became trained in dog and cat CPR and first aid. I am not afraid to give medications to an animal and have taken care of dogs that have special needs such as anxiety, fear of fireworks, fear of guns and high energy. I am currently on a teaching schedule but after memorial day I will be available most days. If I am away during the summer it's usually just during the day. They will take first priority, getting food, water, any medications prescribed and taken to go outside will all take place before my needs. I can provide a kennel at my home and kennel trained my own dog understanding the process for that.

About: I have had pets all of my life. I was a pet sitter in college for several families. I also worked at a doggy daycare & boarding facility where I fed, bathed, administered medications, let outside, and worked with owners to provide the best care possible. From June-August I am very open weekdays and weekends. August-May I am open evenings and weekends. I can be flexible with what works best for you. Your pet’s safety and comfort are my top priorities. I treat every pet like they’re my own, with love, patience, and lots of belly rubs. I create a calm, pet-friendly environment where animals can feel safe, whether we’re at home, on a walk, or just hanging out. I’m reliable, communicative, and respectful of your pet’s routine and your home. I’ve also worked as a nanny and personal care assistant, so I understand the importance of trust, attention to detail, and creating a peaceful environment. Whether your pet needs structured care or just a cozy cuddle buddy, I’ve got it covered!

About: I have had dogs since I was 6 years old (labs and goldens). I also worked at a doggy day care as a pup care pro for 3 summers! I work full time as a behavioral therapist for kids with autism from 8:00-8:00 Monday-Wednesday and 4:00-8:00 on Thursdays. I would love to walk your fur baby in the evenings and dog sit on weekends! My apartment complex is pet friendly and has an off leash dog park on site for your fur baby! There are also plenty of parks near by for us to explore!

“Emily is great! She came over for a quick meet and greet, which was appreciated. And we are new to the area so she has been really helpful with giving us tips for the area beyond just her services!”

About: I’ve been caring for animals my whole life, growing up on a family farm in southwest Minnesota with sheep, horses, hogs, dogs, and more than a few barn cats. As a dedicated 4-H and FFA member, I gained hands-on experience in showmanship, agility, obedience, and daily animal care. Professionally, I’ve worked as an animal care technician for the Richmond SPCA in Virginia and Companions Animal Hospital in St. Cloud, MN, caring for dogs, cats, birds, reptiles, and small mammals. My duties included walking, grooming, bathing, administering medications, and providing enrichment. I hold a Silver-level Low Stress Handling certification with 20 hours of specialized training. These days, I care for my two senior English Springer Spaniels, maintain a community fish tank, and regularly watch my family’s pets and farm animals. I love hiking, being outdoors, and making sure animals feel loved and cared for. Whether it’s playtime, a walk, or extra affection, I treat every animal like family. I am a free-lance graphic designer and baker, otherwise I have been a stay-at-home mom. Both kids are now in school full time, so I find myself with time to spare. I cannot walk my own dogs, due to their mobility restrictions and age, so why not walk yours! I would be caring for your pet in your home and around your neighborhood through walks, drop in visits and play times. I want to get to know you and your pet so that we know that we will work well together. I want you to feel safe having me caring for your furry family member and best friend, and I want to feel safe and comfortable with your pet(s). I want to see how you interact with your pet so that I can give them the type of care they are used to receiving!

You can always count on the fact that your dog is SAFE. If you don’t have a fenced in yard, I will keep your dog leashed unless you say otherwise!

Kristen A.

“Kristen is the kindest person I know. She will take care of and love your pet more than anyone else. She has watched our dog (Raydin) many times and we have full trust in her that she will give her the most attention and care that she needs. She also sent us a good number of updates and pictures while we were on our vacations so we could be updated on what they were doing, which I'm sure every pet lover would appreciate. Kristen is amazing. Not only will she love your dog when walking or dog sitting but she also fosters and volunteers for a nonprofit pet rescue organization called Secondhand Hounds. I would highly recommend Kristen.”

Sarah B.
“Sarah Brakke is a very conscientious animal caretaker and has had experience with several different species of animals. On many occasions she has taken care of our dogs, horses and sheep for several days, doing an excellent job. She has many years of experience and has shown dogs, horses, sheep and rabbits, garnering many trophies and ribbons along the way. Working at a vet clinic for many years she polished skills such as working with people and animals as well as caring for them and recognizing when they were developing or having health issues. Sarah's own dogs are well cared for physically and mentally, I'm confident she would care for someone else's pets with the same level of competency as she has our animals and her own.”

Logan S.
“Logan is a true animal lover. She has Housesat our dog on occasion and has done an excellent job. She is responsible, kind and caring, and we were very pleased with her care of our little Chihuahua. I would recommend her to anybody looking for a pet sitter!!”

James & Kim D.
“James and Kim were our neighbors for 23 years. They have always had pets that were more than pets, they are part of their family. They watched our dog more times then I can remember. They always treated Lilly like she was their own. The Dralle’s yard is the perfect set up for dogs to run and play. I would highly recommend them to anyone!”

Anyka A.
“Anyka has a great enthusiasm about dogs. She grew up with an Australian Shepherd who was her entire world. Ever since she was little she showed a certain love for dogs that I had not seen. She loves taking care of dogs and ensuring the best care possible. Taking care of dogs is definitely her biggest passion and I love seeing her go after this job.”

Stephanie V.

“Happy sleepy pup after his walk!”

Kate S.
“Kate is the best dog mama. She is kind and patient. She loves everyone's pet as if they were her own. Kate has taken care of my dog several times and I couldn't ask for better care. You will not regret having her care for your fur-baby.”
