“Adrianna was great! She was able to get my shy kitties out of their shell a bit to say hello. Left very good notes and took lots of pictures. I’ll certainly be using her again.”

“We had originally planned a trip in September, but when we both got sick, we had to cancel our booking with Ian. He was so understanding and gracious. He even dropped off a pretty little flowering plant at our house with a Get Well card. We rebooked our trip in October. Ian took good care of our two cats. He made sure all their physical needs were met, but he also played with them and met their emotional needs. I hated to leave our cats for as long as we did, but I felt better knowing that Ian was there for them. I will definitely ask Ian to watch our cats again the next time we go traveling. It's clear that they like him.”

“Elisa has cared for both of our cats and our large dog. She is prompt and always sends pictures. She makes every effort to interact with our pets whenever she comes over. Everything is clean and everyone is well-cared for. Thank you for being here for us, Elisa!”

“Talia treated Tiger (cat) like her own. She went out of her way to purchase pill pockets to make it easier to pill him, sent pictures/videos daily, and even left the home clean and tidy. I knew she went above and beyond by the pictures she sent—Tiger was cuddled up next to her so happy! I truly felt relief everyday knowing he was in caring hands. Tiger is a very anxious elderly cat; seeing him calm and happy by Talia’s side informed me that she took the extra time to make him feel comfortable. I absolutely recommend Talia for any pet needs!”

“Kristi took very good care of our cat when we were away. We will definitely keep her in mind for next time and appreciate all the beautiful photos of her while we were away. Mind was at ease knowing she was getting good care.”

“Lily was great!! Very friendly and left us a note amongst many pictures so we could check in on our fur babies while away. Definitely recommend and would book with her again!”

“Val does a great job caring for the dogs and cats. She is a terrific communicator too, responding promptly and sharing frequent progress updates about the visit. I’ve already re-hired her several times!”

About: I am a full time pediatric occupational therapist who works flexible hours, looking to spend time with your beautiful furry creatures in my free time! I live in Doylestown with my 2 year old Border Collie mix named Bo, who has given me a run for our money but has made my life better in every way! While I save for a home of my own, i’d love to help my community members by watching their pups as I know how challenging it can be to find a sitter to rely on! In my free time, I work with waiting on a friend animal rescue based out of Ottsville, volunteering at their adoption events and helping care for their rescue dogs. Having a reactive pup of my own, I understand the stress that comes with leaving them in someone else’s care. Though I am new to rover, I am no stranger to dogs, cats, and animals of all sizes. I would love to help! I am available for late afternoon and evening walks with one days notice, overnight sitting or weekend boarding when given a weeks notice. I have many days off due to working in the school district, so my hours are flexible and will be reflected on my calendar. I have a dog of my own, so a dog who is boarding at my home will need to be pet friendly. While in my home, my dog is allowed to roam the house and on all furniture. I will follow all rules and guidelines you provide whether that is crate training or free roaming. In your home, when given 1 week notice I can plan accordingly to stay over and care for your pup as needed.

“Emily was so good with our kitten and our cat! She followed the care instructions exactly and even brought in mail and packages for us while we were away. She sent lots of pictures and updates which made us feel comfortable that they were well cared for. Would definitely rebook! 😊”

About: How I can be your pets next favorite friend is my strong background in working with dogs, especially when it comes to basic training like sit, stay, lay down, etc. to even teaching some fun, playful tricks! I focus on making every visit engaging and positive to help reinforce good behavior while keeping your dog happy and active. While dogs are my specialty, I’m always happy to care for cats too with the same level of love, patience, and attention. Taking care of animals is a big part of my everyday life. I’ve got a dog of my own, so things like walks, training, and playtime are already part of my routine. I genuinely love being around animals, and I’m hoping to turn that passion into a full-time career one day. Pet sitting, or even just being around animals gives me a chance to do what I enjoy while gaining more experience with different personalities and needs. I treat every pet like they’re my own! I’m happy to care for your pet in my home, where there’s plenty of room to play and relax. I have both a front and back yard for outdoor time, and while they aren’t fenced, I always use heavy-duty tethers and stay close by to keep things safe. Inside, there’s lots of cozy space and available crate room if your pet is used to having their own spot. Your pet will also have the chance to hang out with my own small, friendly dog if they enjoy some company! I make sure every pet feels at home, gets lots of attention, and stays on their usual routine as much as possible. When caring for your pet at your home, I’ll always follow your instructions and any special routines to make sure your pet feels comfortable and at ease. I’m happy to stick to their usual schedule and habits so they experience as little disruption as possible. Plus, I bring extra pet supplies with me whether it’s toys, bowls, or anything else needed to ensure your pet has everything they need while you’re away.

About: I have taken care of all my families pets since I was young. This has included dogs, cats, chickens, turtles, and guinea pigs. I have large animal experience as I am an Animal Science major at Delaware Valley University. I am currently available anytime Sunday-Tuesday and any time before 6pm on Wednesday. I have a car and a local park I enjoy walking if you’d prefer your furry friend to go on long walks! I will have more availability after August once I complete my internship. I have reliable transportation and a flexible schedule to accommodate your pets needs. I have a friendly Shih Tzu X Bichon Frise mix who would love to hang with your dog on walks if allowed!

“Ash really helped me out of a jam when I needed a last minute sitter for the week. Ash is super friendly, responsive, and came meet my dogs before watching them for the first time just so they'd be comfortable. I knew right then they were in good hands. After each visit she provided updates and pictures. She was wonderful & I'm looking forward to working with her again. Highly recommended!”

About: I've taken care of dogs for the last 5 years. I have experience feeding, bathing, walking, and playing with dogs. I have trained a puppy before. “I’m new in town and needed a last minute sitter. Joann was immediately responsive to my request for care and easy to work with. I felt peace of mind that my cats were in good hands as I read her daily updates. I would be very comfortable asking her to return the next time I go out of town.”

“Julia is very reliable and super communicative. She took great care of my dog for the past 2 months and would highly recommend her to anyone in the area who needs a drop in or a walk for their furry friend. 🐶”

About: I have 5 dogs of my own! I have a Pitbull mix, Australian Shepherd, 2 elderly Terrier Mixes, and a Redbone Coonhound! I have previously cared for 3 elderly Poodles who needed special medical care which was administered during my visits. I periodically sit for neighbors and family's pets while they are away. I have grown up with multiple animals my whole life and am always excited to meet new friends big or small! I have a current job at a retirement home in which I work about 5 days a week. I only work shifts of 3-4 hours from 4-7:30pm give or take. Outside of those hours I am almost always free! We currently have a fenced in yard for our dogs but I always provide supervision when I let them out. I take my able dogs for longer walks when the weather is fit. I always make sure our dogs have fresh water and food to keep them well nourished and healthy. For my elderly dog, we provide her with medication each morning.

“Isabelle was prompt and professional, and cared for my cat Wesley well during a recent business trip. On the way to the airport, I totally forgot to leave my key in my mailbox, but Isabelle was flexible and worked with my landlord to get access on times that were not what we originally scheduled. She sent pictures every visit and ensured Wesley was not lonely while I was away. She even brought in our packages while my girlfriend and I were away. Thank you, Isabelle!”

Mary P.
“I'm truly tickled to recommend Mary for pet care through Rover. She cared for my beloved dog, Einstein, up until his passing in October of last year—and I honestly don’t know what I would have done without her. Einstein was beautiful old hound, a stubborn as a mule, and would drool like a faucet. haha. Mary started helping me with Einstein when I began having trouble keeping up with his needs. He was older, had anxiety, and required daily medication and special attention. Mary took it all in stride with a level of maturity and compassion far beyond her years. She always made sure he was fed on time, given his meds properly, and that his anxiety vest was on during fireworks or stormy nights. She never needed to be asked—she just knew what he needed and took it upon herself to provide it. Not to mention wiping off his drool haha. What sets Mary apart is not just her natural way with animals, but her kindness and thoughtfulness toward people as well. As someone who's getting along in years, her help became more than just about Einstein. She was quietly helping me, what started as sharing a cup of tea together became a lovely friendship. She’s dependable, hardworking, and one of the most genuinely caring people I’ve ever met. Mary is a rare kind of person, and any pet would be lucky to have her in their life. I can say from experience that you won’t find better”
