“Aish was wonderful. Answered all my questions. Sent lots of pictures. My puppy had a great time. Felt much better going on vacation knowing she was loved and cared for.”

“As a first time Rover user, Kami made our experience boarding a 10-month retriever stress-free. Her communication was fantastic and her property was a great space for activity and exercise. We would absolutely book with Kami again!”

“Chelsie was great, highly recommend!! She agreed to take my pup on short notice, was so kind and welcoming, and was amazing with my pup!! It was great as she sent daily updates and pictures. I will most definitely use her services again in the future!!”

“We were a little nervous leaving our rescue puppy, Bosco, for the first time and for such a long time. We were gone 11 days, and not having left him before, we didn't know what to expect. Cheyann took great care of Bosco! She sent us pictures everyday and he had a great time! It helped that Cheyann also had other dogs at the same time, as this provided plenty of play time. Just as you child proof a room for children, Cheyann has made her home "puppy proof". Bosco had plenty of room to roam and play. We got pictures of him on the couch, looking out the windows, in the backyard, on Cheyann's lap and trying out the cat bed! We will definitely use Cheyann the next time we are out of town.”

“Michelle and Brian and their boys are an amazing family. We knew that our DeeJay was going to be loved and well cared for while we were away. They were genuinely excited to host DeeJay! During our meet & greet, they were all home and asked many questions to get to know DeeJay, his personality and his routine. They sent us plenty of pics during the week and were great communicators We can't wait to have them host DeeJay again in the near future. I highly recommend this fun loving family!”

“Cooper enjoyed his stay at Cynthia’s place. Couldn’t have asked for a better place for our dog. Cynthia was flexible and communicated with us about Cooper during his stay. We have found a home away from home for Cooper and will book again!”

“Becky is wonderful! Our dogs always have such a great time playing with her dogs, and Becky takes such great care of them. She was also really flexible when we needed to move our pickup time up by a few hours, and she worked with us so that another family member could pick up our dogs. We're repeat customers and will continue to go to Becky whenever we need a dog sitter!”

“Katrina and Drew were amazing with our Poppy. It's the first time we have picked her up and she was hesitant to jump in the car to go home. We know she was well-loved and in good hands with them :)”

“Carrie and Mark were great with our dog Sunny. We received daily picture updates and fast replies if we had any questions. They both seemed laid back and easy to work with! Will book with them again in the future 😊”

“Steve and Diane were a pleasure to work with and making sure my German Shepherd was comfortable and well taken care of. Diane was good with communication, providing updates and pictures. Will definitely use them again”

“Phoebe had a great time staying with Trudy and her dog, Archie. We really appreciated how natural she was with Phoebe's quirks and willing to answer questions, especially with it being our first time boarding through Rover. It was great that Phoebe got lots of time playing outside with her new friend, Archie. They even worked on commands with Phoebe. We're sure Phoebe would love staying with them again!”

“Our Bichon, Zola, stayed with Cindy over the 4th of July weekend. Cindy listened well to our pups' anxiety issues with fireworks and Zola did great in her home! Great communication and flexibility as well. Appreciated the meet and greet prior to boarding.”

“I typically book with a daycare center but due to the amount of time we would be gone, we feared he would suffer from anxiety and loneliness. So we decided to book with a home daycare to ensure he received more personal care. They did an awesome job with Jake. Seemingly, he was treated like their own with lots of cuddle time. They provided daily updates and included cute photos. They were flexible with drop off and pick up times. I would definitely use them again.”

“Perla took wonderful care of my cat for 3 days. She followed all of my feeding instructions carefully and kept me updated throughout his stay. She regularly sent me photos and videos, which gave me great peace of mind. One of the things that stood out the most was seeing videos of my cat sleeping next to her daughter. To me, that showed that he felt comfortable, safe, and secure in their home. It was clear that Perla treated him with kindness and care. I highly recommend Perla to anyone looking for a reliable and caring pet sitter. Thank you for taking such good care of my kitty!”

“Ann was amazing. She took care of our senior dog with some medical needs and aging and gave Louise exactly what she needed with such positive kindness. We got pictures and videos and felt like our sweet little old lady dog was truly in the best care during our trip. I will definitely use Ann again because she was incredible.”

“Kathi was above & beyond with our pup. She kept us updated on their daily plans & ensured a safe environment. We enjoyed receiving so many pictures & seeing how happy our puppy was interacting with other doggy friends!”

“This was our first time using Rover and Alecia and Todd made it a great experience! Their communication was great and we received updates throughout her stay. Our dog is getting older, so she sometimes needs a little extra love and attention, but Alicia and Todd made sure she was comfortable and happy throughout. Highly recommended!”

About: I was a veterinary technician in the U.S. Army for 12 years and 4 years in Minnesota. I have extensive experience with cats and shy/timid to aggressive personalities. I am now a full-time college student doing a career change, but I miss the daily interaction with different cats. I love to talk to them, pet or play with them as appropriate, and help them feel confident and comfortable. I have two kids: a 14-year-old dachshund (blind) and a 19-year-old cat. I am proficient in administering medications for eyes, ears, skin, by mouth, and injections.
About: I grew up around livestock and all sorts of other animals. I recently lost my own dog but when I had her I used Rover to help find a regular dog sitter for when I went on teacher conferences. I recently became trained in dog and cat CPR and first aid. I am not afraid to give medications to an animal and have taken care of dogs that have special needs such as anxiety, fear of fireworks, fear of guns and high energy. I am currently on a teaching schedule but after memorial day I will be available most days. If I am away during the summer it's usually just during the day. They will take first priority, getting food, water, any medications prescribed and taken to go outside will all take place before my needs. I can provide a kennel at my home and kennel trained my own dog understanding the process for that.

“Connie did a great job taking care of our fur babies and our home when we were out of town. She went over and above her job duties and picked up our garbage and recycle cans after a storm any then Picked up all the recycling from the ditch. We were really happy she has been there this week!”

About: I have loved animals my whole life. growing up with dogs, cats, fish, and birds, I enjoy pets of all kinds! I have experience with both pet boarding and pet sitting! I have worked with several different families with multiple dog and feel totally comfortable with that. Going to the dog park is always fun but I know some dogs aren’t comfortable there. I also have lots of experience with cats and birds. My roommate is allergic to cats so they can’t stay at our house but I would be happy to come to yours. Walking pups is a great way to explore new neighborhoods. Through these kinds of experiences I have learned that it is always more fun to walk around and explore with a four legged friend. I work a pretty consistent schedule but I am lucky enough to be able to flex it. I can adjust it to meet your pups needs. I have a fenced in yard that I spend a lot of time in during the summer. There are no other dogs in the building

About: Ever since I was little, my family has had many pets and cats either in the house, or at the neighbors/friends' homes, that I have always been drawn to. I am very caring, loving of Animals and everything! We always were helping with socializing, playing with them and bonding with them. since after about high school on, I have helped with pet cats in my family and at my friends' houses with Pet sitting, then since 1993, having my own cats with my husband. I have also helped with our no kill rescue shelter on the cat end for about 7 years, and also with a good friend who was one of our Foster Mamma's to one of our cats. I would help here with her litters of cats and pregnant momma cats out of her home to do vet runs with them, helping to socialize them, doing pet therapy, doing fundraisers, etc. We also have caught strays from our own home and got them into the systems to get them off of the streets, vetted and adopted. Both my husband and I adore all pets, but also cats, and would love to have the opportunity to be helping you with your sweet fur babies. He would be my side kick extra pet help from time to time and we would make sure you're covered and cared for in all ways. It is important alo, for us to know your dog and cat likes and dislikes, as that will help our entire experience a great one all around. I am so excited to re start this as a true part-time job and meeting you guys and making new friends both human and Fur babies!

About: I have owned both indoor and outdoor cats my whole life and understand the varying personalities they have alongside their special needs. I grew up in the veterinary medicine world as my grandpa is a veterinarian so I am very comfortable with all possible needs.

About: I taught my cat how to sit! He probably forgot by now but I still feel accomplished haha! I’m comfortable doing nail clippings with cats who aren’t overly aggressive, as mine get clipped regularly at home.
About: I have owned a dog for the last 15 years and have taken care of all ages/types of dogs for family and friends! I am home during the week and on weekends. I have a 4 year old yellow lab who is extremely friendly with other dogs and is used to being around them. I have an acre fenced in yard in town with lots of room for the dogs to run around safe. We have the summers off and are very flexible during the week. We are also available most every weekend for weekend stays or week long stays. We have a large fenced (One acre) in yard and a four year old yellow lab named Earl who loves to run around. Our yard is very dog friendly!
About: When your pet stays with me, they are family, and treated as such. I have experience with elderly and hospice pets as well as special-needs pets, young puppies, medication management and administration (liquid, pill, and injections) and some training experience as well. Well versed in pets with special care requirements (i.e. animals with anxiety, reactivity and/or other behavioral challenges). Because I work from home, I can be with your pet throughout the workday, and can easily step away to give your pet potty breaks and attention. I prefer to do house-sitting based pet care, as I’ve found that animals are most comfortable in their home environments. I am also happy to water any plants that may need it, as long as instructions are provided. Happy to work with large animals, amphibians, fish, and reptiles as well. Do note that house-sitting based pet care includes light house maintenance/cleaning as well such as vacuuming and laundering the guest sheets used. I like to leave the houses I care for as neat (if not neater) than they were upon my arrival. I work from home and can easily step away to care for your pet. When pet sitting, I generally don’t leave the house I’m sitting at for more than a few hours at a time, so your pet has reliable supervision and company. I am pet CPR and first aid certified through Red Cross. I am a very cautious and risk-aware person, always mindful of keeping doors and gates shut and ensuring the environment I’m pet-sitting in is safe and secure.
“Emily was great! She checked in throughout our trip to make sure we knew when she would be at the house and what our kitties were up to. Our kitties were new to us taking a long trip and having someone else checking on them, so they were a bit shy. Emily handled it so well! And did her best to help them feel comfortable. She was easy to get a hold of, very reliable, and quick to respond to any questions we had during the booking and actual sitting process. We will definitely book Emily again in the future :)”

About: I have had two cats for 12 years which is where my experience has come from. This ranges from litter boxes, play time, vet visits, and working with the animal to ensure they feel safe and cared for. I had two dogs growing up, and know the bare bone basics. I’m always open to learning and I do so quickly. With all the pets I’ve had throughout my life, I know how much of a family member they are. I will do everything I can to make sure they feel safe, and the human feels at ease. My full time gig is 7am-3pm M-F. During the week services will be completed after 3pm. Weekends I have an open schedule and my times are more flexible. I believe pets are family members, and I treat them with love, respect, and care like they are my own. I care about their stress levels, if they trust me, and keeping that trust. It’s fun to watch their personalities show, but also respect their boundaries. I’m not shy with cleaning up messes, taking initiatives, and keeping lines of communication open. I love receiving pictures from pet sitters to see how happy and cared for my fur babies are and will be sure to return the favor to other pet parents.

“Jax's first stay with Leanna went great! She took lots of pictures of his stay and even sent us home with a gift - she made us an absolutely adorable ornament with Jax's paw print! I would definitely choose her again to care for our baby!”

I have a senior dog that suffers from separation anxiety. He has always been by my side. He is gentle and gets along with all other animals. I have 3 rescued cats, one of which has special dietary needs. “Kami was amazing with our dogs Meela and Milo! They had so much fun and came home happy and tired. The play space was perfect, and we loved all of the photo updates. Kami took great care of them.”

“Kimberly has been great with my 2 dogs and is very accommodating for them. I get updates during the day and she goes into detail during pickup on how they did. They always come home happy and that makes me happy knowing they are in good hands!”

“I am new to the area, and Chelsie was very close by. She responded promptly and communicated clearly. I brought Riley over, and Chelsie kindly met me at the car. I was having some difficulty with the long lead, and Riley immediately went up to her as if they had known each other for a long time. When Riley heard the dogs barking inside the house, she led Chelsie to the door, which was quite charming. I realized I forgot to mention something to Chelsie, but she responded right away. On my way back to pick up Riley, I got caught in traffic, so Chelsie graciously brought Riley out to me, and Riley happily got into the car without any issues. After we returned home, I noticed that Riley's card was filled out, and there was a detailed note, along with photos of Riley's day, showing that she had gone for a walk and played with her dogs. Overall, I would rate the experience as excellent, and Riley will definitely be visiting again.”

About: I’ve been taking care of dogs of every kind since I was 14 years old. Neighbors, friends and family have relied on me to check in on their pets. Yes, I watched cats as well. Don’t tell my dog! In my house our lives revolve around them. That of course doesn’t mean that they run the house, but we plan around them. My favorite sound and site are when they are eating: because to me it means they are safe and happy! I am working from home so I can be there for the dogs. Other than shopping and chores, im around. I can make my schedule flexible to accommodate 4 legged guests. I have a fenced yard so your dog can go out to sniff and do their business. I am also walking the dogs at least once a day, sometimes 2 short walks

About: My husband and I are former dog foster parents and love meeting/spending time with new dogs! We have two resident (foster fail!) dogs: Ace, a shy pitbull who LOVES other dogs and Tesha, a rambunctious tripod who LOVES people. We especially love older dogs in our house but are open to dogs 1 year and up. We have a fully fenced in backyard and a tie out available for outside play time. We have space to keep dogs separated if you have a dog that is shy or needs very slow introductions (we have a three level home). Our resident pups are allowed on our bed if they choose, but we have plenty of dog beds around too, and we do not allow them on our couch. We will do our very best to accommodate your pups needs and keep you updated on how your four legged family member is doing while you are away! I currently work from home and am able to take breaks to allow potty and attention breaks. My husband is also home most of the time and will be available when I am not. We like to do slow introductions to other dogs to ensure the comfort of our resident dogs and the visiting pups. We have the space to crate or allow roaming on separate levels if needed.
“Maxie was having separation anxiety and Brittany was totally understanding of that. Once we work with Maxie to get her use to others outside of our family I would absolutely book with Brittany again”

About: With 18 years of caring for dogs, cats, and a variety of farm animals, I truly love getting to know each animal’s unique personality. Whether it’s a playful pup, a cuddly cat, or farm animals that thrive on routine and gentle handling, I’m dedicated to making every animal feel safe, comfortable, and well cared for. From feeding and daily care to keeping their spaces clean and cozy, I treat every animal like part of the family. My goal is to give you peace of mind knowing your pets and farm animals are in kind, reliable hands while you’re away. As a stay-at-home mom with a naturally flexible schedule, pet care fits easily into my daily and weekly routine. My open availability means pets get dependable, unrushed care—and owners get peace of mind knowing someone responsible is always close by. Whether I’m caring for pets in my home or in a client’s home, I focus on keeping their routines consistent and making them feel safe and comfortable. When I care for pets in a client’s home, I follow their normal routines closely—feeding the same foods, maintaining familiar walk times, keeping litter boxes or living areas clean, and giving plenty of affection and company. I always make sure pets get the right balance of exercise, rest, and reassurance so they feel relaxed and well cared for, no matter where they are.

About: I am a fourth-year Animal Science major at the University of Minnesota wanting to pursue vet school. I own a dog, two cats, and one horse personally. I grew up on the same 20 acres that my grandfather's small animal and equine veterinary practice resided so I am well versed in the vet-med functions. My grandma also bred Miniature Aussies when I was a kid so I am very comfortable with puppy-age alongside the energy of herding dogs. I have overnight pet sat for numerous friends and neighbors alongside just check-ins throughout the day. These animals have ranged from cows, horses, goats, chickens, and dogs and cats. I am very comfortable with numerous different personalities as I have watched a friend's boarding kennel for numerous different weekends. I usually go home every weekend so am typically just available Monday-Friday Morning as I am scheduled to work at home alongside wanting to see my own animals. I try to follow their usual routine in their own home which can range from feeding them at their usual time and going outside for walks or potty time. I also allow them to sleep in the bed with me if that is what they are used to. The least abnormal day for them is the goal.

About: I have 3 years of pet sitting experience caring for dogs, cats, fish, and lizards. I grew up around animals and currently have 2 dogs, 2 cats, and farm animals, so I’m very comfortable with different personalities, sizes, and routines. I currently work part time, so I will have plenty of time to spend with your pets! I am free most days of the week, and have a very flexible schedule. I make sure to treat not only your pets, but your property with respect and privacy. Your pets safety and happiness is one of my main goals with all of my visits.
About: I’ve had a deep love for dogs ever since I was a little girl. Growing up with two dogs, I learned early on the joy and responsibility that comes with caring for a pet. As an adult, I’ve continued that passion by dog-sitting for friends over the years, helping them out while they’re on vacation. I understand that your dog is more than just a pet—they’re a family member. That’s why I make it a priority to ensure they’re well-fed, exercised, and, most importantly, showered with love and attention while they’re in my care. Whether it’s daily walks, playtime, or just a cuddle session on the couch, I’m committed to giving them a safe, happy, and loving environment. I’m also more than happy to help with bathing and grooming if needed, ensuring your pup looks and feels their best. I work full-time during the week but am off every Friday this summer, which makes me available to care for your pet, especially if you're planning a weekend getaway. Whether it’s a quick trip or a longer vacation, I’m here to ensure your pup gets all the attention, love, and care they need while you’re away. I live in a townhouse in a wonderful, dog-friendly neighborhood where the association is supportive of pets. The area has plenty of grassy spaces where your dog can play, explore, and enjoy some outdoor time. It's a peaceful, safe community with multiple walking paths nearby—perfect for daily walks and adventures. Whether your dog loves to explore or just needs a quiet spot to relax, they’ll feel right at home here. I believe in providing a fun, safe, and loving environment for your pet while you're away.

“Awesome family! Elizabeth and her family were so accommodating and made sure our babies were comfortable and well taken cared of. Easy communication, updated us regularly especially with pictures and prompt responses. Our babies enjoyed their stay so much in Elizabeth’s home. Highly recommended!”

“Kelly is superb at caring for our dog. When we leave, our dog doesn’t eat well, but Kelly coaxed her to eat well! She gave Grace plenty of outdoor time as well as snuggles and attention. We love Kelly and our dog does too!”
