He even dropped off a pretty little flowering plant at our house with a Get Well card. We rebooked our trip in October. Ian took good care of our two cats. He made sure all their physical needs were met, but he also played with them and met their emotional needs. I hated to leave our cats for as long as we did, but I felt better knowing that Ian was there for them. I will definitely ask Ian to watch our cats again the next time we go traveling. It's clear that they like him.”

About: I am a full time pediatric occupational therapist who works flexible hours, looking to spend time with your beautiful furry creatures in my free time! I live in Doylestown with my 2 year old Border Collie mix named Bo, who has given me a run for our money but has made my life better in every way! While I save for a home of my own, i’d love to help my community members by watching their pups as I know how challenging it can be to find a sitter to rely on! In my free time, I work with waiting on a friend animal rescue based out of Ottsville, volunteering at their adoption events and helping care for their rescue dogs. Having a reactive pup of my own, I understand the stress that comes with leaving them in someone else’s care. Though I am new to rover, I am no stranger to dogs, cats, and animals of all sizes. I would love to help! I am available for late afternoon and evening walks with one days notice, overnight sitting or weekend boarding when given a weeks notice. I have many days off due to working in the school district, so my hours are flexible and will be reflected on my calendar. I have a dog of my own, so a dog who is boarding at my home will need to be pet friendly. While in my home, my dog is allowed to roam the house and on all furniture. I will follow all rules and guidelines you provide whether that is crate training or free roaming. In your home, when given 1 week notice I can plan accordingly to stay over and care for your pup as needed.

About: How I can be your pets next favorite friend is my strong background in working with dogs, especially when it comes to basic training like sit, stay, lay down, etc. to even teaching some fun, playful tricks! While dogs are my specialty, I’m always happy to care for cats too with the same level of love, patience, and attention. Taking care of animals is a big part of my everyday life. I’ve got a dog of my own, so things like walks, training, and playtime are already part of my routine. I genuinely love being around animals, and I’m hoping to turn that passion into a full-time career one day. Pet sitting, or even just being around animals gives me a chance to do what I enjoy while gaining more experience with different personalities and needs. I treat every pet like they’re my own! I’m happy to care for your pet in my home, where there’s plenty of room to play and relax. I have both a front and back yard for outdoor time, and while they aren’t fenced, I always use heavy-duty tethers and stay close by to keep things safe. Inside, there’s lots of cozy space and available crate room if your pet is used to having their own spot. Your pet will also have the chance to hang out with my own small, friendly dog if they enjoy some company! I make sure every pet feels at home, gets lots of attention, and stays on their usual routine as much as possible. When caring for your pet at your home, I’ll always follow your instructions and any special routines to make sure your pet feels comfortable and at ease. I’m happy to stick to their usual schedule and habits so they experience as little disruption as possible. Plus, I bring extra pet supplies with me whether it’s toys, bowls, or anything else needed to ensure your pet has everything they need while you’re away.

About: I have taken care of all my families pets since I was young. This has included dogs, cats, chickens, turtles, and guinea pigs. I have large animal experience as I am an Animal Science major at Delaware Valley University. I am currently available anytime Sunday-Tuesday and any time before 6pm on Wednesday. I have a car and a local park I enjoy walking if you’d prefer your furry friend to go on long walks! I will have more availability after August once I complete my internship. I have reliable transportation and a flexible schedule to accommodate your pets needs. I have a friendly Shih Tzu X Bichon Frise mix who would love to hang with your dog on walks if allowed!

About: I've taken care of dogs for the last 5 years. I have experience feeding, bathing, walking, and playing with dogs. I have trained a puppy before. I'm currently working part-time so I have all day availability on the weekends and M, W, F. On Tuesdays and Thursdays, I have availability after 4:30pm. About: I have owned cats a dogs! I am going to grad school for ABA therapy, which is where clicker training (often used on dogs) is derived from. About: I have 5 dogs of my own! I have a Pitbull mix, Australian Shepherd, 2 elderly Terrier Mixes, and a Redbone Coonhound! I have previously cared for 3 elderly Poodles who needed special medical care which was administered during my visits. I periodically sit for neighbors and family's pets while they are away. I have grown up with multiple animals my whole life and am always excited to meet new friends big or small! I have a current job at a retirement home in which I work about 5 days a week. I only work shifts of 3-4 hours from 4-7:30pm give or take. Outside of those hours I am almost always free! We currently have a fenced in yard for our dogs but I always provide supervision when I let them out. I take my able dogs for longer walks when the weather is fit. I always make sure our dogs have fresh water and food to keep them well nourished and healthy. For my elderly dog, we provide her with medication each morning.
