About: My household has always had a furry friend in it since the day I was born from small ankle biters like Chihuahuas to hefty cuties like my current Bully Pit that I can safely wrestle in some horseplay. Puppies, seniors, we don't discriminate 'round here! I don't mind getting my hands dirty and have small experience in clicker training younger pups along with an energy to match whichever personality I'm given. A boundless Collie? We can play all day! A sleepy old Bassett? We can chill with some TV. I'm not above being put to work either. Give me a litter box to clean. Give me medicine and I'll make sure it's getting swallowed. Toss a cat my way as well why doncha? I worked as a cat caretaker during my fall and spring semesters in Auburn University, as well as own a lovely kitten named Autumn, so having a feline to shake things up would be a nice treat! Trust me, my hands have a good pain tolerance. Beyond that, I know it costs major bucks to look after your pets. Or pay someone ELSE too. Sometimes a week stay for a pet can run up to $500! That's why you come to me. I offer affordable rates because I'm more concerned with the passion than the money. I have multiple pets of my own and I know the chip they can put in my wallet just from vet visits! So I won't let it get in your way! 🤠 I've graduated happily from Auburn University with a degree in Animal Sciences and am settling into a new job. This means that while I'm happy to take on new clients, my schedule is sporadic as it's determined on a weekly basis. It also means I will be gone for many hours at a time. My current work schedule and thus how long I'd be busy for Aug 11-17 is: Mon: Free Tue: 4-9:30 pm Wed: 5-9:30 pm Thurs: 5-9:30 pm Fri: 3-9:30 pm Sat: 4-9:30 pm Sun: Free Safety is a non-negotiable when it comes to our furry friends. Just like I do with my own pals, I stay by them at all times when outside and encourage their attention with toys or loving scritches when they're not doing their business. If push comes to shove, I am capable of safely wrestling an overzealous dog into calming down or tightening the 'ol leash if need be. With cats, responsibly scruffing rarely fails. Inside, unless stated otherwise where they're allowed to park themselves, I stay with my little friends on the floor and can crate them if specified to do so when it's bedtime. If they're free roamers, I let them tag along where I go! Except the kitchen. I also welcome animals who require daily or periodic medication. Bear in mind I charge $10 per day of administering medication, and it would cover all required meds for that day. Rest assured your friend will be taken care of!

About: Between my 10 month old & 14 year old pups, I can pretty much do everything! With my 14 year old pup being a senior, I have learned to be very patient and understanding with him so I would say I have excellent senior care. My 10 month old pup has had me revisiting the puppy stages, so I’m used to all different ages, personalities, and energies. I’m currently getting my veterinary technician associates degree. I am a college student doing online classes so my schedule is pretty flexible. I can do walks on weekdays from 9 a.m. to sunset. I have a fenced yard with 2 dogs but my senior dog will just stay inside. I have a puppy who would love a friend!

About: I’ve been around dogs since the day I was born, and love taking care of them. I have watched and walked dogs for friends and family off and on since I was 15. I’ve watched sweet senior dogs to energetic puppies. I have potty trained and leased trained my dogs and provided medications for dogs. I am available most days of the week. I have lots of free time midafternoons for your pet. I have school on Tuesday at 8 to 10:30 then 12:30 to 2 and Thursday 12:30 to 2 I can work around most schedules. Having been around dogs all my life, I enjoy their company. I think dogs are our best friends and should be treated as such. I realize some dogs need lots of energy released and others not so much!

About: Experienced pet sitter in the Fairhope area, with over 7 years of professional experience and lifetime of pets at home. I am ready to feed, water, walk, and love your pets while you're away. Light housework and overnight stays are welcomed. I was an assistant manager at a pet store and have gained knowledge on how to care for your fur-babies through personal experience. I work full-time, but I have no problem staying at your home and taking care of your fur-babies, as you need. If you need an ongoing long-term set up, one time pet sitter, or someone on call, please consider me as an appropriate candidate. Unfortunately, at this time, I can not offer my home as an appropriate place to house and take care of your fur-babies away from your home.

About: I have taken care of dogs and cats since I was a young teen. My family has always had a lot of cats, and my friends and extended family have always trusted me to house sit or simply watch and play with their dogs and cats as well. I am a student who primarily has class at night, and a day job in Mt. Pleasant. My work schedule allows me for mornings and evenings off on particular days. While animals cannot stay at my apartment, I am more than happy to keep them company in their space! Walking, playtime, and consistent potty breaks are key to a good time with any pet.
