With professional veterinary hospital experience since 2020 and training in canine and feline CPR, your pets are in knowledgeable, capable hands. I treat every dog as if they were my own. That means plenty of playtime, cuddles, enrichment, and one-on-one attention—not just the basics. I also love capturing adorable and funny moments, so you’ll receive photo updates that let you see exactly how much fun your pet is having while you’re away. My goal is simple: to make your pet feel loved, safe, and happy, and to give you complete peace of mind knowing they’re receiving the same care I’d want for my own furry family. Pet care is already a big part of my everyday life. I help care for my two Shibas, so my days naturally revolve around walks, playtime, feeding, enrichment, and making sure they’re happy and healthy. Working in a veterinary hospital since 2020 has also made caring for animals second nature. Spending time with pets isn’t something I squeeze into my schedule—it’s something I genuinely love and look forward to every day. When caring for pets in their own home, I do my best to keep their routine as normal as possible. I provide plenty of love, playtime, walks, enrichment, and one-on-one attention, while making sure they’re comfortable and feel safe in their familiar environment. I also send regular photo updates, so you can see your pet happy and enjoying their time while you’re away.

About: I’ve loved dogs for as long as I can remember. I was the kid who put a dog at the top of my Christmas list every single year, the only thing I ever asked for! Since I didn’t actually get a dog of my own until my senior year, I spent all those years getting my puppy fix by caring for other people’s dogs. I started pet sitting and dog walking whenever I could, and as I got older, that turned into overnight stays, week-long house sitting, and consistent walking and care. One of my favorite experiences was taking care of my roommate’s dog while she was away at work throughout an entire year. I loved having a dog around so much that it hardly ever felt like a job! I especially love caring for high energy dogs, including breeds like Goldendoodles. I’m always happy to play, cuddle, give lots of attention, and make sure they get plenty of exercise through long walks or runs. I genuinely enjoy getting to know each dog’s personality and making sure they feel happy, comfortable, and loved while their owners are away. Dogs have always been a huge part of my life, and caring for them is something I truly love doing. I am doing my internship at a children’s hospital in orlando. My schedule for the next 16 weeks is between the hours of 7:30am-4:30pm M-F. It varies for my different rotations. I can be available early mornings or nights! I also can be available on weekend days. I love to destress or wind down by getting a walk in before, after work, or on the weekends enjoying the Florida sun! I eventually want to become a facility dog handler during my full time job and actually have a rotation during my internship for 4 weeks:) I treat every client’s home and pet with care and respect. I always make sure doors, gates, and windows are secure, keep pets away from anything they shouldn’t get into, and follow each pet’s specific routine and instructions. I’m attentive to their behavior and needs, and I make sure they’re safe, comfortable, and supervised throughout my visit. I also respect your home by keeping things clean and leaving everything as I found it.

About: Hi! I’m Devin, a lifelong animal lover with a soft spot for dogs of every size, shape, and personality. I’ve spent years caring for pets for friends, family, and neighbors — and now I’m opening my doors (and my heart!) to pups on Rover. Whether your dog is a high-energy goofball or a snuggly couch companion, I make sure every dog feels safe, loved, and at home. I've trained my own little pup from 8 weeks old and he's a Shiba (well known for their stubborn personality) I dont work weekends or holidays, plus my lunch breaks are typically on the longer side (1 to 3 hrs). Fitting in check ins, potty breaks and walks are a piece of cake. I believe in positive reinforcement, gentle guidance, and keeping each pet’s individual comfort level in mind. I pay attention to body language and energy, and I always go slow with nervous or shy dogs so they can warm up at their own pace.
