Our cats need daily meds which can be challenging, and she took this on without hesitation. She went above and beyond and cleaned the litter boxes out and put new litter in before we came home which was a wonderful surprise, and we’re so appreciative of it. About: I am an Animal Science graduate from UCONN with lifelong experience caring for dogs, cats, horses, chickens, reptiles and more! I have many years and experience giving all types of animals medicine (Orally and IM). Dedicated to providing safe, loving, and reliable pet care. I'm currently pet sitting part-time! About: Animals have always been an important part of my life since I was little. Growing up, my neighbors' and friends' dogs became honorary family members through countless walks, and I attended a summer camp held by the Humane Society to expand my pet care knowledge. When I was a teenager, we adopted a pet of our own - an elderly dog with a lot of special needs. Later on, I held a summer job on an educational farm, where I cared for a variety of farm animals on a daily basis and facilitated safe interactions with visitors. More recently, I've expanded my repertoire to include cats and house sitting. Right now I am available for full days on Sunday and Wednesday and nights from 6 pm to 8 am the rest of the week. I cannot board pets in my own home but am committed to meeting your pets' specific needs at your home or on walks. I find it best to have a conversation with prospective clients ahead of time about their expectations.

About: I’ve taken care German Shepherds, Labs, Weimaraner and mixed breeds. I currently care for my four rescue dogs ranging from 9 yrs to 3 yrs old. All were 5 months old except for my Weim, which we rescued at 1.5 yrs. Been around and cared for dogs since I was 12yrs old. I work from home on Fridays with a flexible schedule and off on weekends to allow me to give plenty of attention and exercise to your dog. I will follow the written instructions of your dog’s routine to make it a less stressful experience and hopefully and fun experience for your pup.

About: If your pet has less than eight legs, I’m here to help! I have personal ownership experience of rabbits, ferrets, cats, and dogs. I am an artist which affords me a uniquely flexible schedule that allows me to easily adapt to your needs! I’ve worked with animals of all ages and sizes! For everything I don’t know, I refer to my sister who is a certified vet tech! I’m a full-time artist meaning my schedule has near-complete flexibility. I am easily bookable day-of most days, and am available for overnight care. The portability of my work allows me complete flexibility to meet the needs of you and your pet(s). Your pets are your most cherished family members, and I never lose sight of that. Maintaining the utmost respect for your pets and your property is always my top priority.

About: I grew up with all kinds of animals. If they have four legs, I pretty much enjoyed to be around. Zoos are my place to experience all breeds of life. I currently work from home. This has allowed me to have all the time needed to bond with pets. I also enjoy my 3 acres of space. I want to have it used by any pet who loves to roam outside. Just alot of space to entertain pets. My yard is not all fenced in. However its away from any sort of traffic. Very quite and alot of pet friendly homes. I can assure to put safety first at all cost.

About: I've had cats since I was about 4 years old, and trained my own service dog (adopted as a senior from a pound) from 2016-2023, when she sadly passed. I've taken care of a range of pets belonging to family, friends, and family's friends and coworkers. I can handle pets of all ages, from kittens/puppies to senior animals, as well as working on training and house-breaking. I'm currently only working part-time with very few hours, so pet care is honestly how I'd like to spend my spare time and make my income. I'm very focused on the details of individual pet's care. I always make sure I understand the feeding schedules and amounts, how often the animals need to go outside, whether they can be off-leash in a fenced in area or if they need to be on an outside line or on a leash, whether or not cats go on walks, and I'm very careful to not leave human food around for them to get into. I always ask as many questions as possible to make sure I provide the best care for the pets I'm looking after.

About: Currently offering weekends only. I specialize in working with difficult dogs. Your dog will learn or improve: - Loose leash walking - Impulse control - Basic obedience (sit, down, stay, leave it, come, look, touch) - Fetch (if environment allows) All walking/training programs are catered to your wants and needs and your dog's personality. No matter your situation, your pup will be tired mentally and physically after every session. Available Saturdays and Sundays! Unfortunately no weekdays. I live in Preston with my beautiful wife and two pups and am proud to serve my local area. I am experienced with all kinds of dogs and training methods. In addition to professional training, I am a volunteer trainer and member of the Behavior Modification Squad at the Connecticut Humane Society, where I work almost exclusively with difficult and/or reactive dogs. As such, I am equipped to handle situations that most walkers / trainers are not. I am serious about safety. Unless you have a tall fenced in yard, I will never let your pup out off leash. If I'm not comfortable with your leash or collar I might use my own slip lead with a safety stopper. I am an excellent communicator and will make sure you are satisfied from start to finish. I'll also ensure that you are comfortable with my methods in general (I prefer to use balanced methods but can use purely positive if you prefer). I'm flexible to meet your needs!

About: I have always been an animal lover, having multiple cats, dogs, chickens and taking care of the animals on my aunt’s farm since I was a child. I work at a doggy daycare which has enhanced my knowledge of different breeds energy levels, mannerisms and needs as they grow older. I would love to give your furry kids all the fun, love and care they would otherwise miss while you are away! I’m currently working part time so I’ll have plenty of time to give your furry kids lots of love and attention! I’m available on the weekends, mornings 7-11am and at night after 6:30pm and offer overnight care everyday. I will follow any instructions or suggestions you give me and always respect your home. If you have a fenced in yard I will let your kids run wild, if not, I will happily take them on a 30 min walk minimum and play with them lots afterward so they get a good exercise! I will give them lots if attention and kisses and send you pictures of them living their best life!

About: I have had pets all of my life. Growing up we have always taken in shelter dogs and I continue as an adult to adopt rescue dogs. I have taken in dogs while my friends and family have been away and had dog sat at other peoples homes. I have always had dogs with some anxiety and I am very patient with the pups because I know fear in animals and I just want them to feel safe. I am reliable and very compassionate I currently work part time and have a very flexible schedule. I am available week days and nights and on the weekends. I can work with your a schedule. My yard is not fenced and my dog is trained to stay in the yard. I take my dog Scotty for walks and I use a harness on him. I am very patient as I would be new to your pet and it would take them time to get used to me.
