About: I grew up fostering animals from the Humane Society of Harford County, caring for animals with the range of young puppies/kittens to senior dogs/cats. And, yes, I’ve “foster-failed” a few times, and have multiple cats and dogs of my own. A house isn’t a home without a fur baby. I am a middle-school teacher who currently has full availability now that summer vacation has begun. I’d love to fill my time off by caring for your four-legged friends! Fostering animals with a variety of backgrounds, training levels, capabilities, etc., has given me a lot of experience with creating a safe and happy environment.

About: Hi, my name is Jennifer and I'm new to Rover but not pet care! I have passionately been working in Animal Care, Welfare and Rescue for 10 years now, my entire adult life! I have 10 years of history working in doggy daycares with dog and cat boarding and animal shelters. I have also volunteered with dogs, cats, rats, goats, pigs, horses and more. Anywhere from fostering, TNR programs, to PetSmart adoption centers for kitties, transportations/freedom rides and on farms. I am skilled in nail trims, bathing/brushing, basic positive reinforcement training, medical/geriatric needs including handling medications, and I'm educated in dog and cat behavior. My pet sitting experience includes dogs, cats, bunnies and small animals such as rodents for the past 10 years. I have pet sat for family, personal friends and their families, and people I have randomly ended up befriending at dog parks, hiking or in the animal care jobs I've had! I love when animals and pets bring people together. I have grown up with dogs, cats, bunnies, rats, birds and even iguanas. My dream one day is to own my very own sanctuary/rescue on a farm. About: With 1.5 years of professional experience with animals and 15+ years caring for my own pets, I have a long history with animals including dogs, cats, small animals and large barnyard animals! I am currently studying Animal Behavior in college 🎓 I am available most days to do drop in visits, dog walking and house sitting. However, on Mondays and Wednesdays I am only available in the morning due to college With plenty of experience handling fearful, stressed and scared animals at the shelter, I have learned many skills to make them feel more safe and comfortable in my presence, which is very important to me when caring for pets. About: I have always had dogs growing up since I was a baby. I have been around dogs all sizes from Shih Tzu’s to Saint Bernards. I have currently a pitty who is reactived and been doing class with him. If you need someone to walk, run, watch or play with your dog(s) look no further! I currently work at a before and after school program. Was the program director, but now just work pm shifts. I’m free any time in the morning all the way up to about 1pm and will be busy until about 7 I can’t house sit at my house unfortunately at the moment with currently living situation. I have a yard for my dog to run, outdoor tent for my cats to be outside, and two birds cages for one inside and one outside.

About: I’ve helped our friends before and love being with pets. I’m good at getting their energy out! Also I have plenty of time now that I’m a teacher on summer break so my hours are super flexible. I’m a preschool teacher and I’m currently on summer break. Therefore my hours are very flexible. I can pretty much help out whenever I’m needed. I will follow the directions on the pet owner. I currently have 3 cats in my house. We love them and take good care of them.

About: I have had dogs my entire life. I have trained them to be hunting dogs and overall good boys. On top of that, I have raised and fostered different kitten litters and cats. I have patience and an overwhelming appreciation for animals of all kinds. I would love to get to know your good boy or girl I have very flexible hours during the summer months since I am a teacher. I am available after school during the school year and on weekends. I provide a safe space for cats and dogs. I have a lot of respect for my animals and animals in general. They are the most pure things in this world and I try to reciprocate love and appreciation to them.

About: Been walking dogs since high school, I even have one of my own who is my whole world, I’m very reliable, and will love your dog like my own! Just looking to make a few extra dollars to make life a tad easier, and my love for animals makes me wanna help everyone out when it’s needed. About: I have been watching and walking dogs for friends and neighbors since I was a teenager. I have experience with dogs of all sizes. I've walked Goldens and Great Pyrenees as well as hounds and pugs. I trained both our dogs as puppies and took excellent care of our senior dog before he passed. I love helping people by caring for their pets and would love to meet your pups! I have a full time job during the week but I would love to fill the weekends with some cute dogs! On my days off I am usually available all day to help out! I always try to stay in the dog's comfort zone. I'll check in with you about walking routes or favorite toys/games. Each dog is different so I do my best to cater to them all based on their specific needs!

About: I grew up with both dogs and cats and have always loved animals. I have house sat and dog sat before and always treat other people’s animals like my own. I’m a registered nurse so I am patient, conscientious, and reliable. I’m a registered nurse and work 3-12hr night shifts a week. I usually have free time during the day on weekdays when most people are at work. I’m also comfortable with pet care later at night, as I stay up late. Early mornings are not usually good for me unless I am coming home from working overnight. I always make sure to treat other people’s pets and homes with respect. I treat all animal’s like they are my own pet. I love spending time with them. I make sure not to give them anything that they shouldn’t eat and to keep anything potentially dangerous completely put away where it can’t accidentally be reached by an animal.
