“Lauren really loves animals and it shows. I’ve never met anyone so kind and caring with their pets. This is the best pet sitting experience I’ve ever had by far and my dog seemed really happy. I’ll be using Lauren exclusively from now on. Thank you so much Lauren 🩷”

“I was a little skeptical about boarding, only because I’ve never done it before. Colter and his pup made my dog, Pilot, feel comfortable. Pilot was able to play with another dog, which he seemed to really enjoy. He was exhausted after his stay, as he’s a little older than the other dog. He was definitely well cared for during his stay. I would book with Colter again.”

“Leaving Niylah with Steve today was my very first experience with this app, and I couldn’t be more pleased. Steve watched Niylah all day today, alongside several other pups, and as i picked her up she was *overjoyed* with the fun-filled day she had. Niylah got plenty of love, play, and attention while i was away, and i can’t thank Steve enough for it!! Would recommend him to anyone. Thanks, Steve!!”

About: I'm especially good with timid animals, and I love making them feel more at ease. I have a soft presence and a lot of patience. I'm good at reading dog language. I'm super responsible, so you can count on me to follow your dog's preferred daily schedule and to send you updates. I work from home, in a neighborhood that's pleasant for dog walking, and we have a fenced backyard. I grew up with small dogs, wanted to be a vet. I've cared for my current doggo for 9 years. I work from home, and my time AWAY from home is flexible. I can definitely be here as your dog is getting used to our home. About your dog's experience in our home: My home office is on the main floor, and I'm aware of all activity in my small-ish house. Your dog can rest on the sofa, futon, rugs, or the big dog bed--or in a kennel if they prefer. I have a fenced yard with room to run. Our friendly 10-year-old, 35-pound boxer mutt, Kiri, enjoys playing with small dogs. But she's not at all pushy. :-) About caring for timid animals: I had a deep, deep bond with a very timid cat, and I just have a super soft spot in my heart for them. I had a shy young kiddo. One of my "day jobs" is a coach for introverted people: I help people honor their introversion, including their need for quiet, calm, and solitude. About my profile photos: I'm the one in the family who takes the photos, so it's nearly impossible to find a photo of ME and Kiri. :-} I include some photos of our house and yard (kids' faces blurred) to give you a sense of our space. Kiri is part of our family. She hangs out in the common spaces with us, and in the backyard. We take her to the dog park or on daily neighborhood walks. The first 3 photos are at dog parks. The rest of the photos show our house and yard.

About: I've been taking care of all kinds of babies since I was a little girl. From bottle feeding bunnies and kittens to reptiles and horses. I usually always have some kind of a rescue at my house whether it be a foster dog or a some off the wall duck someone brought to me. I take care of them all as they were my own. My true passion is training though! My father has always trained his bird dogs as well as others and I've just always enjoyed seeing what different breeds can do/pick up on. I work remote and part-time at that, so I have plenty of time to tend to your fur baby. I have a fairly open schedule so I can be pretty flexible to fit your needs! I have a large yard (it's being fenced but is not currently) my 2 dogs and cat would love to play with your baby. We enjoy long walks or just snuggling on the couch. I'll treat yours as my own.

“Regan was amazing with my puppy. She sent me multiple updates throughout the days, fed my dog, took her potty, played, etc.. while I was at work. I plan on using her again :)”

About: I have always grown up with dogs from the age of 5, so I am no stranger to talking car of them. During the last 8 years, I have periodically taken care of dogs for friends and family. As well as having my own dog for the last 6 years. I work from home most days so I have flexibility to be able to make drop in visits to care for your pet’s needs. Or I am able to care for your pet’s at my house with almost all day attention. For boarding, I do ask that drop off and pick up is between 10:00 and 6:00pm. In my home your dog will have access to inside and outside as well as being in the company of my own dog, Henry. My dog can be crated, as well as yours if that is requested.

About: *** New Rover Clients: Get $20 off your dog/cat's first booking! Contact me & enter promo code: SHEILW34825 at checkout. 😊 I grew up around and loved animals, especially cats and dogs. I have owned a lab, boxer and pitbull. I have also had cats all through growing up and in my adult life. After my last dog passed away in 2018, I found my home empty and needing some four-legged friends, but I am not quite ready to have my own again. Therefore, I would love to spoil your pets for a short time as if they were my own! I have an 11-year-old daughter who loves animals as well, and we would like to provide the utmost care and affection to your pets so you can have peace of mind while you are away. We will also give baths, and I can provide medicine to dogs if needed. Our home is 100% dog-friendly, and I aim to ensure your dog is comfortable and having fun! When taking on a new client, I recommend scheduling a meet and greet before booking. This gives us a chance to meet and introduce us to your pet and answer any questions you may have. I work from home and have time to let your fur baby outside as much as needed. We can even take walks at lunch! We have a fenced backyard to run, play, and potty. Your dog will never be unsupervised outside, though, since we also love being outside. Pet care is a large part of our daily routine! We will arrange our schedule around your dog, and I work from home, so spending lots of time with your pet is easy. We love caring for your pets inside our home! They are free to lay on all furniture and sleep in all beds if they want to. Your pet will be a loving part of our family while they are here.

About: History: I have had dogs all throughout my life, starting in middle school when my mom and I adopted our first- under the agreement that I had full responsibility! Since then, I have had three dogs on my own, and I have provided care for my friends' and families' pets while they're away. Currently: I volunteer at Missouri Pit Bull Rescue weekly, and I have had several foster dogs through them as well. I dog-sit for my neighbors regularly. I live with my husband and our dog, Bully Porter, a 5-year-old spayed female pitbull mix. I am a registered nurse of over 12 years, and I also have experience administering medications to dogs. I am the main point of contact for the medical team through Missouri Pit Bull Rescue. I typically work from home, and during which, I have time through the day to care for pups who come to our home. Sometimes, we have a foster through the rescue, and during that time, I will need to turn off daycare/boarding. In the mornings, evenings, or over my lunch break, I can take dogs on walks or do drop-in visits. I am off most weekends as well. I do ask for flexibility with drop-in times, as my schedule may change with meetings and having to go in-person, however, I do my best to be accommodating, and I stay in communication. We have a 5' hog wire fenced yard with plenty of room for dogs to run around and play. Our female pit mix is SUPER friendly and would love to keep your dog company and play! We have 2 crates available (one medium, one XL, and when not fostering, two XL) if needed.

About: I have tended to animals in their home (dog/cat/bird/reptiles/fish) since I was 11 years old. I used to do house/pet sitting in my home town. My best friend has a boarding business that I have filled in to help her when she needs for a few years now. This includes walking and playing with the dogs. I also have a kitty, a dog, a albino frog and a lizard of my own that I care for every day! All pets watched at my home will be treated as my own, even sleeping with me as long as they are allowed to at your home. I’m looking forward to helping out with boarding/dog sitting/walking for you, or any other animal or pet you may have! I’ll even do snakes, turtles, and any other weird pets you may have!

About: I’ve provided everything from daily walks and drop-in visits to overnight stays and extended care. I’m comfortable administering medication, following detailed feeding routines, and providing enrichment to keep pets happy and stimulated. My goal is to make your pet feel safe, loved, and at home—even when you’re away. I work from home full time so I am home with pets at all times during the day. They will have constant care and attention. I have a super friendly dog to keep your pet company and access to a private dog park. Your pet will get the highest level of care when staying with me.

“Bailey is awesome! I am always a bit skeptical when leaving my dogs with anyone for the first time. My dogs are huge so my main concern is how well can the new person handle these monsters? Not only was it a piece of cake for her, she taught me a new technique with the leash to help prevent my giant from pulling the leash. Amazing! Definitely using her again ?”

Sondra B.
“Sandy gave Nigel incredible care while we were away for 2 days. She is highly empathetic to our senior dog who needed close attention. She fed him, gave him medication and took him out 3 times each day. She communicated with us about Nigel everyday which eased our minds leaving our high needs senior dog. I would highly recommend Sandy as a pet sitter!”

Kaeley B.
“⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 5 stars! Kaeley was absolutely amazing! She watched my dog for 9 days (originally scheduled for 8), and was incredibly flexible and understanding when some last-minute things came up. I’m so grateful she was able to keep him that extra day—it really helped me out. Before his stay, my dog was super hyper, but when he came back home, he was noticeably calmer and more balanced. I truly believe Henry (Kaeley’s dog) had a positive impact on him. Being an only child, it was so good for him to have a buddy to play with—and I could tell he really enjoyed it! I can’t thank Kaeley enough for the love, care, and patience she gave my pup. She’s wonderful, and I highly recommend her to anyone needing a reliable, kind, and attentive dog sitter. Thank you again, Kaeley! 🐶💛”

Sheila W.

“Sheila was a wonderful dog sitter for our pit bull, Lulu. Lulu is only 3 and can be energetic at times, but Sheila was great in getting her out to run. Sheila has a little girl who was fantastic with our dog (Lulu loves kids)! She understood exactly how to interact with a dog that was a stranger until Lulu became accustomed to her. I will definitely be using Sheila again in the future!”

“Not only is Erin totally obsessed with her own fur babies and takes amazing care of them she also treats my pup wonderfully as well. My Pepper can be standoffish when people come by but Erin is patient and understanding of her individual needs. She has watched her for me on multiple occasions and each time has been a great experience. 10/10 recommend - your pup is in good hands.”

Catherine R.

“We are very happy with Katie! Sampson just loves her, we think she’s pretty great also. Will definitely be requesting again.”

Terra G.
“Terra has been sitting my cats at my home for about 10 years. I travel a lot for work and I love knowing she takes care of my fur babies like they were her own. I’ve never asked her to sit and play with them, but she does every time she comes, and even sends me short videos of them playing! ❤️ She goes above and beyond for sure, by vacuuming around the kitty box and cleaning up the food they spill while eating. I’d recommend her to anyone looking for a sitter for their fur babies! I’d rate her 5 stars!!”
