About: I’ve been pet sitting for 3 years and have always loved animals. I’ve cared for everything from fish and small pets to dogs, cats, and horses. I’m comfortable giving medications and handling feeding routines, and I always make sure to clean up after pets while keeping them safe, comfortable, and happy. I also volunteer at the animal shelter weekly as of September. I work full-time with a schedule that has me out early everyday, which allows me to plan reliable care for dogs. About: As an adult, I’ve taken care of four separate dogs. I have experience taking care of senior dogs who needed multiple medications, IV antibiotics and fluids. Most recently, I have trained my current pup to reduce his anxiety with other people. I have potty trained him, leash trained him, taught him basic commands, and give him daily oral medication. I am very patient and like to ensure the dogs comfortability while learning. I currently work four days a week as a nurse, so I will have ample time on the three days that I am off work each week. I treat my pets (and yours) like family. In my role as a mother and a nurse, I take care taking very seriously, and that tends to bleed over into the rest of my life as well.
About: I have had a dog of myself for 10+ years, and he has definitely helped me learn a lot! I’m able to easily form great relationships with any dog I have met (so far), and absolutely adore being around them and caring for them. Thanks to my experience as a dog owner, I know all there is to know of the basics of caring for dogs of all ages. My current job has me working 2-6 Monday through Friday, and 1:15-6 on Wednesdays. Since I don’t work long hours, that leaves me pretty open when it comes to pet care! Since I don’t offer boarding in my own home, I will travel to yours to care for your pet. When housesitting, I tend to hang out in the area where your pet is in the most to keep an eye on them if they need anything, and to keep them company while I’m around (if I can, I also like being on the floor so if they want to come and say hi or get some pets I’m right within their reach)! Also, I may be unfamiliar with the neighborhood, but that won’t discourage me from taking your furry friend on walks if they’re able!

About: Animals have also been apart of my life since I was young. From dogs and cats to rabbits! I love them all. I have experience dealing with a wide range of breeds as well. I have babysat dogs of family and friends while they were away. I am a dog mom myself and enjoy caring for animals! I am a stay at home mom with plenty of time during the week to love on your dogs! For boarding I am available after 5pm. I have a fur baby that loves other dogs and playing! They will have a good time together! I do not have a fenced backyard so daily walks are always fun for my dog. Lots of room in the house to cage your pup if necessary (cage must be provided).
About: I've never worked for a company like Rover but I've watched many people's pets, mainly friends of the family. My household has two dogs and 3 cats, two of the cats are kittens. I like small dogs but big dogs are my absolute favorite. I personally have a great dane who is a dork and I love him so much. We used to bread great danes so I can work well with puppies. :) I currently work part time, I work most mornings till about 10am and am free after that. I can watch animals on weekend afternoons or evenings. I would like a set schedule with someone if that works out. I have a big back yard and a very loving great dane to keep company. About: I’ve been taking care of pets my whole life! From cats and dogs to farm animals and exotic reptiles. I used to work as a musher at a sled dog tour guide kennel in Alaska. We had a little over 80 dogs so I’d say Im pretty comfortable around dogs. I also foster dogs with my wife through the speedway rescue and are looking into fostering cats soon also. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. sitters on Rover set their own , which you can find on their profile under their contact information. Sitters may set a same-day, one-, three-, or seven-day cancellation policy. Cancelling within your sitter’s cancellation policy qualifies you for a full refund.
Same-day cancellations for recurring services, which include walks, drop-ins, and day care, follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for pet boarding and house sitting, if you cancel after 12 pm on the applicable cancellation deadline, you’ll receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for any remaining days.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means you will get a full refund and our support team will work with you to find a replacement sitter.
