From the moment we met them during the meet & greet, I could tell how kind, genuine, and attentive they are. Daniel and his family truly love dogs and treat them like part of their own family. Daniel stays home full time, and there are usually at least two people home at all times, which gave me great peace of mind knowing our dog would never be left alone. One of their adult children has been dog sitting for years and is very experienced, and the other spent lots of time playing with our dog, which made him so happy. It’s wonderful to see how they all work together to make sure every dog gets plenty of attention and care. They kept me updated with photos and messages throughout the stay, took our dog on walks, and made sure he felt comfortable and loved while monitoring all the dogs closely. Our dog absolutely adored them and he gave everyone tons of kisses when we picked him up, which is his special way of saying “I love you.” Their own dog, Meelo, is such a sweet dog. Even though he’s blind, they’re very mindful and careful, introducing dogs slowly so everyone feels safe and at ease. I’m so relieved to have found such a kind and reliable family who will give our dog the same care and attention we do at home. We’ve already booked them again for the upcoming holiday and plan to keep returning in the future!”

I got a picture of Arnie laying next to her son playing video games and he looked totally at home! His stay was over thanksgiving and Rikke even got him and Luna a stuffed turkey toy to celebrate. “I can’t say enough good things about Jean-Paul. We have had a tough time finding a cat sitter capable of dealing with our grumpy cat, but Jean-Paul was not deterred and handled him without issue. He gave all feedings and administered medication with ease and took extra time to give both our cats some love and playtime. He paid special attention to the litter box and water dishes, as well as the state of our house while we were away, even checking on our plants and opening some windows to air out of he house when it was unseasonably warm. His updates were informative and humorous, and put our minds at ease while we were away. Any cats would be lucky to get to hang out with Jean-Paul while their owners are away!”

I can handle most animals, just ask! **Notes** - Rates are per 24 hours. There will be an additional late fee of $5.00 for every hour past the agreed time for pick-up, unless you clearly communicate with us about your timeline. - Housesitting includes an overnight stay and care as needed (feeding, walks, and potty breaks) throughout the day. I may need to care for other clients or my own pets, or go into work. If you require constant care (24hrs per day, animal cannot be left alone), this needs to be arranged beforehand and the price will be higher than my regular housesitting rate. I work from home so time for pet care is flexible, I usually have plenty of time for walks or hikes with dogs that are visiting. I have a fenced yard and have the ability to make zones within my home if it's necessary. I try to stick to the typical schedule the animals are used to, to the best of my ability and schedule.

About: Ive grown up with cats and dogs my whole life. I spent a lot of time with my cousin being a breeder taking her dogs to shows, I have learned how to take care of dogs and how to approach the ones that can be a handful at times. I work a full time Monday- friday job but on my lunches I can stop by for check ins and walks and after work as well. Weekends are always open too. If doing check ins I can clean up any accidents and make sure they are fed and have water(depending on feeding schedules) and I always have local parks and routes pre planned for a good walk

He went above and beyond ensuring I she was cared and I didn’t have to worry while she was in his care.
