Doggy Day Care in Potter

About: I have worked in veterinary Kennels and in shelters. I am also a certified Dog and Cat trainer through Animal Behavior College in 2013. I have been trained in animal first aide. I have a military I.D. so I can also care for military families as well! I come home on my lunch break to let the dogs run in the yard (we NEVER leave the dogs outside on their own for safety from hawks etc). The longest they are alone is 5 hours. Our live revolve around our own dogs so they will feel like one of the family in no time. We have a fenced .75 acre yard that we stay out with them for safety. Older pups will be carried on any stairs to prevent any falls. Kenneling is a part of our home for safety. But if we are home they are out. The dogs have their own room where they kennel that has safety film on the windows so they can benefit from the light but are not tormented by the squirrels in the trees. Cats are kept in their own area as well. I know how important your dog is and I will treat them the way I would want mine treated. With the exception of errands and taking kids to school I am home full time. We treat visitors as one of the pack. Often our visiting pups like to lounge on the couch when not supervised in the yard. I have a fenced yard and dogs are not left outside unattended (especially the little ones). We have a multi layered floor plan so if a dog needs to be alone for a bit we have the ability to do so.

About: Hello pet parents my name is Octavia (i prefer to go by my middle name)! I HAVE EXPERIENCE WITH MORE THAN JUST DOGS AND CATS SUCH AS CHICKENS AND DUCKS !! I am military and I am able to access base when needed. I am 21 years old and I LOVE animals!! Due to my Army career I live in a loft with my wife, my dog. Taking care of animals is my calling! I have now been in the Army for three years. I joined to further pursue my college education and become a veterinarian in the future. I am extremely passionate about the care that animals receive. I have volunteered for lots of shelters since i was young to learn all about animals and their needs, so it is my duty to ensure that your fur baby is well taken care of. Being that i worked with a lot of trained animal handlers, I have experience with animals who have many special needs such as diabetes, aids, cancer, seniors, etc. I also have experience with many different ages and breeds of dogs/cats. I previously worked at a groomers and volunteered at a pet shelter. At both establishments I fed the animals, bathed them, played with them, and took them out for restroom breaks. | love to stay active so I go on a daily walk/run and I would love for your pet to accompany me. I have plenty of room in my schedule to spend quality time with your pet. This would include going to the park, play time, and even cuddle time! While you are gone from your sweet fur baby, I will be available for communication 80% of the time. I am more than happy to send updates on how your pet is doing upon request. Anything that makes you and your pets comfortable I am more than happy to do. The less stress there is for you and your fur baby the better! I am here for your needs!! I am extremely excited to be pet sitting again as l did this before I joined the military. I work from 9-5 for the time being until my shift changes but am truly excited to be able to rush home and care for your pets. I will always keep you updated on my schedule being that my hours change every 3 months. I have a dog and a kitten right now and I constantly do research on their diet and behavior and their well being to make sure I am giving them the best possible life that they deserve.

About: I have been taking care of my 4 dogs for almost 5 years I love dogs so much and truly care for them that I always donate for stray feeding in other countries your dogs will have the most enjoyable stay also we have a wide backyard, fenced, clean coz I want a healthy environment for my dogs Im currently working fulltime but its a work from home. For now I can accept small breed dogs for daycare and boarding in my home I have a fence yard, my place has a healthy environment and i make sure that my dogs stays clean all the time . I will always update you during their stay.

About: I grew up on the family farm surrounded by dogs and cats and all kinds of animals - caring for them was part of my life. That lifelong connection led me to volunteer at a local dog and cat shelter where I've gained even more experience with pets of all temperaments and needs. I treat every animal like a family and I willl give your pet loving care whether it's for a quick walk or an overnight stay. I have a very flexible schedule so I can fully prioritize pet care. My days naturally revolve around the animals I am caring for and I enjoy creating routine that suits their needs. My home, farm in the woods, is a dog paradise where they can relax, go for walks or play. In client's home, I'm respectful of their space and routines, I communicate with the owner, send updates and make sure the pet has all my attention.

About: I've been around and owned large dogs throughout my life, as well as other small and exotic pets. All guests will meet Gracie, our very friendly service-dog-in-training, who loves to make new friends! Every dog I've owned, I've done at least basic household obedience training with. I'm self-employed, work from home, and have a very flexible schedule. Please check the calendar for blocked dates. Gracie and I typically start our day at 8:00AM, but we can receive visitors as early as 7:00. We start the day with breakfast and yard time before the heat comes in. When it starts to cool off in the evening, Gracie and I walk a 3-mile loop from the house to a nearby wooded trail and back. We have plenty of super chewer toys and treats for larger dogs, and a large fenced in back yard with room to run! Depending on weather, the dogs would spend most of the time in the house during the day. All time in the back yard is supervised. Housebroken dogs are allowed on couches and to roam the house. We also have kennels upstairs and downstairs, if needed.

About: I'm a work from home professional with flexible hours. I have a 3 bedroom house with a large fenced in yard for puppies to run and potty (freely). I've cared for/owned dogs for over 15 years and make sure they stick to their routine of potty breaks/feeding/treat time! I don't mind coming to ones home and caring for their pets while they are away on business or enjoying some free time! I understand last minute trips and can squeeze you into my schedule. Every family member I have + most friends have dogs so I'm very familiar with how to care for and entertain pets whom I am new to! About: I am married and have two daughters and a son. They are 12, 8, and 5. I have a wonderful German Shepherd, an Alaskan Klee Kai, and a 20 pound cat named Karen. We love caring for other animals. We have a big yard so there’s plenty of room to run.! I can come to your home or board in ours. We are very active individuals. Both my husband and I are runners. Just let me know if you have anymore questions and I would be more than willing to answer them! We are very flexible with our schedules. My husband works full-time, but I drive for Uber so I can make my own schedule when needed. We try to stay as active as possible and play with pets in the home. About: Located just 10 minutes west of the Legends of Kansas City, your fur-baby will get the TLC that you’d provide in your own home. Plenty of attention and room to run! I currently work some evenings and weekends in order to homeschool during the day so we are home often. I will be clear about availability during bookings. My family is fur-baby friendly with 4 goats, a flock of chickens, two sweet puppies, and a cat currently. During bookings my two dogs (one is an outdoor farm dog) and cat will be kept separate to ensure the safety and comfort of all. Any medical, training, attention, and care needs will be accommodated as requested by the owner.

I am comfortable with caretaking for senior pets (my cat that recently passed lived to 16 years old) and with the needs and training for new puppies. My job requires me to be out in the car often, so I am happy to stop in and check on your pets. Please note that in the evenings and weekends, my son may join me. He really enjoys helping. My schedule includes regular breaks outside and daily walks around our acre yard and/or our neighborhood lakes. We have about 21k sqft of back yard of which about 10k is fenced. I own an 18 month black lab that is very playful, yet very gentle with his furry friends and humans, as well as two cats that generally keep to themselves and out of the way. At night and when away from the home, our pup enjoys his quiet time in his kennel. Crate/Kennel trained dogs are preferred as to ensure their safety and security when direct monitoring is not feasible. Safety and trust are my top priorities when caring for pets, whether in my home or yours. I provide a secure, pet-friendly environment with plenty of supervision, ensuring they feel comfortable and at ease. I closely follow any routines, training, or specific instructions you provide, so your pet feels right at home. About: Dogs must be ok in a kennel. 😊 I have worked on some level in animal welfare my entire life. Since 2013, I own & operate a licensed rescue for dogs. This has given me the opportunity to work with dogs hands on that vary in personalities & behaviors. I can manage dogs with medical and behavioral challenges. This is hard to find. I currently work from home allowing be flexibility to care for your pup(s)! I look forward to helping ease your mind for you know your dogs are safe. I have a 6' fenced yard with no climb fencing secured on the inside of it. I would not leave your dog(s) unattended in the yard regardless. I have my own dogs and I would crate and rotate your dog if needed. I am able to pet sit most any dog but I will need to be crate trained. We do rotations in my home. If your pooch is not crate trained, it will not be able to stay. I have a 6’ privacy fence with no climb fencing installed. We have a great play group of dogs for this that are ready to play. If not, your pooch can do solo play time.

About: I have many years of experience working with animals. I also have a BS in Rehabilitation Services Education. I am a foster for several rescues in the KC and Springfield area. I love all animals and will take great care of yours! I am available any time. Set up your date and times at least three days in advance, cancellations three days in advance as well. Thanks.
