“Alex watched my dog overnight at my house while I was on a short work trip. I typically leave Oso with family when I have to go away, and last time I used a different sitter I had a bad experience, so I was hesitant to leave him overnight. But Alex was professional and I knew Oso was in good hands. Came home to a happy dog. Thank you!!”

“Shannon was great! Arrived on time, was very communicative while we were out, and kept our pet happy. Look forward to working with her again🙂”

“Dana was amazing! He was incredibly communicative and made us feel comfortable right away that he would take good care of our slightly anxious pup. He sent fantastic (and hilarious) updates, administered our dog’s meds, and kept the house in tip top shape (he even took out the trash for us!). We will certainly book him again!”

“Bria provided excellent overnight care for my two cats, Thelma and Louise, while I was at my sister’s wedding for 4 days. She was reliable and communicative, and I didn’t have to worry about them at all. My cats seemed comfortable with her, and I returned home to happy, well-cared-for pets. I won’t hesitate to hire Bria again when I need to go out of town.”

“I wish that more people in the world were like Tim. His integrity, responsibility, and dedication are rare qualities. I was at my wits end with stress from moving across the country, but I had to travel for work. I was worried sick about my poor cat that had been through so much stress already. From the first day, I felt that I could trust Tim with my cat and my home. With clear and regular communication, I could see that my very shy cat was warming up to Tim and it gave me a sense of relief that I hadn’t felt in weeks. Despite the facts that my furniture hadn’t even arrived (and arrived while I was away!), that the house was cold, and had few amenities, Tim never complained and handled everything graciously. Simply put, Tim was there for me when I needed help, and he has my eternal trust and gratitude. I’ve already asked him to stay again when I have to travel in a couple of months.”

“First time trying Madelyn for catsitting. For 3 cats with very different personalities, they seemed to warm up to her well. Conscientious and caring, I could tell she had the cats’ interest at heart especially since we have one with ‘special needs’ ( ie rx diet and medicine), one who’s always trying to snitch the other cats’ food yet skiddish and another one who allowed her to give belly pets and sit on her lap. We received daily pics and updates and she was pretty much available for any questions I may have had. Response time fairly quick. Already rebooked!”

“Amanda was super helpful and friendly and sent a lot of pupdates while I was gone! Would recommend her for sitting on your space or boarding if she can accommodate!”

“Our girls love Amy! We feel safe and happy knowing she's staying with them when we're out of town, and love getting pictures of the fun they get up to (or naps, it's actually mostly naps). Amy is always a great communicator and even takes care of our plants while she's staying with our pets. Can't recommend her enough”

“Brittany did a great job in communicating with me and sending me picture updates as well! I’d highly recommend having her take care of your fur babies!”

“Sarah did a great job staying with our 2 active pups! She is responsible, caring and her previous experience with animals is a plus for sure. Our one dog can be a bit reactive and at times a bully to our other pup (he wants all the attention) and she did great handling him. She took great care of our home, provided updates and I look forward to having her dog sit for us again soon.”

“Thank you to Lisa! Pups had a wonderful time and Lisa stayed over and met all their needs (demands). Lisa was responsive and shared updates with us throughout our trip away.”

“Azeez is awesome! He has taken care of our dog twice so far (both overnight and drop in) and we will definitely be using him in the future. He is reliable, flexible, responsive, and takes great care of our dog and house!”

About: I’ve taken care of animals all my life. I have had dogs, cats, bunnies, ferrets, lizards, guinea pigs and I wish I could have more! I am truly an animal lover! I have always taken the upmost care of my animals needs - they are family members to me. I currently have one cat and I live with a family member so my own animals needs are not an issue. I have always groomed my animals as well. I have not done much hair clipping, but have taken my shot at it. I can bath, clean ears, clean eyes (stain treatment), trim nails, brush teeth & brush (after a deshedding treatment a backyard/porch would be best). I have taken care of elderly dogs and cats that are on special diets and medications. So, I am very good with just about any type of administration of meds/any diet requirements - even the blind! I’ve also nursed dogs found on the streets back to health which was a very rewarding experience! Feel free to ask! I am comfortable with aggressive dogs. I have worked with aggression before and am able to deescalate almost any situation. I have also trained all my dogs myself. Last cool thing about me - I have a vet in my family! I’ve always trusted him to guide me in the right direction if I need some help. It’s imperative to always get a professional opinion, but I’ll always ask for your vets info first! Lastly, I will always ask for a meet and greet before taking a job! I would like to meet your fur babies and you also - we can chat more about habits, challenges, routines, likes, dislikes ect. (If you’re more than 30 mins away from my location - 20$ for a meet and greet, sorry gas!) I look forward to hearing from you - hopefully I can make this a simple process for you! I work from home so I am with my cat almost all the time, but I do live with family so finding someone to help me is easy if your fur babies need me! I live in an apartment and have no dogs at the moment, but I have trained my cat to walk on a leash and I usually only take her to quiet places - living in Norristown your bound to hear a beep or too which would scare my kitty! When I had dogs though one would walk freely, but I still keep the leash on for safety purposes and my other walked on a harness. I am comfortable with walking a dog on any type of collar and most harnesses as well. Can take dogs out every 2-4 hours if needed. (Only if staying in home) If not staying in home only able to do walks and drop in during the evenings on the weekdays. Any and all animals will be met with patience in leaps and bounds sprinkled with love!

“Ariana was extremely professional and super nice when communicating with us. She sent frequent updates on the dogs and took good care of them. Will definitely be booking Ariana again!”

About: Hi there! Thank you for taking the time to visit my profile and consider me as a care taker for your animal while you are away! I have grown up with dogs (and the occasional bird & fishies). For the past 12 years, I've lived with and visited my best bud Zeke at my parent's house. I would love to have a dog of my own in the future, however for now I am hoping and so happy to take care of other's loved ones during the week and on weekends! I'm an active individual and enjoy taking dogs on walks, for car rides and the occasional ice cream or pup cup. I will give your animal all the love that they've come to expect because they certainly deserve it! Please reach out with any questions, and thanks again for thinking of me! :) I currently work full time (9-5) Monday-Friday, however I usually work from home Friday's and am available on weekends for full time pet care. During the week, I am able to visit (feed, walk, take out for bathroom needs) early in the morning (between 5:30 am to 7 am and in the evening (between 6-9 pm) In my current apartment, pets are not allowed. With that being said, I am happy to visit your home multiple times a day and stay with your pet when needed, especially if you are close! I work only 20 minutes away so I would have ample time in the morning and especially in the evening to stop by to feed, toilet, walk and play with your pet! This is especially great if your pet doesn’t do well in a new environment; I am happy to provide them with everything they’d need in a place where they feel the most comfortable!

“Our primary and backup sitters had to cancel last minute so we went to find someone new. Tamara was wonderful, showed up on time and took excellent care of our 85 lbs puppy! Will book again in the future! Highly recommend!”

“Mikaela arrived on time to watch our two dogs and seemed to enjoy spending time with Ruby and Fergie. She sent a few photos, fed our dogs and gave medication to one. We would definitely book with Mikaela again.”

About: I’ve been caring for dogs of all sizes and breeds for the past 10 years but am new to Rover. Friends, neighbors, family, strangers and even my plumber trust me to walk, feed, bathe (when necessary) and give loving attention to their pets and their homes. I specialize in creating a calm, safe environment and can handle everything from energetic puppies to older dogs who need gentler care to pets with anxiety. Whether it’s a long walk or snuggle time, I treat each pet like my own. I work full-time mostly from home with a flexible schedule, which allows me to care for pets during mornings, evenings, midday and weekends —whatever best suits your pet’s routine. A typical day of dogsitting with me is filled with attentive care, regular routines, and lots of love. When staying with pets in their own home, I respect their space, prioritize their comfort, keep things clean, and always follow the owner’s instructions. When in my own home, the pet are treated like a special guest. :-)

“Diana took care of my 2 dogs overnight in my home while I was working out of town. One of my dogs had been sick, and she did an excellent job of following my instructions and keeping me updated on how both of my dogs were doing. I would definitely recommend her and would hire her again!”
