About: I have two dogs of my own. Both are very friendly and get along with other dogs. They have been to the dog park multiple times. I am home most weekends, evenings, and throughout the day on weekdays. I will treat your dogs like my own. I have flexible rates if you need me to watch more than 1 of your dogs. I have flexible rates if you need them watched for an extended amount of time. I have a son who has been raised with dogs since birth so he will treat them well and is not afraid of dogs at all. About: Im am the proud owner of two fur babies. My oldest cat is 11 years old, I've had him since he was 4 months old. I believe he chose me. I adopted him when i was going through a personal lost and he brought me so much joy. My second fur baby was adopted at 2 months old when her mom abandoned her, as she assumed she would never make it in the world but my sweet girl is now 4 years old and thriving. I stand out from other pet sitters because not only have a had cats for years but with my family & I have had fish, turtles, doves, parakeets, dogs( Great Dane, Terrier, chihuahua), and a Guinea pig. I believe it gives me a variety of experience above a-lot of others. My pets have been in my family for their entire lives and I believe pets are truly apart of the family and should be adored as such! I am awoken daily by my two lovely cats. I start my day by opening the blinds and curtains so my babies can sun bathe. Then i head to the bathroom the clean their litter box. Next comes their feedings. My cats are what you can considered spoiled lol. they have a filtered water fountain, and two different food bowls EACH (one for dry food and one for wet). My day begins and ends with checking on them. I don't not have a fenced in yard because I live in an apartment, but we have designated restroom areas for pets. So, I will need a harness/leash to take them out. I allow my pets on my furniture so your pets would be allowed on my furniture as well.
About: I love rescues, seniors, energetic dogs, loafers and grumpy pets. I call all dogs pups, no matter how old they are. With a scared or unsure dog, I don’t try to force a friendship. I’m happy to sit with them, keep them company and let them decide when they’re ready. I worked for several years at a local veterinary practice and about two years in an emergency veterinary hospital, working with dogs, cats and birds. I’ve had dogs and cats throughout my life, including adult rescues. I also have farm-sitting experience with chickens, ducks, geese, quail, rabbits, turtles, pigs, sheep, goats and turkeys, and have spent time around cattle, zebras, donkeys and horses. My schedule is currently very flexible, with plenty of time for the dogs in my care. Most days include outside time, walks, play, meals, hanging out and plenty of time to relax. I’m happy to follow the routine your dog is used to at home. We have a spacious fenced-in backyard and one friendly, active senior dog who enjoys having company. We do have a yard, but it is not fenced, so all outdoor time is supervised and on-leash. In your home: During our meet & greet, we’ll go over your pet’s routine in detail (feeding, potty breaks, walks, medication, etc.). I ask that any important care instructions are also listed in your pet’s Rover profile in writing, so everything is clear and consistent. I’m happy to follow your household routines as close as possible during the visit.
About: I’ve had animals my whole life. I don’t have any right now. My boy passed away a year ago so Would love to watch your baby for a while! I would need some advanced notice before watching your fur baby. I have a lot of free time but must check with my schedule because we travel. Send me a message & I respond within an hour. Thank you!
