“Shannon was an exceptional cat sitter for our cat, Ghost! She was prepared and was incredibly thorough at our first meeting. She asked important questions and took notes to ensure she had all the info she needed prior to starting the job. For every visit with Ghost she provided check in summaries as well as photos of him. Usually when we go away for a period of time Ghost is anxious or skittish when we get back - but when we came home from this trip, Ghost was as happy as ever! Shannon clearly took great care of him while we were away. We cannot recommend her enough - she was amazing!!”

“Emily is wonderful with our two dogs! We continue to rebook her because she is such a great fit with our family. She is punctual, dependable, courteous and anticipates our needs. She communicates great with us through messages and sends us photos of our boys. My boys are not easy, they can be vocal and high energy but she is really caring and patient with them. We love Emily and will continue to call on her. Our boys love her! We are lucky to have found her. Thank you Emily for all you do for our boys!”

“Jake took phenomenal care of both mug pets while I was gone. He McAfee sure that Lark was getting all of her meds and made sure she was eating a she is sensitive to my absence. He was a hot to work with.”

About: I’ve always had a pet in my house! I cared for my mother’s dog full-time during long recovery from back surgery! I have always had deep connections to animals and am patient but eager to gain their trust. I have accommodated for a wide range of furry personalities and I am excited to meet more animals over the summer. I am a college student home from campus all summer so I’m looking forward to spending some time in the sun getting some energy out with your pets! I am available Monday-Friday though weekends may vary! I can accommodate for a variety of environments. I have played with a group of dogs in a wide fenced in yard, as well as taking them to the dog park. I have a large fenced in yard with a deck to soak up the sun and get our sillies out. I also have a scenic park at the end of my cul-de-sac perfect for stimulation! I am happy to utilize whatever accessories and environments you find most suitable and comfortable for your pet! I am comfortable dressing your dogs in their harness and leash with ease and engaging in their favorite locations to explore!
About: Im 30 years old, the youngest of three boys. I am a former athlete and current student at RVCC studying dietetics. Growing up we had two golden retrievers( both females so my mom wasn’t alone in that regard). With our first dog Shannon me and my brothers all shared the responsibility of taking care of. After Shannon had passed we felt that there was a void in the family that needed to be filled. That’s when kiely our second golden joined the family. Now at this time both my brothers were out of the house. The responsibilities of taking care of kiely fell upon me and I was more than happy to uphold them. I know of many parks and trails around this area that are perfect for dogs as well. I am currently working for my mother as an assistant of sorts in her dietetics practice. The hours are flexible so I'll be there for whatever you or your furry friend need. I am easygoing and adaptable. Whatever specifications you layout and accommodations you require, I will oblige. Dogs are a part of the family as thus should be treated so. Whether old or young, sick or healthy, just as you would, I will passionately care for your dog.

I have a huge property of 5.5 acres and two small yorkies to keep your pet(s) company! I can give them as many bathroom breaks as needed. “Sheila is amazing and took great care of my two cats!! She’s able to accommodate my last minutes appointment request and easy to communicate. I can feel she really likes and enjoys spending time with my cats! I am so glad I found her and looking forward to asking for help in the near future! Highly recommend her!”

About: Help me, help YOU! I’m a working professional with a fully remote schedule who picked up Rover as the world’s best side hustle… because if money were no object, I’d probably spend most of my time around dogs anyway. There’s something genuinely therapeutic about caring for animals, getting outside, and helping both pets and their humans feel less stressed. Thankfully, remote work gives me the flexibility to build my days around the pets I care for instead of squeezing them into a rigid schedule. One of the biggest advantages of working remotely is that I’m able to offer much more flexibility throughout the week for walks, drop-ins, house sitting, and last-minute requests when life gets chaotic. Whether you’re traveling, stuck in meetings, working long hours, or just need an extra hand, I know how important it is to have someone dependable caring for your dog like they’re their own. I’m very active and love going on walks or runs with high-energy dogs who need to burn energy and stay stimulated. For calmer pups, I’m equally happy hanging out at home, sticking to their routines, and making sure they feel safe and comfortable while you’re away. My goal is always the same: for you to come home to a happy, relaxed dog who feels loved and well cared for. I truly enjoy building trust with both pets and owners. Every dog has a different personality, routine, and comfort level, and I take the time to learn what makes them feel secure. Any breed, size, age, or special request, I’m happy to accommodate whenever possible. I know how personal it is trusting someone with your pet and your home, and I don’t take that lightly. I do my absolute best to work around your schedule while keeping your dog’s comfort, care, and safety as the top priority. I treat every booking professionally, communicate clearly, and try to provide the kind of experience I’d personally want for my own pet someday. I genuinely love animals and want both you and your dog to feel comfortable from the start. Trust is earned, and I believe consistency matters. I show up on time, follow instructions carefully, respect your home, and care for every pet with patience and attention. Thank you for checking out my profile, I’d genuinely love the opportunity to meet you and your pup! I try my absolute best to work around your schedule with your dog’s comfort, care and safety as my top concern. I treat every client as if they were my own pet and wouldn’t accept a booking request if I knew I couldn’t meet my own high expectations of care. Trust is earned. That’s why I treat every client and home with respect and integrity. This means carrying out a client request as a professional, acting as if the owners were flies on the wall writing my review in real-time.
Quakertown cat parents share their Rover experiences
Shannon took such great care of our new kitten! She helped him acclimate to our home, and helped him come out of his shell his first few weeks of coming to join our family. She is diligent and responsible in her sitting duties and has a natural ease with animals (both with our new kitten and our older cat as well!). We can’t recommend her enough!
