“Holly was great. We knew right off the bat that when she walked in with her notebook, she was serious. She took notes on the how we usually do anything any any particulars about our cat. Even though our cat is shy around new people, she usually is reserved. But Holly was very understanding and made she our cat got the pets she needed. When we got home, everything was good. Holly even brought in our mail and trash cans while we were gone. We were very happy with how she handled everything, and I'm sure we'd use her again in the future.”

“Priscilla was fantastic, everyone was happy and healthy, place looked great. She was timely and caring, communicative and conscienience.”

About: I love animals and have grown up with at least 2 pets at a time in my household. I cat and dog sit for friends that all say that I bring an air of peace to their animals. I intuitively understand pet needs and the value of their proper care and nourishment. I've also grown up with dogs that have medical needs and am very responsible with handling their medications! Animals in the city have a very dire need for exercise and mental stimulation, and also to have social interactions! I'm here to help give them the opportunity, while the pet owner is busy, to keep pets happy and healthy, and to entertain them (while also entertaining myself, because I love interacting with them as well!)

“This was my second time booking Catherine for a pet sit and my cats were content as can be and very well looked after. I never have to worry when Catherine is watching them!”

“Kailey was the best cat sitter for our 5 month old kitten Cora! Cora has never been home alone before but Kailey made it a great experience for everyone and made sure to send us text and picture updates everytime she stopped by. A great first Rover experience for us and Cora.”

“Caitlin is the best! She communicates thoroughly, gives of her time and energy with the animals, and is very reliable in her services. The pictures we received well presented the cats stories while we were away. I highly recommend Caitlin for your situation.”

“Emily was fantastic. A great communicator, kind, patient, and trustworthy. My dog Trinity isn't the easiest (she's shy and scared of new people), but Emily followed my instructions to the detail and took great care of her on each of the 4 drop-in visits. I'd absolutely book with Emily again and highly recommend her!”

About: I have 6+ years of experience house-sitting and taking care of people's pets of all ages and breeds. Taking care of an animal and making them feel loved are two different things... I make sure to do both. I work remotely as a virtual assistant and content creator so my schedule is very flexible. I have two cats of my own that I get to spend all my time with. Whether it's just a drop-in or a walk, I provide you, your animal, and your home with respect, trust, and transparency. I can follow your lead and instructions while providing love to your furry friends.

“David took great care of my cat while I was away, and I appreciate that he’s a cat person! I highly recommend him and I’ll be hiring him again.”

“Laura was awesome! She clearly cared for Molly and kept us apprised of how she was doing while we were gone. Very trustworthy and we would use her again.”

“Karley was the best!! She took such good care of Creed and updated me with videos and photos and even cleaned up the mess he made in his kennel! Outstanding job!! Will be booking again and become my primary caregiver for my son!”

About: Hey everyone! I am Izzi! I am a remote personal assistant & because of this I have lots of flexible hours. Apart from loads of childcare experience & nannying for many families with pets ranging from dogs, cats, fish, hamsters, I also frequently house sit & pet sit in the area Philly suburb area! I am super easy going & very flexible, I love all animals & being outside in nature. I grew up with two HUGE amazing & cuddly Bernese mountain dogs. Marshall, who is still with my family, has a ton of health problems, so typically feed him special food, provide his medication & ear drops when my parents aren’t in town. They have a place in FL & the Bernese would just be too hot in that climate so can’t go down with them! I am extremely active and enjoy yoga, hiking, skiing and running! I joined Rover because I have ample free time & would love to spend it loving your furry friends! I typically have 1-2 remote meetings a day between 9:30-1pm ET. During these meetings though I can provide house sitting services. Before & after these meetings I have tons of free time. If you need super early pet care, late/overnight care, & even during the day I am mostly free! I grew up with 2 large berneses! One is still living with my parents, who split there time between PA/FL so I often take care of him. He has TONS of health issues. He gets special mix of wet and dry food w/ coconut oil each morning, daily allergy medication, & ear drops. I’ve had to administer different medications for him as well such as fever medicine. I typically roll this medication in some cheese & that’s how he gets it down! I am capable of any type of care for any animal such as feeding, walking, giving medication, taking to the vet, taking to the park etc. My roommate also has a Pitt mix & is in Vet school, so I occasionally feed & walk him for her when she is busy. He is very enthusiastic & strong so I can manage these types of dogs !

“Alison took SUCH great care of our cat. They bonded immediately and he even seemed a little disappointed when we got home. Would rebook in an instant!”

“Victoria was responsive and wonderful!”

“Jessie was informative throughout her visits, sent pictures, and updates. She did a wonderful job taking care of our cat. Would definitely use her as a pet sitter again and again.”

About: I'm an animal communicator and energy healer, so if your animals are in need of communicating anything to you I can relay that information. I've been around all types of animals my whole life and have always had a special way of communicating with them. I have a very calming energy that is very healing for the animals I care for. I’ve taken care of dogs and have been a pet sitter for over 20 years now. I'm a go to sitter for my friends, family, co-workers as well as their friends, family and co-workers. I’m very attentive to the animals needs and wants and can pick up on things intuitively that your pets are going through or experiencing. I treat every animal I care for as if they are my own and take the responsibility of caring for animals very seriously. I also will get down and play with them and interact with them on a soul to soul level. I understand that your pets are part of your family and I treat them as such. I often get told I take care of people’s animals better than they do. I have a deep love for animals and I always share that love with the animals I care for. I'm well-versed in administrating medication, dog walking and grooming. I had a job as a pet groomer, so if your animal needs a bath and brush during our time together- you can add that to our time together. Please note, I don't do nail trims or coat trims- only bath and brush. I also have a special skill set of working with breeds that are picky eaters and have digestive issues such as Shih Tzus. My schedule is flexible as I currently work remotely so I have time to spend with your pet and show them the attention they need. I’m also an introvert and empath so I don’t spend long hours away from the pets I care for. I’d rather be playing or hanging out with animals any day of the week. I'm available for overnight pet sits, check ins as well as dog walking. I take care of pets in client’s home with the utmost respect and care as possible. I take responsibility of the pet and home as if they were my own. If there are instructions left for the pet I will follow them to a ‘T.’ I also have the ability to intuitively pick up on the pets cues of being anxious, uncomfortable, happy, sad and any emotion in between. I'm very attentive on dog walks, always scanning the area for cars, other dogs, stray dogs, and people. Your dogs safety is my highest priority.

About: I'll walk, sit and board your dog while you're away! Whatever you need. I'm a graduate student with open availability. I can come to your place for a quick or long visit. While boarding, I'll feed and walk; watch movies; play or just lounge around. I was raised on a farm with many animals and currently have a well-behaved dog of my own. Let me know the fine details of what you prefer and I'll make sure to see it through. I live near a dog park and I travel around the outdoors and hiking places your dogs will love, too. I look forward to hearing from you. I have a friendly cat and can care for cats, too! Animals of all types are welcome. I’m a graduate student that loves animals! I was raised on a farm and look forward to caring for whatever pet you have. I have open availability so anytime is a good time! I have a fenced yard and take my friendly dog to a local, fenced dog park. Pets are welcome to roam around my house and lounge as they please, or bird watch outside in the yard.

About: I have a love for all dogs big, small, young and old. For the past 2 years I have worked at a doggy daycare and boarding facility which included puppies, senior dogs, and dogs that require extra understanding. I have 2 dogs of my own and it has taught me that every single dog is different and truly understanding them isn’t something you learn in a book, you gain that knowledge by listening to them…and their humans of course! I am currently not working so I’ll have plenty of time to spend with your pups. Boarding, house sitting and walks can be done any day of the week. While taking care of a dog in their own home, I know it is their space and I respect that. If your pup is a little restless and wants to play or go for a long walk, 1 of my dogs still has the energy of a puppy and would love to join!

About: I love animals so much. All of them. I grew up with cats my whole life and can speak their language quite well. I got to know dogs more when I began dog-sitting for community friends and family and have always been pretty intuitive with caring for them. Caring for animals is something that I am so passionate about. I am available during 2 windows of the day - the first is when my son is at school in the morning from 9:30-12 and then again in the late afternoon/evening from around 4pm. I will be happy to drop in and feed, walk and/or play with your pets! Can stay until I feel like your little one is cared for and feeling happy, secure and safe.

About: I've taken care of pets most of my adult life. I've rescued dogs, feral cats and volunteer time at a horse rescue as well. I love taking dogs for hikes and/or walks, or staying in with your pet. I've trained dogs and horses throughout my life and love all breeds! I work from home and have a flexible schedule, so pet care is something I can devote time to. I'm an avid hiker, so working in dog walking is great as well. I can pick up an animal for a walk/hike or walk from the clients home. I normally like to meet the pet and owner when possible and spend some time getting to know you & your pet, their routine so they feel comfortable and safe when I arrive for our first pet sit or walk.

Kathryn S.
“Katy was a LIFESAVER for us! We put her in an impossible situation with a 9 week old pup we had just adopted from a rescue. Unbeknownst to us, our pup had severe separation anxiety, and would mess almost instantly the second she was left alone. Katy stepped into this challenging scenario with grit, determination, and PATIENCE. We returned from our trip to find our pup calm, well-loved, and happy! Katy was incredibly responsible and understanding, and I can’t recommend her enough.”

Justin H.
“Justin is a wonderful caretaker of both dogs and cats. He’s taken care of both my animals. He is attentive, kind, and responsible. He can handle large and small dogs and does well with friendly or moody pets. He loves to give dogs plenty of outlets to let their energy out, including walks, fetch, trips to the dog park, etc. I’d trust him with my pets anytime.”

Talia B.
“I cannot think of a better person to care of animals. She lives for them. She is extremely knowledgeable when it comes to them. She has pets of her own and treats them like her children. She connects with animals so fast and they take to her. Her personality is great. She's approachable and is very honest and fair. She has a lot of experience with taking care animals, and also with any special needs that may need extra attention. It is her passion to work with animals. She has been working with them for years. I highly recommend Talia.”
