About: I am a lover of all animals, especially dogs. I grew up with dogs of all kinds, big and small. Therefore, I know that dogs have different needs and personalities. About four years ago I got a puppy of my own and she has been an amazing companion. I also have experience working with special needs dogs as I have dog sat for a deaf Westie in the past. I would love to care for your pets! I am currently only available on the weekends for services including walks, boarding, and drop in visits. I am available for boarding or doggy daycare. I have a fenced in yard and have a sweet four year old dog to keep your pups entertained.

I am available for drop in visits most days morning, or afternoon, & evening I will update my schedule as I am available. I am flexible & will work with my clients as needed. My dogs live inside, but have access to a 1 acre fenced in yard where they can roam as they please. They are fed & watered on a routine (usually 2x a day for feedings watering as needed) & given treats as I see fit. I believe in treating each pet as they're my own, & will cater to the needs of your babies!

About: The benefits of dogs swimming are tremendous! Whether it's releasing energy in younger pups or offering joint pain relief in seniors, I am excited to offer dog swimming as a service in my outdoor pool. This service includes pickup/drop-off, a half an hour swim with life jacket, one on one swim coaching, picture and/or video of your pup and a post swim shower. This service is listed under Doggy Day Care for $100. Feel free to message me with any questions or set up a meet and greet at your house. I have completed training as a dog groom technician and work part time at a local grooming salon. I have experience in handling dogs of any age, especially seniors. I understand the extra care and attention senior pups should have. I also love the energy in younger pups and embrace the opportunity to provide them with effective, yet enjoyable exercise. In addition to walking dogs, I am also a trained dog groomer technician. This allows me flexibility to accommodate various scheduling needs. Feel free to message me with any questions regarding scheduling or availability. The safety of your pet is my first priority. I will only take on one client per visit and will only handle two or more dogs if they live in the same home.

About: My home is where I tell people "they have me trained well". I love all animals and believe they deserve the best of treatment as they give to us so unconditionally. Any animal in our household is taken care of as they are our children. Our older dog was raised to be kind to smaller animals and seems to think anything smaller than him is his to take care of. We taught this by stroking gently and telling him to "be nice" this is just a "baby". Animals are never hit or disciplined by any harsh means, we reinforce good behavior. Our dogs get brushed every night around 7:00 and remind us if we miss the time and we treat them to a small snack every evening around 8:30 which they know also.

About: @ateamdogcare I have been using rover for 6 years now. I have 2 dogs and 3 cats who have been with the dogs since they were 3 weeks old. We live on 2 acres with a great fenced in yard. We love hosting pets and will treat them like our own. Im always home so let’s can stay on their normal schedules and have someone around while you’re gone. Feel free to message me with any questions! I also have experience with medications, including injectable ones. When your pup comes to stay with us we ask that you bring; their food, treats, favorite toys/bones, bed or blanket, crate (if you use one), bowls, and a leash. Or anything that might make your dogs stay easier! :)

About: I have over 500 hours of dog watching and raising experience (outside of my own pets) and spent over 800 hours volunteering cat care for kittens and disabled kitties I am a grad student with a totally flexible schedule and can work from home easily if needed! I will be able to incorporate your pet into my routine seamlessly. I also have the ability to fully care for your pet at their own home. I am able to be there often if needed or can stop by for occasional visits based off your own needs.

About: Homemade treats and lots of love and fun! We enjoy playing at home, going for long walks, playing at the dog park, riding with the windows down, belly rubs, kisses and cuddles. I don’t mind taking to the vet or pet stores to be of more help to you. Enjoy light grooming and brushing with your approval. No matter the size, they are all puppies or kitties to me lol. I even have jumps and hoops for the active pups who like to jump and have a good time. I can give meds and special diets when needed. I have many referrals.i have two daughters who both work for rover as well. We would love to spend time with your babies and give them love and attention I am a stay at home mom that works one day a week i am free to love and care for your babies while you are away. I am willing to crate when you ask me to but prefer time out of crate to spend with your babies. Nothing like playing ball or cuddling. Whatever your pet need, I’m available.

About: Ever since I was born I had an animal right by my side . I have learned to take care of animals and provide for them. I have taken care of friends, family and neighbors pets in the past. I also have worked at a dog daycare called tail chasers so I have experience with big dog groups. I’m good with cats as well . I’m experienced with walking multiple dogs at a time because I got 3 myself. I’m currently working 3:30 am to 12:00 pm so I will have plenty time to spend with your animals. I’m free on the weekends as well . Willing to come to your place to house sit and take care of your animals. I have done that in the past for people. Willing to also stop by and give water, food and walks with some play time on the side .

About: Some of my pet experience includes bathing dogs, taking care of dogs for friends, having my own dog who i care for, and loving all animals. I’ve trained my dog to for certain commands which i believe is very helpful. All my friends come to me when they need someone to take care of their fur babies! I am a college student with a work load, however no job. A lot of my days are spent in my home doing homework and pet care fits into my schedule because I can always be there to play and take you pets out. I don’t have very long classes either or in a big stretch so your pay would be cared for almost 24/7 I care for pets as if they were my children haha! In my home, I have bowls, treats, and toys for your pets. In your home, I would respect the space and take care of your pet as if it were my own.

About: I have taken care of and trained a Doberman Pincher with leash issues. I took in a feral cat and cared for her for 16 years. I am currently taking care of a miniature poodle. I am comfortable with both small and large dogs and I know the power of a calm and assertive energy. I also have a lot of love for cats and understand the process of earning trust. My partner and I have just moved to Blacksburg and I am excited to meet new people. I have all day to care for your pets! My schedule is incredibly flexible. About: I have been dog sitting around my neighborhood since I was about 13. I have lots of experience not only dog sitting but house sitting as well. I also have experience with puppies and helping train/teach them. My biggest experience is working for a doggie daycare and working at a dog park (BarK for anyone familiar!) Along with this I also have had two cats and two dogs of my own who I love dearly. I am also CPR certified in dog CPR and have basic first-aid experience with animals! I am currently searching for a job so I have plenty of time to focus on you and your pets! I would love to spend as much time as your pets need to make sure they are comfortable and happy :) As of now I won’t be able to offer boarding/daycare at my place but at others houses I want to make sure both human and dog have the best experience possible. I will always check what is expected of the pets during our time together (allowed on furniture? Nice to others on walks? Etc) I make sure that the pets are getting the most out of our time together with lots of interaction and love :)

I am an avid animal lover with more than five years of professional experience working with all sorts of animals from cats to bats to turtles, and am currently getting a degree in Wildlife Conservation. About: Growing up, I have done pet and house sitting in various cities and situations. I come from a family of animal lovers: my mom won't even kill a house insect, and her mom has been know to adopt cats, birds, and even the occasional squirrel! We have no dogs of our own at this point, but I love to watch other peoples' dogs to scratch that canine itch (preferrably behind the ears! 😄) I am a home body with two little ones that are yet to be in school. I will probably be home most of the time your pet is here. We have an unfenced yard with caged chickens, quails, and goats. About: I’ve always been an animal lover and all three of my dogs are house trained and one is certified, I’m very good with animals and don’t mind helping out I work full time as an agency nurse but can work around schedules I’m friendly and make sure your fur baby needs come first after all I have an unfenced yard but dog parks are no problem , I have a big house so plenty of space , I have two dogs of my own but is very lovable and friendly

About: i’ve taken care of alot of animals growing up being raised back home in south carolina on a farm! i use to work at riverside vet clinc as kennel assistant and then moved over to TCVC 24 animals hospital in christianburg as a kennel assistant! Now i’m just at home with all 6 of my dogs & 5 Cats🩷 i’m currently looking for a long term job in accounting/ sales and looking forward to start classes sometime next spring! i’ m available any days, and i don’t mind weekends! i have 6 friendly dogs and 5 cats. i would prefer to take care of the pets at the clients home just so the dog can have an more safer and comfortable environment while parents is away🥰
