She was very responsive and communicated well from the first contact, to setting up the meet and greet, to the day she came for two drop in visits while I was gone for a very long day. She took some very sweet photos of Gunnar and told me all about their activities, so I knew he was having as good a day as he could have, being alone except for her two visits. She gave him his treats and took him for walks, and it looks like they had a good time. He was happy when I got home and hadn't touched a thing in the house. About: I've had dogs all of my life. All of my dogs I rescued, Rosco from North Carolina, Athena from Puerto Rico, Otis a Maine resident (my other half best friend) ,Piglet from Georgia and Thia from Saint Thomas. I've always had a love and special way with dogs. It's all about time and patience they are 4 legged kids. Ive introduced a senior dog who was not fond of other dogs to his new sister and they lived happily in the house together. I've had alot of experience with senior dogs dealing with hip issues and mobility. I am also a pitbull mom so I know all about their attitude. I have went through obedient school and have learned alot and plain on continue training not just for my self but for the dogs we have to be trained just as much as they do. I'm currently working 7 to 3 M-F but have time at night and on weekends in my daily schedule that I would love to fill and what better way then spending with animals. I treat my pets as if they are kids because they are my kids! I'm a dog mom. My dogs have a fenced in back yard they always run around in.

I had to be in and out of town for work for two weeks, although my schedule was not consistent at all Hannah was up for the last-minute challenge of watching over Maisey and adhering to my crazy schedule. Hannah showed up on time and spent her time with Maisey (a true senior citizen) giving her the love and attention I hoped for. Turns out I have another crazy week coming up and Hannah was quick to sign up for more visits. Hannah is a true 5 star!!!”

About: I’ve been an animal lover for my whole life! I have experience with dogs of many sizes and breeds, cats, cows, and chickens. Walking dogs is one of my favorite things to do. I have worked for a dog walking company for the past 3 years. Also, I have worked on multiple farms where I’ve cared for farm animals and dogs/cats. I will care for your pet as if they were my own! I’m working a remote part-time job which leaves me with plenty of time to walk dogs throughout the day and in the evening. Additionally, I have a very flexible schedule on the weekends. If I am caring for your pet in your home I will make sure to follow whatever schedule you have for them. I will take them out to play often and give them lots of love.

About: I have had pets my entire life, including my current best friend who I spend most of my free time with outdoors and playing. Though I am new to Rover, I have worked as a pet sitter for six years now as an official job around my other life commitments. I have cared for dogs of all types and sizes, have worked on training with small pups as well as adopted dogs who are a bit older. I love dogs and would be thrilled to walk and hang and play and care for your pup as my own! I work from home with a flex schedule meaning a lot of my attention can be given to your pup. If its an afternoon walk or an overnight stay I have the flexibility to ensure all of your pets needs are met. I am happy to have pups in my home or in yours. I only take one overnight stay at a time to ensure they have all the care and attention they need. About: I’ve spent my life around dogs. My mother used to volunteer with a pit bull rescue in Pa ( where I am originally from), and we have grown up with dogs, cats, fish and sharks, birds, and all kinds of reptiles and smaller mammals. I currently have three Shar Peis of my own, and understand the care wanted for your special family member. I am a recent transplant to Richmond and I am waiting on my nursing license to be approved in Richmond. I have spent the last three years working in critical care, and I figured this would be a fun way to earn money, love on some puppies, and see different parts of the city. That said, I have a completely open schedule right now and I am ready to take care of the pets of Richmond. I have a fenced in yard at my own home, and we walk our dogs on leashes. I am comfortable walking all dogs on leashes and will accommodate as needed to give your pet the best experience, play, and care when I am with them.
