“Monica is the best! She is so kind and understanding and takes excellent care of our dog when we are away. She provides updates and pictures, giving us peace of mind knowing our little guy is enjoying his time with her family, two sweet dogs and adorable cat. I highly recommend Monica. We are so grateful we found her!!”

“Leah came highly recommended and she didn’t disappoint. She sent pictures everyday which helped calm my nervousness about leaving my baby. She appeared to be happy. Leah also assured me that my Abby was doing fine and answered any texts quickly. I am extremely happy with our experience.”

“Jennifer is so great to work with! She is very easy-going and accommodating and flexible with last-minute time changes. Most importantly, she took great care of Jake and he was very happy when I picked him up! I will definitely use her again 😊.”

“Jeffrey took wonderful care of Coda. It was Coda’s first time being cared for by someone outside of our family. Jeffrey sent us updates and pictures. I think Coda was torn between coming back home with us and staying with Jeffrey. She enjoyed her vacation too:) We highly recommend Jeffrey and will be booking with him again.”

“Absolutely wonderful! My husband and I were nervous about leaving our boys for a couple days but we had to rip off the bandaid some day and I'm so glad we did. Felix and fam have a keen understanding of dogs and their behaviors and gave a full report when we picked them up.”

“Brittany was a true life saver. My sitter cancelled and I had less than 24 hours to find a sitter and do a meet & greet. Brittany was super responsive and was able to do a meet & greet within hours. Her two pups are so sweet and were so well behaved. When I came to drop Luca off, he was SO excited which always makes me feel soo at ease. Brittany was communicative the entire stay. She took such good care of him and he clearly had the BEST time running and playing and snuggling. I cannot wait to be able to book with Brittany again 🩷”

“Leanne and Marc were wonderful! I feel so lucky that I found them through DogVacay. Gabe was welcomed into their home with love and even became best buds with their toddler son and their own dog, Astro. We went away for a week over spring break and while we missed Gabe, we knew he was in very good hands by the pictures and updates Leanne sent us throughout the week. Gabe has a finicky stomach and requires some extra TLC when it comes to food prep and medication. Leanne confidently assured me that everything would be fine and it was!! We would love to use Leanne and Marc again for Gabe's next "vacation." :-)”

“Debbie is the best. This was our second time having Winters stay with her and I don’t worry a bit! She sends photos and updates and reassurance that my furry baby is all good!”

About: I have always been an animal lover - volunteering at animal shelters and fostering litters of newborn puppies and their moms since I was a kid. I got my own baby, Chloe, a Golden Retriever, as soon as I moved out on my own and she is my absolute soul dog! Last year my fiancé Ryan and I rescued a German Shepherd mix puppy from our local shelter and named him Trooper - he completed our little family! We recently bought our first home and would love to be able to care for your babies now that we have the space to do so. Both of our dogs LOVE other dogs and just want to play, cuddle & hang out. Our dogs are members of our family and it will be no different for yours :) Everyone who knows us jokes that our dogs are treated better than their children! Having raised both of our own dogs from puppyhood, we are both well-versed in providing puppies with the extra care and supervision they require. Also, between the two of our dogs, we have experienced just about every health and behavioral issue there is, so we have no issues giving medication or providing special care as needed. We are starting out with weekend-only doggy daycare/boarding as we both work full time. I work M-F 9-5 so I will be here all weekend with your pups! For weekend boarding, we can do Friday evening drop-offs and possible Monday morning pick-ups depending on the week, if needed for long weekend vacations. For drop-in visits/walks, I can also stop in Monday-Friday before and after work (7-8 am and 5-6 pm) so I do have more flexibility for these services. I am also happy to pick up and drop off your pup as needed! Having two dogs of our own who we consider members of our family, we will treat your dogs the same. We will take every precaution to make sure your dogs are safe, happy, healthy & comfortable while they are with us, just as we always do with our own.

“Monica & Conrad were amazing. They provided constant updates and our dog loved her vacation from us. She got to play in the yard and loved her time with Pongo. I would definitely recommend them!”

“Shannon was a great communicator and she was so kind to let me bring my pup later than expected. She sent me pictures during her stay that left me at ease. Her family is so sweet and love their space.”

“Caitlin was great!! She was so sweet and accommodating to our anxious pup and made her feel right at home. You can tell she is a true animal lover. She took genuine care for our dog and gave periodic updates. We are looking forward to using her to dogsit our pup again!”

“I can’t thank Stephanie enough for the amazing care she provided for my dog, Oreo. He’s a very picky and spoiled pup, but Stephanie was incredibly attentive to all of his needs. From the moment I dropped him off, I had a good feeling—especially knowing her daughter and Oreo would become instant besties (and they did!). Leaving your pet behind is never easy, but Stephanie made the process so much smoother with her warmth, responsibility, and genuine love for animals. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a trustworthy and caring person to watch their pet in the area. Thank you again, Stephanie—you truly gave me peace of mind and Oreo a second home! 🐶❤️”

About: Living alone I will make sure your dog gets all the attention it needs. Grew up with dogs and have always loved to be around them. I will make sure to take your dog to the park and feed them when it’s time. I might not have much experience sitting but my life has always been surrounded by pets. I do have a full time job as an engineer but I have a hybrid schedule where I can work at home and in the office. I will be available most weekends and during the week when I work from home. I live in a pet friendly apartment complex with a little dog park. Your dog will be free to roam in my apartment I do not mind them being on couches. I will make sure to take them on walks, feed them, and give them all the attention they need

About: I’ve taken care of dogs since I was a young teenager. I have experience in senior care and training puppies. I’m also a nurse who strides to provide quality care to my clients! I’m currently unemployed and available at all times during the week. I also don’t mind driving outside of my town or neighboring towns. I’ll have plenty of time to help take care of your doggies. I have a big front and backyard to explore. I also have a friendly cavapoo to keep your dog company. I have a dog crate if needed and plenty of care supplies available.

About: Dear pet parents:, My name is Stacy and I have about Six to Eight years of real dog sitting and walking experience. I used to mostly watch dogs for family on vacations. Now, I work for Rover. My most recent dog sitting assignment was a private sitting assignment for my neighbors two dogs, which was last minute, although, I had notice 2 days in advance this past Monday, November 4th.. The first dog, a 50 pound Collie mix male and a 45 pound Lab and Springer Spaniel mix female for 2 and a half days from Wednesday the 6th of November 2024 until the 8th of November 2024 while he traveled for work. I also watched a dog last August in 2023 for the day..I also dog sat a few summers ago for my sister's two dogs one is a big 60 pound Lab mix and the other is a Daschsund / Boxer mix about 45 pound for two days at her home while also watching my small Toy Poodle at her residence. I also watched my neighbors Yorkshire Terrier for a few hours over last summer and back in February of 2023...My dog pictured named Phoebe Loved the former neighbors dog. Sadly, she had a move Far that didn't allow any more visits. Since i have severe cat allergies, i will only be able to work with clients that do not have cats in their home if requested. I also worked as a teacher assistant for a special needs school, so compassion is treated the same way as a special child. My love of dogs grew out of watching other peoples dogs and my own experience growing up with dogs. I plan on continuing to do this type of work where i am happiest. I feel nothing compares to the love and affection a dog can bring you. I currently have a dog of my own, a special needs 7.5 year old toy poodle named Phoebe who is a sweet dog pictured on my profile. If hired, I will treat your dog like they were my own child! I have experience with dogs who have separation and anxiety issues as well. I can also watch puppies and young dogs too! I hope you will consider me for your dogs needs. Thank You. I hope to hear from you soon Stacy H! I have lots of time to spend spoiling your puppers. Since I had a life changing event where I was forced to make changes to a job, stemming from complications of having a seve broken nose. My condition is manageable and I still have lots of energy to play with your puppers, I decided I wanted a job where I could be in the comfort of my own apartment. I had to think outside the box..When my husband went with me to adopt our dog, that's when I knew that was something I'm extremely good at doing, I had to train her to go outside, it took a good month to three for me and five for her to get used to my husband. My love of being around small to medium, occassionally a bigger dog, was something I wanted to make a new job out of! There's nothing better than the love a pet gives you! I will spoil your puppers whether inside play, including , running around to play with squeaker toys, making him or her comfortable beds with blankets, treats and extra water bowls and food bowls. I am used to cleaning up the poop that dogs sometimes do whether nervous or anxious, occasional wetting accidents too. Also, the unexpected throw up accidents as well, it's part of the dog life. The walking , feeding and extra love and attention I can give to your puppy or dog, including senior dogs is good with me. I understand all dogs need that love at every stage of their life and they deserve the best. My dog gets along with practically all dogs. For the time being, I'm only taking on small to medium dogs as that's where I'm most comfortable and so is my dog. I can however arrange to watch a bigger dog, only if they are potty and behavior trained as I'm not experienced enough with anxiety in bigger dogs yet. If so, feel free to e mail me here and i will arrange a meet and greet. Thank you. I do not have a fenced In yard as i have a2nd floor apartment. I however have a medium spacious apartment enough to watch two dogs which is safe and comfortable for 2 dogs to run around. Outside there are areas to walk a leashed dog or two.

Ramblewood dog parents share their Rover experiences
Leah watched our two dogs for four days while we were out of town. We were nervous about how our one very small shy dog would acclimate to the new environment, but Leah put us at ease. She sent us photos and videos every day and both of our dogs had a great time. We would definitely board our dogs with her again. Highly recommend.

We couldn’t have asked for a better sitter for our senior pup! Kelli went above and beyond to make sure he was comfortable, calm, and loved while we were away. She treated him like one of her own, and it gave us such peace of mind knowing he was in such great hands. He seemed so happy and relaxed, which made our vacation even better. Highly recommend her to anyone looking for exceptional care - especially for older dogs who need a little extra TLC!

Maggie was easy to communicate with and provided me with updates daily while my pup Bella was with her. It was very reassuring to receive the pics and texts that Bella was doing well. She was flexible with my pick up time which was helpful since I wasn't sure if my flight was going to arrive on time or what kind of traffic I would encounter. I would definitely reach out to Maggie again in the future to watch Bella!
