“We had a wonderful experience when Steve watched our dog at our house for the weekend. His communication style kept us at ease, and we could tell from the pics he sent that our dog enjoyed himself very much. We have a very energetic Vizsla, so Steve was sure to give him lots of exercise and playtime. He takes good care of the home too. A top notch sitter who goes above and beyond.”

“Paz took copious notes during our initial meeting. She was on time and took great care of our energetic puppy. Paz checked in daily and texted picks of our puppy on walks, getting meals and cuddles. I miss my dog terribly when I'm away traveling, but it was comforting to know she was well loved in my absence.”

“This is the second time Chris watched our dog and cat. 100 stars! She is so kind and compassionate and sends me multiple pictures and messages while we are gone. Highly recommend!”

“Kai and Devon were amazing pet sitters! They took very good care of our dog and communicated well. This was our first time using Rover for pet sitting and Kai and Devon were great. They sent pictures as well. I wouldn’t hesitate to book them again!”

“There aren’t enough good things to say about Joelle! She was communicative, kind, compassionate, and respectful in every way - with our animals and their quirks, our home, etc. She sent us pictures and was prompt in all responses. This also was a last minute request due to a previous sitter following through. Such a treasure to find her, and we look forward to working with her much more! Thank you, Joelle!”

“Heather was great with our 75 pound yellow lab, Whitby. Simply said, she is a fantastic dog/home sitter. Heather being present allowed my wife and I to truly vacation without concern for how our pup is being cared for. We look forward to working with Heather again soon.”

“Elizabeth was an incredible pro through the whole process. This was our first time using Rover and having someone stay with our dogs at our residence and Elizabeth made the whole process great. She was even able to navigate one of our dogs who has some social anxiety and we can’t wait to hire her again!”

“This was the first time our two older golden retrievers had stayed with a pet sitter that was not either part of the family or a close friend. Lori handled them very well, even though one was quite stubborn for her. She texted me daily pics and was great to work with. Highly recommend!”

“Desiree was awesome. Berty and Otter love her. They had a blast. Desiree did a great job communicating how the dogs were doing. Dogs were chill and happy when we got home. We really enjoyed all the photos she sent of our furbabies :). We will definitely use Desiree again”

“Great job. Fast and clear communication, took great pictures of the dogs and the cat. Gave updates at least twice a day. Upon returning home the animals were all healthy and happy and the apartment was spotlessly clean. 10/10 I will happily ask Annie to watch our dogs and cat again. Highly recommended.”

About: I’m currently an employee at a local animal hospital, which I have worked at for the past four years. I have experience with all different sizes, breeds, and ages as well has handling dogs with behavioral and medical issues. I have bunnies, a special needs cat, along with two dogs. I believe that any and all animals should be given with the proper care they deserve! I have a flexible schedule, allowing me to be able to stop in multiple times a day. For drop in’s can stay for 30 minutes to an hour and for over nights I can pretty much be at the house whenever i’m not at work! I prefer to follow your pets daily routine, as if you were still there doing their daily activities, this way your animals can stay comfortable and calm!

About: I’ve grown up around animals and taking care of them has always just felt really natural to me. I’m super reliable and patient, especially with pets who are a little shy or have their own little quirks. I try to really tune into what each animal needs—whether they’re full of energy and want a long walk, or just want someone to hang out with and give them love while their people are gone. During the summer I am completely free! Starting August 25th I will be available Thursdays, Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays all day. Monday and Wednesday before 9am and after 3pm. Tuesday before 12pm and after 2pm When I’m taking care of pets in a client’s home, I do everything I can to make sure they feel safe, happy, and totally loved while they're away! I stick to their usual routine of walks, mealtimes, play, cuddles, or just some chill time. I’m really good with pets who are shy or need a little extra comfort, and I always try to make it feel like you’re not even gone. I’m also super respectful of your home and make sure to leave everything just how I found it (or better!).

“June took care of our two dogs for several days and was absolutely wonderful. She was clear and responsive in her communications before and during her stay. During the stay, it seems our dogs loved her and look to have had a great time while we were gone. We highly recommend June — and we look forward to working with her again!”

About: My entire life I have always had at least one dog or cat in the house and currently have 2 cats and 2 dogs of my own. From a very young age I was taught properly to provide for my pets and I have a deep love for animals so I can promise you I will treat your pets as if they were my own! I would also be happy to talk to you one-on-one beforehand regarding any special needs for your pet especially for overnight appointments. I will make sure to give either your cat and/or dog the proper playtime they need as well. I like to think I am very friendly and upbeat so I am sure we will get along, thank you for taking the time to read this and I look forward to meeting both you and your pets! My availability is very flexible Monday to Sunday at the moment. My goal is to make the ease of booking with me that much better! I will make sure your pets are fed as per your instructions, regularly take them out for walks and/or to use the bathroom, and they’ll get all the playtime they want! I would also be more than happy to help with little tasks around your home for house sitting services.

“My wife and I were delighted with the job Lila did for our dog, Doc. He is a rescue with abandonment issues, and this is the first time we are leaving him for an extended vacation of three weeks. Of course, he missed us, but he is doing fine, and our home was taken care of well. We will be using her again.”
