About: I have enjoyed helping my parents and neighbors with animal and house sitting over the years and managed anywhere from 1 - 2 independent pets up to 5 pets at a time (dogs, cats, chickens, rabbits, reptiles). I am currently a part-time student looking to extend my animal care experiences to pets in your home. I specialised in animal behavior while studying neuroscience at the Claremont Colleges and will be very attentive to your animals needs in my care. I also have experience administering topical/oral medications as scheduled. I am continuing my education part-time and available to help mostly afternoons. Please contact me 1-2 weeks in advance for HOUSE STAYS otherwise I am flexible to assist with regular potty breaks, walks, feeding, etc. with 1-2 days notice. When caring for animals in clients homes I will be sure to follow any set guidelines or recommendations provided to me. I enjoy meeting animals energy levels with exercise (walks, outdoor play), toys, training reinforcement, or simply good pets. I will be respectful of you and your animal's space to reduce stress and encourage normal/beneficial behaviors.

I am available for walks, overnight, and daytime visits as well. I’m a graduate student and work part time at my local library branch. I also have previous experience as a medical assistant and will work with you to make sure to give your pets the same care I would like my own to receive. I also have experience with cats, plants, and keeping reptiles. I work 30 hours a week and am off Thursday/Friday and Sundays. On those three days I am available to give your babies my undivided attention. I do work on Saturdays from 9:30-5:30 I can watch your pets in the comfort of your home and provide company with my dog Fritz-b as well. I have my car and will work with you to provide peace of mind.

About: I used to be a part of “Guide Dogs for the Blind.” You were pre screened, trained, and I had dogs overnight. It was very rewarding! I have 2 medium sized dogs as well. I have time for pet care as I am working a part time job that only takes up 4-6 hours of the day. I LOVE getting my steps in along West Cliff and having a companion for the walk is always a plus! I am free on weekends too and am willing to set scheduled times for walking or house check ups. I’ve had dogs since I was young and am very familiar with this care. I have also lived with 2 cats and loved learning the care techniques for cats as well! I love animals and always want the best for the animals and owners requests!
