About: It is important to me that your dog's individual needs and routines are met while in my care. I do my very best to meet their feeding, sleeping, and other environmental needs and preferances while they are here. I also want to honor rules and commands followed in your household. It's important to be consistent with training wherever you are. I can give lots of potty breaks and outside time during the day as I'm home a lot. I have 2 school-aged children and an infant. Besides school drop off and pick ups, my day typically is spent at home which means I. can give dogs plenty of potty breaks and outside time. I will typically care for up to 2 dogs at one time for both boarding and doggy day care. We have a 5 year old indoor cat and 2 dogs. Our dogs are 5 year old Lab Lucy (f) and 6 year old corgi Beau (m). When the dogs are outside, they are supervised at all times and if needed, are tethered to a 50ft long lead so that they can freely explore without getting too far. In the house, I have a designated dog room where I keep food/water and kennels for those who use one. This way they can get outside to go potty whenever they need and when I may not be around. I don't like leaving my own pets longer than a few hours so I don't intend to do the same with yours!

Mental stimulation to stay sharp means using snuffle rugs, treat dispensers, hand feeding meals while reinforcing manners and obedience. My kids have a schedule and boundaries as do the animals giving everyone peace of mind.

Easier said than done, as one of our dogs has strict dietary needs as well as medications throughout the day. Robert was able to board both of our dogs at his home, which was a huge relief for us as our small dog tends to have anxiety from being shuffled around and being separated from our bigger dog. We got constant updates on how the dogs were doing and it looked like they were having a blast! They got plenty of exercise, play time, and snuggles. “You would be lucky if you could get Korinna to take care of your most special friend. I am forever, grateful to her as she was the breeder of one of the best friends (Mae) I’ve ever had. I learned how much she cared about these animals going through the process of qualifying to own one of her dogs. Mae is now 2 1/2 years old and Korinna and I still text back-and-forth sharing pictures and stories about Mae and her litter-mates. Last year I was in a jam as our regular vacation, dog watcher, my parents, we’re out of town and I called Korinna to see if she would think about taking May for five days. Korinna has a ton of experience caring for these animals, has a very close relationship with a local veterinary clinic, has a fantastic yard and home to houses and support them, and a ton of love to give. Like I said to begin with, you would be lucky if she has room for your four-legged friend!”
