About: I was a veterinary technician in the U.S. Army for 12 years and 4 years in Minnesota. I have extensive experience with cats and shy/timid to aggressive personalities. About: I love all dog breeds. Found my passion in fostering for a rescue. Would love to have this as my job full time. We love to walk our dogs I work full time evenings. I have 3 dogs and a cat. About: I grew up around livestock and all sorts of other animals. I recently lost my own dog but when I had her I used Rover to help find a regular dog sitter for when I went on teacher conferences. I recently became trained in dog and cat CPR and first aid. I am not afraid to give medications to an animal and have taken care of dogs that have special needs such as anxiety, fear of fireworks, fear of guns and high energy. I am currently on a teaching schedule but after memorial day I will be available most days. If I am away during the summer it's usually just during the day. They will take first priority, getting food, water, any medications prescribed and taken to go outside will all take place before my needs. I can provide a kennel at my home and kennel trained my own dog understanding the process for that.

I have also helped with our no kill rescue shelter on the cat end for about 7 years, and also with a good friend who was one of our Foster Mamma's to one of our cats. I would help here with her litters of cats and pregnant momma cats out of her home to do vet runs with them, helping to socialize them, doing pet therapy, doing fundraisers, etc. We also have caught strays from our own home and got them into the systems to get them off of the streets, vetted and adopted. Both my husband and I adore all pets, but also cats, and would love to have the opportunity to be helping you with your sweet fur babies. He would be my side kick extra pet help from time to time and we would make sure you're covered and cared for in all ways. It is important alo, for us to know your dog and cat likes and dislikes, as that will help our entire experience a great one all around. About: When your pet stays with me, they are family, and treated as such. I have experience with elderly and hospice pets as well as special-needs pets, young puppies, medication management and administration (liquid, pill, and injections) and some training experience as well. Well versed in pets with special care requirements (i.e. animals with anxiety, reactivity and/or other behavioral challenges). Because I work from home, I can be with your pet throughout the workday, and can easily step away to give your pet potty breaks and attention. I prefer to do house-sitting based pet care, as I’ve found that animals are most comfortable in their home environments. I am also happy to water any plants that may need it, as long as instructions are provided. Happy to work with large animals, amphibians, fish, and reptiles as well. Do note that house-sitting based pet care includes light house maintenance/cleaning as well such as vacuuming and laundering the guest sheets used. I like to leave the houses I care for as neat (if not neater) than they were upon my arrival. I work from home and can easily step away to care for your pet. About: I've taken care of a senior Bulldog for 1 year. I ended up training him and living with him. He made major improvements in behavior for his owner. We became best buds. Also I've taken care of a cat on a regular basis for the past 2 years. Playtime and cuddles are the best! I get along well with any animal I've met. Each animal has such a unique personality, and I'm excited to learn about them! Also when I was a kid I had hamsters as pets for about 10 years. During most weekdays I'm available anytime. Some Saturdays I'm available. But most Sundays I'm not available. I have a lot of flexibility and will work with your needs. I will be able to take care of your pets at your home or my home. Whatever is more convenient for you. I only ask that they are house trained and you bring what they would need of course. I will follow whatever guidelines you may have. I'm currently retired and will be available to take care of your pet Monday-Friday anytime of day. Some Saturdays are available too. Not on Sundays though. I have an unfenced yard and a park nearby that I can play with your dog at. Most of the time we will be inside my 1 bedroom ground floor apartment. “I am new to the area, and Chelsie was very close by. She responded promptly and communicated clearly. I brought Riley over, and Chelsie kindly met me at the car. I was having some difficulty with the long lead, and Riley immediately went up to her as if they had known each other for a long time. When Riley heard the dogs barking inside the house, she led Chelsie to the door, which was quite charming. I realized I forgot to mention something to Chelsie, but she responded right away. On my way back to pick up Riley, I got caught in traffic, so Chelsie graciously brought Riley out to me, and Riley happily got into the car without any issues. After we returned home, I noticed that Riley's card was filled out, and there was a detailed note, along with photos of Riley's day, showing that she had gone for a walk and played with her dogs. Overall, I would rate the experience as excellent, and Riley will definitely be visiting again.”

About: My husband and I are former dog foster parents and love meeting/spending time with new dogs! We have two resident (foster fail!) dogs: Ace, a shy pitbull who LOVES other dogs and Tesha, a rambunctious tripod who LOVES people. We especially love older dogs in our house but are open to dogs 1 year and up. We have a fully fenced in backyard and a tie out available for outside play time. We have space to keep dogs separated if you have a dog that is shy or needs very slow introductions (we have a three level home). Our resident pups are allowed on our bed if they choose, but we have plenty of dog beds around too, and we do not allow them on our couch. We will do our very best to accommodate your pups needs and keep you updated on how your four legged family member is doing while you are away! I currently work from home and am able to take breaks to allow potty and attention breaks. My husband is also home most of the time and will be available when I am not. I enjoy walking and taking my grand-dogs to the dog park. I’m home a lot because I’m retired from the military, so I have a ton of flexibility. So, I can spend a lot of time with your pet.
About: i have watched animals my whole like and i love to be around them. i have many families that continue to trust me with their pets and i love them. i enjoy being around animals so much and always have a great time playing with them. i also love taking them for walks because it helps us both! im currently working part time and only have one in school class so i have a lot of free time whenever you need it. i also can make things work and move things around if needed. i am very good with animals and will be able to make sure they go to the bathroom and get plenty of water food and exercise.
About: Im a pet owner myself with 2 kitties and a bully breed. I’m comfortable with all kinds of pets including reptiles and birds as well as doing nail clippings with non aggressive pets. I taught my dog a few tricks like shake and spin. Overall very flexible with care on my days off. Thanks for looking! I currently work full-time 3 days a week, 12 hr shifts. Aside from that I’m free weekends to care for your babies while you take a vacation or a quick break! My pets are always supervised as they tend to be velcro babies. I take my pets out on a schedule as well as have a feeding schedule twice a day. Trips to the dog park are an option so long as safety is kept in mind, I tend to go when the park is less busy to avoid any potential fights. Pets are allowed on furniture and beds as they are family.
About: I am a very loving person all around. I have many years and experience in pet sitting and in pet therapy, rescue and fostering. My friends and family trust me completely to take care of their animals. About: Hi guys! :) I grew up caring for dogs of all breeds/ages. If you were to ask anyone who knows me, they would tell you I have an undeniable love for dogs. Because of my upbringing, caring for your fur baby when you’re away as my own comes natural! I currently live on 4 acres in the country with plenty of space for all of your fur babies! I am currently a law student and in my free time I would love to give back & help care for all the fur babies I can! I prioritize my dog Lulu over anyone and anything. We go on daily runs/walks and she is extremely pampered. Our favorite activity together is exploring and being outdoors. We also love a good car ride to DQ/Starbucks to get a pup cup!
About: I am a fourth-year Animal Science major at the University of Minnesota wanting to pursue vet school. I own a dog, two cats, and one horse personally. I grew up on the same 20 acres that my grandfather's small animal and equine veterinary practice resided so I am well versed in the vet-med functions. My grandma also bred Miniature Aussies when I was a kid so I am very comfortable with puppy-age alongside the energy of herding dogs. I have overnight pet sat for numerous friends and neighbors alongside just check-ins throughout the day. These animals have ranged from cows, horses, goats, chickens, and dogs and cats. I am very comfortable with numerous different personalities as I have watched a friend's boarding kennel for numerous different weekends. I usually go home every weekend so am typically just available Monday-Friday Morning as I am scheduled to work at home alongside wanting to see my own animals. I try to follow their usual routine in their own home which can range from feeding them at their usual time and going outside for walks or potty time. I also allow them to sleep in the bed with me if that is what they are used to. The least abnormal day for them is the goal.
About: I have loved animals my whole life. growing up with dogs, cats, fish, and birds, I enjoy pets of all kinds! I have experience with both pet boarding and pet sitting! I have worked with several different families with multiple dog and feel totally comfortable with that. Going to the dog park is always fun but I know some dogs aren’t comfortable there. I also have lots of experience with cats and birds. My roommate is allergic to cats so they can’t stay at our house but I would be happy to come to yours. Walking pups is a great way to explore new neighborhoods. Through these kinds of experiences I have learned that it is always more fun to walk around and explore with a four legged friend. I work a pretty consistent schedule but I am lucky enough to be able to flex it. I can adjust it to meet your pups needs. I have a fenced in yard that I spend a lot of time in during the summer. There are no other dogs in the building
