“Jen was an absolute angel helping with Journey during a transportation hiccup and scheduling miscommunication between my trainer and me. I needed someone to bridge the gap between Journey being dropped off by her transporter and my trainer's daughter being available to receive her, and Jen stepped in without hesitation. Despite the uncertainty around the transport timing and ultimately an early 6:00 AM drop-off, she was communicative, flexible, and incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. She not only took wonderful care of Journey, but also coordinated the final handoff and personally dropped her off for me, making what could have been a very stressful situation feel seamless. She sent photo updates, kept me informed every step of the way, and treated Journey like one of her own. I truly can't thank her enough.
