“Nicole sent great photo updates every day, and even left a cute holiday gift for my cat. She was also responsive to messages. I would definitely book with her again and recommend her to others!”

About: I've always had dogs, but many other animals too. I'm a science teacher, and fully believe you get what you give. My dogs are treated very well, given lots of love and they give it back. They're happy and healthy. It's a win- win! 👌🏻 I can come to your home to dog-sit. I can do drop-ins, medication, most nights. Whatever you put on a list for your dogs will be followed carefully. I will not sit at my home. It's my dog's home (territory) and it's not fair to bring another dog into it unless it's necessary.

About: I've taken care of our family dogs, cats, pets, and farm animals since the age of 7. We're an animal lovers household here at Walk and Sit with Maggie. We specialize in small to medium dogs for drop-ins, walks, daycare, boarding, and sitting needs. When Maggie is not napping we walk in the morning between 6am and 9am. Lunch walks are from 11am to 2pm with evening adventures at 6pm to 11pm. At Maggie's home we are fully secure with video monitoring, garage play area, and fenced back yard. For exercise we leash walk at the park and visit off-leash areas. Customer approved adventures prior to travel.

About: I've had dogs in the house since I was 12 and my mother is a professional Rover dogsitter. Not only have I been a massive help to her I have my own experience watching dogs for Grandmas on both sides of my family. I have watched their dogs countless times so they could go on long vacations and the dogs adored my company. I am very good with animals generally and I know how to accommodate for each individual dog's personality. I live with my mother and don't work as I have a chronic arm injury, so I can watch dogs any day and nave an extremely flexible schedule. My injury doesn't impact my ability to take care of pets alone and I have my own vehicle. I my mother has her own Rover business so I am doing it myself to help earn money for the family. I will always keep a close eye on dogs when I let them out to go and I will always put in 100% to make sure they're entertained and fed while you are away.

“This was my first time using Rover. When I met Shelly, I knew she was the perfect fit. Our cat Wally is not always welcoming to new people, especially when we are not around. Shelly took time to interact with Wally. Her updates after each visit were appreciated and helped me feel comfortable knowing that Wally was doing great while on vacation. Shelly even brought fresh catnip, which Wally loved. I would recommend Shelly. She has a warm and friendly presence.”

“Danielle was extremely kind in helping to look after my cat Wilbur during the holidays! She sent great photos, and read through and paid attention to my care instructions even though it was just a simple check-in. Thank you, Danielle! ❤️”

About: Ever since I was nine years old I have been involved with pets in my own home, as well as helping friends care for their pets. I have had several cats and dogs ranging in many different tempers, needs, and personalities. I love my pets dearly and I hope to be able to connect with and help other pet owners with walking, giving extra attention and playtime, feeding, and any other services I am able to provide for their beloved pets. I am currently working part time in the mornings and early afternoons, so during the rest of the day I am free for pet care! I will do my best to work around my schedule with you to ensure the very best and attentive care for your pets. I try to care for pets at their own pace, I like the “meet them where they are at” perspective. I like to make any pet I am around feel safe and comfortable with my presence and actions. If a pet is apprehensive and needs space, I try my best to give that space, and I never want to force affection onto that pet. The same can be said for an affectionate pet, I try my best to match their energy and to keep them as happy and safe as possible. I hold the same ideas for walking dogs as well; if a pet wants to run, I’ll run with them, and if they want to walk and take their time slowly, I will go slowly with them.

“Heather was amazing watching my cats last minute! I had to leave town last minute, but she was able to come by that afternoon and meet my cats! She was in contact with me the entire time and it was such a relief to know my sweet cats were being looked after! Thank you so much Heather!”

“Madi did a great job taking care of our two cats on short notice. She's super friendly, punctual, and reliable. Most importantly, the cats seemed almost disappointed when we walked in the door and not Madi 😂. We'll definitely call her up the next time we head out of town!”

About: Growing up, I’ve always had animals, Whether that be Grumpy and feisty cats, too massive dogs that could drag me anywhere, Regardless of their cons, I have always had a love for them. I currently have a nine-year-old pit lab mix, A five-year-old American pocket bully, And a rescue dog. I also have three cats ranging from shy and Weary, To bold and grumpy. My American pocket bully has allergies so I have experience with loose diets, and not so loose diets. I have experience with senior animals, And any accommodations that are needed for them (medicine, help getting on bed / couch, help getting outside on time, etc.) I have experience with reactive dogs, Particularly dog reactive dogs, Or animal reactive dogs. I am good with keeping dog reactive, dogs, calm, and distracted while passing another dog on walks Or avoiding the Situation entirely. I am currently unemployed, So I have all the time in the world to give every pet attention! More Walk and playtime for Your pets! I care for pets in my home just as I would a human. In my opinion, pets are family not just animals. I make sure that all of the pets requirements are met, And on top of that, I add extra things, (spoil them if you will :)) My dogs wear Puppy clothes if that says anything about me.

“Steve is an experienced dog trainer who is personable, knowledgeable and trustworthy. We have a quite large puppy who was a bit hesitant & Steve won him over. In an emergent situation we could rest assured our dogs were safe & home respected. We def will be repeat customers! without hesitation I recommend Steve!”

About: I have had an animal with me all my life dogs and cats alike. I used to also spend time at local animal shelters and neighbors when if they needed a quick sitter. I am currently working part time and just finished up with graduating. I love animals and I am extremely flexible when it comes to anything with my schedule. If a situation comes up and you are needing to have your dog outside for long periods of time I do have a big backyard. For my cat now he has about three different cat trees and lots of toys around the house.

About: I've taken care of dogs and cats since I was 6 or 7. I have fed bottle-baby kittens and helped to raise some well-behaved pups. I have had experience with my families own senior dogs, as well as having experience pet sitting for senior dogs and senior cats. I also have spent time working at a vet clinic, have 6 months professional experience leading positive reinforcement dog training classes and have worked as an animal care technician at a shelter. Along with these experiences I have also cared for plants, fish, small mammals, and reptiles if that is needed. I can pet sit, dog walk, or play with your animals every week Monday-Friday. Upon request if your dog needs a buddy, I can bring my 1 yr old husky/shepherd mix Miska, she is a polite and adaptive player with other dogs and is trained and accustomed to cats. Every pet parent is different so I tend to stick to what the regular schedule is while pet sitting. After I have finished things like feeding, walking, and cleaning I also like to spend some time with each animal, letting them get to know me and making sure they are happy and healthy. I have walked large, medium, and small breed dogs but I do not like to do pack walks or walks with extra large breeds. I love to do play times and will always use safe dog/cat toys and encourage good behavior during a session.

About: I’ve cared for animals my whole life, from cats and dogs, to horses and chickens. I currently have a 6 year old German Shepherd/Siberian Husky mix named Legend. He typically is with me for all of my bookings, and loves making new friends! I have professionally and personally boarded, walked, and cared for dogs. I also housesit on a regular basis. I have a patient and kind demeanor that works well with any temperament/energy level. I realize that each dog has a different unique personality and needs, and know how to understand and work with them. I love hiking and being outdoors, so being able to work and do what I love while helping animals is a passion of mine. I would love to meet and care for your pet, whether they need just a walk, or day care/boarding! Please feel free to message me with any questions. I’m currently a full time grad student online, and I also work from home, so I’m able to keep a flexible schedule whether you need me to watch your pup weekdays or weekends. I have a fully fenced yard and the kitchen cupboards are puppy proofed. My dog legend is also a friendly and active good boy that’s with me on most my bookings, and loves making friends!

About: I have 3 dogs and 4 cats, that I trained myself. I love animals, am mature and responsible and have tons of free time to give attention to your pets. My kids are in high school now and no longer need my attention, so I have too much free time on my hands. I’m available all day everyday and can’t wait to play, walk, feed and cuddle your fur babies. I have a fenced in yard, but also take my dogs for walks or to the dog park for exercise, a change of scenery and to socialize them. My cats are indoor/outdoor so they require very little attention these days. I make sure they are fed and have water when needed, and I brush their coats and teeth weekly. I also give lots of cuddles and attention.

“So lucky to have Marlena. She is super nice and our butter love her. She keep everything clean and play with butter every visit and give us some photos. Definitely will work with Marlena next time.”

“I had to go out of town for a few days meaning my cat Saturn would be left home alone for those days. I asked Elizabeth to take care of Saturn and she was amazingly respectful. Elizabeth gave Saturn her twice a day ear drops, as well as fed her twice a day. That was all I needed but Elizabeth went above and beyond and made sure to play with Saturn and give her pets and cuddles while I was away. I could not recommend a more amazing sitter than Elizabeth.”

“Erin is a compassionate and dedicated individual who would provide safe and loving care to all pets, ensuring their comfort and happiness. Erin has cared for my German Shepherd and Labrador Retriever and has always provided a warm and gentle approach, combined with her passion for animal care, she has been an ideal caregiver for my family and I. What makes Erin an awesome human being is her kind heart, excellent communication skills, and ability to understand the unique needs of each pet and their owners, making her a trustworthy and reliable choice for pet care.”

Lauren H.
“Lauren is a great dog sitter! I have personally had her watch my dogs on several occasions, the longest being a whole week. My dogs are a little high maintenance. I have a couple of Chihuahuas, one of which, has severe separation anxiety. Lauren is really knowledgeable and understanding of this condition. They also both eat a special food that needs to be prepared and scheduled feedings 3 times a day. They can't just be left somewhere to fend for themselves, and I don't just leave them with anybody. Lauren managed their care perfectly. I will continue to use Lauren as a dog sitter, and would encourage anyone else who needs this service to do so also.”
