“What a fabulous experience this was I could not be more happy. I had never left my little one before. This wasn’t my first time and I can tell she had an awesome experience. I did not wanna leave her alone because we were out of town. It would have to leave her alone all day long this way we only had to leave her for three hours Usually when I come back she’s shaking and crying and very sad if I were to leave her alone. When I came to pick her up from Julie she was happy and playful and wonderful. The care she received was excellent. Julie ‘s home was clean and inviting and safe for my baby. I will recommend her to everyone. We are going out of town for a week and I was gonna take my baby with me and find Care out there, but I’ve decided I’m going to leave her with Julie because she could not be more capable of caring for puppies than anybody I’ve ever known Thank you, Julie for being so wonderful to my baby. Can’t wait to work with you again. I come once a week to see my son at college and now I have a little drop in for my baby.”

We set up a initial meet & greet with Karen to see how well our dogs would get along. I was a little nervous because our pup is smaller but Karen’s dog harmony is so well trained and gentle with him my worries were quickly relieved. Karen is amazing with our 4.5 month old pup he loves going to daycare she keeps him on a routine with multiple walks, playtime, naps, food breaks, and potty breaks. He came home a very happy pup. About: I have experience with Elderly dogs as well as puppies. I have some experience with training and am able to assist with simple commands like sit, stay and heel. I have experience with reactive dogs as I used to have one of my own and am very good at soothing stressed animals and keeping them under control. I am a University student and will be leaving Wilmington on July 10th. However I do regularly return for holidays and will be back in December. I am a very diligent caretaker always keeping an eye on the pet and taking time to determine what they need when they express distress. I am very active and love being in nature so I am happy to take as many walks as might be necessary!

About: I am a registered nurse currently staying at home with my two children. I am a huge dog lover and am looking to make some extra income while staying home with my babies. I grew up in a household that always had dogs as part of the family and have a lot of experience taking care of dogs. My family bred our labs and our golden retrievers so I have experience with puppies as well. Each liter had about ten puppies and it was my responsibility to take them out, feed them, clean up after them and of course show them extra love and play with them. I want to be able to give families peace of mind that there pet is in good hands when I am caring for them. Thank you in advance. I am a stay at home mom and we spend almost all of our time at our home. We love to go outside and play in the backyard frequently. My schedule is extremely flexible. I am a stay at home mom that spends almost all my time at home with my children. We have a safe, child proof home that is also extremely accommodating to pets as well. We have a spacious yard and have more than enough time to love and care for your sweet pet as needed. My children have so much joy being around animals as I do.

About: I’ve been volunteering at animal shelters since I was 10 years old. I have bathed, fed and taken care of dogs, cats and bunnies in a professional setting. I am well versed in animal body language and I am amazing at following instructions to the letter. I am currently working from home on my Etsy shop as my main source of income. So I am always going to be available for any home boarding times. Pet sitting in the home can be arranged as well. Pets are allowed to roam the house if they choose to, but i spend most of my working in the living room, so they usually choose to stay there 😊. I go on at least one long walk a day, and 3 short walks. So at least 4 walks in total unless more are requested and I have a large communal outdoor area outside my door so if a dog is unable to walk long distances, I can absolutely accommodate that as well.

However, Abby sent me lots of pictures of my puppy throughout the day and kept me updated. My dad also said she handled him very well when he seemed scared to enter the new environment. About: I have a fairly large background in animal care, it has always been a passion of mine - specifically dogs & horses. I take pride in how well I care for animals. I do not have a fenced yard yet but the dogs will be strictly supervised on a leash when outside of my home. I have 1.2 acres and a great neighborhood for walks. I will gladly work on in home manners with your dog/s while in my care as I believe training should be daily and enjoyable! I work part time and also own a photography business so my schedule is pretty flexible for dog sitting. I do this primarily cause my dog loves to have a friend over and since we are out in the country there are not too many other dogs for her to play with nearby. - Dogs are ALWAYS supervised and on a leash when outside of my house. - Dogs must be up to date on all shots. - Dogs are to be crated when my direct attention is not on them or if I need to go run a quick errand. This is never for longer than 2 hours. I have two large crates. - Dogs are crated at bed time. Usually around 9pm-7am. This may vary depending on dog's usual schedule. - Dogs have daily individualized walks. - I will help instill everyday manners & any sort of training help you may need. - Of course treats & cuddles daily! - I have a TON of references, you may ask me for the list!
