She asked important questions and took notes to ensure she had all the info she needed prior to starting the job. For every visit with Ghost she provided check in summaries as well as photos of him. Usually when we go away for a period of time Ghost is anxious or skittish when we get back - but when we came home from this trip, Ghost was as happy as ever! Shannon clearly took great care of him while we were away. We cannot recommend her enough - she was amazing!!”
