About: My love for animals has given me experience in pet sitting with cats and dogs. I had two childhood dogs that taught me everything I know about pet care. Before my neighbor moved away, I would drop by her house after school to check on her cat while she was at work. As I got older, my mom would recommend me to her clients from her cleaning service when asked if she knew any pet-sitters who could watch their dogs or cats for a couple of hours, weekends, or on holidays. And while in college, I pet-sat and walked my roommates' dogs whenever they needed it. My experience as a pet sitter ensures that your beloved family member will be safe and content while in my care. I am available for full-time house sitting any day of the week or drop-in visits/walks Monday through Friday from 11 am to 6:30 pm. But I am willing to accommodate earlier or later times. About: I’ve had dogs, cats, chickens and other birds my whole life, more than 40 years. I’m a retired teacher and empty nester and I’m home most of the time so your fur babies will get lots of love and attention! I’m retired so I’m home and available almost all of the time. I’d rather be at home with furry friends. They’ll get lots of love and attention with me. I have a large fenced yard and a one story house with wood floors. I’m an empty nester so it’s just me and my service dog at home. There’s no kids around just me and my sweet dog.

About: I grew up with cats and dogs in my house so I love animals! I’ve also fostered animals through Aggieland Humane society so I’m somewhat familiar with animals that need medical attention, whether that be just giving medicine or caring for wounds. I’m always willing to learn more to accommodate your fur baby! I am currently operating a small business from home so my schedule is very flexible! I don’t typically offer morning services but can work around if requested. Every pet parent has their preferences, so in order for me to make the most out of a visit, I recommend leaving me a list of preferences and any rules you might have. This includes furniture rules, eating habits, medications, and your usual routine times for walks or park trips.

About: Animals seem to gravitate to me, I have never had an issue befriending a stray dog, cat, or even llama. I’m always that one guy in the room petting the dog. I have a natural knack for animal care as well and spend a lot of time just being friends with my pets. I am currently looking for a part time, flexible job that allows me to be with my family more. Therefore I am currently not working as I look and I am fully available. I have a couple of schedule items that I work around but overall I have a very open schedule that pet care will work wonderfully with. In my home we have more of a relaxed environment. Dogs are allowed to run around the home freely for most hours of the day. Cats are allowed to roam the catio outside freely. No cats are indoors and dogs are let outside twice daily to run and play and a third time just to use the restroom. Dogs and cats are fed twice daily and water is freely available. In a clients home I follow any guidelines they have.

About: Growing up, my family used to always foster animals and provide cat and dog-sitting/boarding/etc. for the local animal hospital as well as friends/family/neighbors. We personally had 7 pets, at one point (three dogs and four cats who were all best friends). To this day, I’m the designated cat and dog-sitter for all of my friends. Everybody knows I love watching their pets and will spoil them if their mom/dad is okay with it. It’s honestly such a treat for me to get to spend the day/week/etc. caring for and hanging out with animals! Currently, I have one cat (Baby) who is 14 years old and has been a part of my family since she was a kitten (and since I was a child). I have a large house with a huge yard. So, I have the ability and space to care for additional animals (including keeping them apart from my own, if desired). I currently work part-time and am taking a step away from my professional career. I really do find so much joy when I’m with dogs and cats, and it brings me so much happiness to spend time with animals. Due to the loss of a loved one recently, I have decided to focus more on what is truly important in life and take a break from the stressful office-work life. So my schedule is fairly open! I have a large yard that is completely fenced off away from the road and private from my neighbors. I live in a spacious house in a very safe and great neighborhood. I have one cat (14 years old) that I've had since childhood. My cat (Baby) has her own room that she spends the day in/sleeps in (though I leave the door open for her to roam the house, if she wants to, throughout the day). If I do have a pet who will spend the day with me, I will typically leave her room door closed and keep the animals apart. Baby is very friendly, sweet, and docile, and she is wonderful with other animals if they would also like to be friends with her (and so long as the pet parent is okay with me introducing Baby to their pet). If another pet does not seem to want to meet/befriend/mingle with her, or shows no interest in getting to know each other, Baby is very polite and respectful, and she will simply leave them alone/follow their lead. Baby grew up among three other cats and three dogs (the family pets we had in my childhood home) all at once. So, she gets along really well with both other dogs and other cats; and, she has somewhat of a hybrid dog/cat personality, which makes for very cute and entertaining interactions as she joyfully will play with, sleep next to, and welcome any pet visitor or animal guest we have in the house whether they're a fellow cat or a large dog. Again, of course, if a pet parent prefers that their pet is not introduced to other animals, or requests that I keep Baby separate from their pet, I act accordingly and am sure to respect their wishes -- keeping the two away from one another at all times and for the entire duration of their stay in our home. About: Hi! I’m a longtime cat owner with 13+ years of hands-on experience raising and caring for cats since they were 2 months old. My cats are now healthy, energetic senior cats, and over the years I’ve gained extensive experience understanding feline behavior, routines, and health needs. I’m experienced with all regular cat care tasks, including feeding, litter box cleaning, medication administration, grooming, and maintaining clean, stress-free routines. I’m also comfortable handling situations such as digestive issues, urinary problems, stress-related conditions like Feline Idiopathic Cystitis, ear/eye infections, and senior cat care. I’m patient, detail-oriented, and treat every cat as if they were my own. I’m free after 4pm in weekdays and almost full day available in the weekend. In the weekdays, I mainly available in the west Houston area and in the weekend, I can drive to any place in Houston. Please contact me for detailed availability and we can work things out. I’m a big fan of believing that if possible, indoor cats should not move around to reduce all kinds of incidents or surprises. So I only do drop-in visits to take care of your babies.

From dog to cat or cat to dog. I’ve had Yorkies to pits to German shepherds. I have also watched family and friend animals along the way. Even neighbors has trusted me to watch their pups while they are on vacations. I can also feed, bathe, and medicate the pet if needed. Pet care fits seamlessly into my daily routine since I work remotely and have a flexible schedule. I can prioritize feeding, walks, and playtime while balancing my work responsibilities. In my home the dogs will always be monitored. I can accommodate for an older animal or a hyper animal who likes to run around. About: What sets me apart is the genuine care I have for animals. While this is my first year on Rover, I’ve been around and taking care of animals my whole life. I’m patient, attentive, and treat every pet like they’re my own. I want both you and your pet to feel comfortable and know they’re in good hands. Im currently working on an online business where all I need is wifi and my laptop. Im also a college student looking to make some extra cash to pay off tuition. Both of these things I can do online anytime which leaves me for plenty downtime and study breaks I can spend with my furry friends! I care for every pet based on their individual needs and routine.
