About: I'm an environmental scientist that loves walking, hiking, traveling, and animals. My husband and I both have grown up with dogs. We both work from home so we'll be around for your pup. We have a lovely fenced front and back yard for your pup to run around and bask in the sun. Our pup Stella would love to have a friend to play with and our cat Russell is very friendly with dogs. Our animals are our family. Their care is embedded into our daily routine. Including taking them out for potty, meals, playing in the yard, etc. In our home we are pretty attentive, taking care to look after the pups and to make sure every pet is comfortable and treated well.

Current King County clients will not be affected** Message me for pet trail adventures We focus on enriching Dog's lives by getting paws on the trails. Pet CPR trained and experienced caring for puppies through seniors. Small dogs and large dogs are welcome. Dog sitting schedule is informed by my primary job which is reflected in the price. Mon-Fri drop off and pick up time availability 6:00-9:00 PM. Saturday drop off and pick up is subject to schedule fluctuations, but typically from 8:00am - 8:00pm. Can be more accommodating with advanced notice of three or more days as this is our best opportunity to get paws on trails. Seriously, Shadow and I are obsessed with trails. Sunday drop off and pick up is typically 11:30am - 9pm. If your request has gone unanswered for an hour or more then please understand I am out of cell range, and will respond when able. I work full time outside of the home, but evenings and weekends are devoted to the dogs. Week days will be a focus on play with time outside to smell the grass. Weekends are for the trails. Some excursions will be day trips while others will be two or more days of backpacking. GPS tracking will be provided during trail adventures. The yard is currently not fenced in, but retractable leashes are used to allow dogs to roam while remaining safe. Shadow and I predominately focus on trail adventures for your dog We remain happy to accept dog guests at home who acknowledge that the yard is not fenced and the visiting dog has demonstrated 100% recall. I am pet CPR trained, attentive, and caring.

About: Hello! I'm Zoe, a lifelong animal lover and teacher with the Bainbridge Island School District since 2020. I’ve been caring for dogs for over 10 years, including pet sitting and walking pups of all sizes and temperaments. My family includes my sweet rescue dog Friday (a 9-year-old pittie mix) and my adventurous 3-year-old daughter Rooney. We love spending time outdoors and can often be found exploring the beaches and trails around Bainbridge together. Whether your dog loves long walks, quiet snuggles, or playtime in the yard, I’ll treat them like part of the family! I have weekends off and enjoy spending time at home with my pets. During the week, I work from 8am-2:30pm. I work 5 minutes away from home and would be able to check on any pet at least once a day. I feed pets as needed, provide daily walks and preferred exercise either on a leash out and about, at a dog park, or in my fully fenced backyard. I am happy to provide interactive treats that meet a dog's dietary needs and provide enrichmentk.
