“Kimee was a fantastic dog walker. During the weeks leading up to her walking our dog, she was quick to respond to our messages, and was very flexible when things came up that effected how she would be working with our dog. She responded after each walk, letting us know how it had gone with our dog, and put our minds at ease, as our dog is recovering from getting a growth removed. I would ask her to walk our dog again anytime.”

“Bobbi was amazing with Dewey and I felt confident of her character and integrity right from the start! She loved my little guy and helped me out with daily walks when my regular plan fell thru! Thank you, Bobbi! Dewey thanks you too! Robin”

About: I have had dogs all my life and love caring for them. I fostered dogs with my mom for several years. We would have a different dog each week until they were adopted so I’m used to caring for new dogs for only a short amount of time. I’m very active and I’ll take your pet for a great walk, maybe even a jog if they can. I will give your pet so much attention and care the entire time I’m with them. I will also keep your home very clean when taking care of your pet. I’m very flexible with hours and will work with you in any way that can help in caring for your pet. I am very flexible during the week! My partner is a pitcher in the MLB so I have lots of free time when he is away and I stay home! So much travel makes it hard to have pets of our own so I love to care for others and help out in my community. We have a fenced in yard at my home in Florida and lots of space for my dogs to run and play. We have small dogs so I’m very used to keeping an eye on them when outside because of birds. I usually walk my dogs once a day (they are senior) and give them lots of belly rubs.

About: I have been all about pets my whole life! I will treat your furbaby like my own and spoil them with lots of love. I enjoy bonding with and getting to know your dog. Every single one has its own unique personality and I am more than happy that I get to learn about it so that I can provide the best care possible for them :) I greatly look forward to working with you and your precious pet. I have a pretty flexible schedule and I can ensure potty breaks whenever needed. I am home most of the time and leave only for a couple hrs or less. In my home, I have 2 yards for running and playtime. I do not mind pets on my couch or bed and always enjoy the cuddles! In your home, I will respect your rules and treat your pet how you have laid out.

About: My sister and I were the unofficial dog rescuers of our neighborhood growing up. My uncle used to joke we had become a zoo. All joking aside, I grew up in a relaxed, pet friendly house and enjoy showing love and affection to animals. I love close to a dog park, in a dog-friendly community and have animal-loving children who have continued my dog rescue inclination. We have two rescue pooches at home-one old lady Maltese and one young mutt 2-year-old who loves to play. Depending on what is deemed safe for your dog, we enjoy taking our dogs to parks, to a family farm in port orchard, or just hanging in our neighborhood. I am a home-schooling mother so we are flexible with our schedule. We look forward to meeting your poochie!

About: I've been on Rover for 5 years now and have had the opportunity to take care of multiple dogs with different needs and of various ages including puppies, as well as older dogs that required additional care. Growing up I also had 2 dogs that I took care of and that were my world! As they grew older they needed additional medical care such as giving them medicine and walking them more often which I took care of so I am completely comfortable with that. I want to make sure your dog is comfortable and well taken care of, so please let me know if there are any special requests! Please don’t hesitate to reach out with any questions. I look forward to meeting your dog soon! I am fully available on weekdays and weekends to watch your animals! I work remotely and have a car to travel to you. I also love the outdoors, so I am able to walk animals during most hours. House sitting: Based on your requests. I am able to drive to your location and stay the night at your house or stay as late as your comfortable with. I would take care of your animal (s) and feed, walk, play with them throughout the day as needed. I would give any extra care as requested!

About: I'm 36 years old, I love animals and recently got out of the Navy. My family has four dogs back home, kimchi (pitbull lab mix), Indy (German shepherd mix) Louis and Rene (daschunds), and three cats that we rescued (Jiji, Cleo and Smokey). In high school I worked as a kennel worker at a veterinary hospital for 2 years and love working with animals. I’ve spent some time volunteering at local animal shelters at different places I was stationed with the military. I really enjoy taking dogs on walks and hikes and would love to take care of your pets while you’re away. I’m available for house-sitting, drop in visits and dog walks. I will be working Monday-Friday 10:30 pm-6:30 am. I realize this is an odd schedule when caring for your pets, but if it works for you and them, it works for me. Due to working night shift Monday-Friday, during the week I would be able to come back to your pet in the morning and feed them breakfast/either go for a walk or hang out a bit. Afterwards I would sleep from roughly 8:30 am-12:30pm. When I wake up at 12:30 I can offer your pet a midday walk/potty break/or just some one on one time. Around 3 pm, I may take a 1-2 hr nap, but otherwise I will be free from 12:30 pm until I need to leave for my shift at 9:45 pm. If you have questions/concerns with this schedule I’m more than happy to answer them. When I am off on the weekend I switch back to a normal daytime schedule will be able to spend the day with your pet. When watching your pet, I’m there for your pet. If they want to hang out and do nothing, we’ll do that. If they want to go for walks, hikes or adventures, we’ll do that. I can accommodate myself to fit your pet’s needs.

“Mostly it's Jasmine who walks Katie, but sometimes Brandt too. They take such good care of Katie, and really "listen" to Katie when her bum leg says it's time to go home. Speedy responses to booking requests and arrive right on time. Reliable, friendly, good communication!”

“Lily was great with our dog! She was flexible with our schedule, very dependable, and communicative. She returned my call prior to booking to discuss details since I was a new client. We would highly recommend Lily to other clients. She was very kind and loving towards our dog. JoJo seemed to enjoy her walks with you. Heather S.”

About: I never had a pet growing up, so I use all the surplus of love I have to tend to the pets in my community. I have been pet sitting on Vashon Island (my home) and Gig harbor for a few years. All of my business so far has been word of mouth. I have lasting connections with all my clients. This shows the validity and quality of my work. I am making this profile to expand my network, so I hope this helps us connect! I am self employed as a sustainable fashion designer so I have 100% control of my schedule. When I am house sitting, I dedicate the entire time with staying with your pets. I send pictures and updates daily so that you never have to worry while away. I am very communicative on any confusion or concerns so that your pet is getting quality support.

“Olivia was simply awesome. She took her own time to come meet our dog Piper and they got along immediately. Literally, Piper was excited and hyper at the door (not barking) when she saw Olivia from the window. This is unusual. Olivia arrived promptly, took care of Piper according to our directions, and was flexible on timing. We look forward to having Olivia again, and have already planned our next dog-walking needs. Thank you Olivia!”

Veda H.
“Veda comes highly recommended to be any fur babies loving and trustworthy caretaker. She has been an animal lover her entire life and will share anything with them, her car, food , bed or whatever will make them happy. She is one of the most hardworking individuals I have ever met and always finds time for her Passions which is definitely animals. Her brother now has a cat and while home during this weird time, the cat has decided that Veda is the new roommate to be best friends with. Fostering and working with shelter animals has always been something she has wanted to do so it was very easy to get her to come along with me when she was home from school breaks. Any fur baby would be lucky to have her as a friend while parents are away.”
