“We had a fantastic experience with our dog sitter Viviane this past weekend! She took wonderful care of our two golden doodles, Brody and Wynston and they had a blast playing with her sweet dog, Scout. Communication was excellent—she kept us updated throughout the weekend and sent lots of great pictures, which really put our minds at ease. It was clear that she genuinely cared about our pups and made sure they felt comfortable and happy. We couldn’t be more pleased and would absolutely trust her to watch them again!”

“Angela did an amazing job taking care of Gigi. Gigi was a happy tired girl when I picked her up from having so much fun. Highly recommend. I look forward to using Angela again.”

“I am so thankful that we found Debbie to watch our dogs. She was wonderful and really went out of her way to take care of our dogs and make sure they were comfortable during our short trip out of town. She didn't just watch the dogs, but interactws with them, creating activities to keep them mentally and physically engaged. She will be our go to person for watching our dogs in the future and I would not hesitate to recommend her to anyone else looking for pet care. You can really tell that she is a caring pet parent and that extends to any dog staying with her. It was a nice bonus to get daily updates and pictures of how things were going. Thank you so much, Debbie!!!”

“We couldn’t ask for a better dog sitter than Ashley. She was great at communicating with us daily about how our two puppers were doing. She made us feel comfortable by letting us know how they were eating, made sure to confirm with us that they received their medication, and made our dogs feel like they never left home. One of our dogs is a little skiddish, and she did everything she could to make her feel comfortable. We will definitely be booking with Ashley again!”

“Thomas was the perfect sitter for Beauty. She does best with someone who will let her sleep outside or in the garage and just be around. She seemed so happy and got to go on some little local trips. Thomas sent pictures daily with updates which was perfect for me.”

About: I am reliable, responsible, and I of course love dogs! My family feels lucky to be the welcoming home that our friends and family put their trust in when they need a place for their dogs to stay while they're on vacation! I have fostered 20+ dogs (including puppies and adult dogs) since 2020 and I have 2 small dogs of my own. Furry visitors in my home typically join the pack quickly and feel right at home. I have a fenced in back yard. I work from home so the pups at my house like to snuggle up next to my desk. I am able to take breaks frequently for doggie potty breaks. I like to bring the dogs for walks around the block in the morning and evening. I have a fenced in yard and two small, friendly dogs for your dog to play with. I'd love to hear what your dog's normal routine looks like so that I can make them feel as comfortable as possible in my home.

“Whitney and Kevin were wonderful! They were great communicators and sent multiple picture updates throughout my dogs stay with them. It was clear that they took great care of him and he looked so happy in all of the photos they sent. I will absolutely use them again in the future!”

“Gilbert was fantastic with Chance. I received at least daily pictures and updates on how Chance was doing. Gilbert also dropped in to take care of my cat while we were away and did a wonderful job with him too. I appreciate everything Gilbert did and would not hesitate to hire him again. He is the BEST! Thank you Gilbert…. Until next time! 😁😁”

About: Volunteering at shelters and owning an array of pets throughout my life helps me understand fully how to care for a creature. I've never turned away an animal and have worked with nursing birds, rodents, bunnies, and kittens back to health after rescuing them. I also love working with exotic pets like amphibians or reptiles, but mainly I board and walk dogs! I'm very good at reading body language and training stubborn dogs, and working with animals full time would be a dream career. Right now I'm studying premedicine / ecology at UA and taking care of animals over the summers to save money for school! Going to Albany on the 24th! Until then I can board, but afterwards I'm switching my location and removing boarding from my services as I'll be on campus. Large yard with electric fence and 2 extra collars for a medium dog. Home with 3 accessible stories, dog food, treats, litter box, toys and plenty of enrichment. Dog beds and human beds for sleeping, large safe neighborhood for walks!!

“Steve is truly a dog whisperer. Bonnie has spent time with Steve on a couple of previous occasions and she and we learn new things each time. He is great about sharing updates and photos and always responds promptly to booking requests. We are most grateful for Steve’s wisdom and care!”

About: I have taken care of animals since I was a kid, having many pets growing up. I have volunteered in the animal care center at Greenburgh nature center where I got to care for a variety of reptiles and mammals. I have dog sat many family friends dogs, and also walked dogs for families I've babysat. Most recently, I worked at the Hudson Valley Humane Society Shelter where I mostly worked with farm animals and dogs, and is where I met and adopted my sweet boy named Suka. I currently am working in Ithaca 6:30-3:00pm and have the afternoons available I would be able to work in the Ithaca area or surrounding all the way to Truxton (where I currently live). Come this September I will have Wednesdays and Weekends completely available. I live on 5 acres, with plenty of room to play. I will always keep your pet on a leash or make sure there surrounding area is gated in so no one escapes. Having a husky, I am well versed on being prepared for escape artists.

“Cassandra was amazing with my Sophia who is an older dog with a few senior issues. We were kept in the loop every day on how she was adjusting to her new sitter ( including pictures) and that made me feel confident we made a great choice. I would hope Cassandra will agree to watch Sophia again when she needs boarding. Anne”
